07/02/2019 Calyxs swelling and new pistils popping out everywhere smell is sweet candyish like not floral, and some feulienes as well.some leaves fading and defoiliating as needed. Did reservoir change and added overdrive, I will use week 5 and week 6, and then taper off on nutes week 7, 8, and flush on week 9 and then compare to my last harvest see if I did better. We are feeding only once a week, the other 3 are pH 7.0 water only. Looking to harvest this weekend possibly? Most likely another week since I'm only seeing amber trichomes coming from the slightly light damaged top.

Hola gente!! Vaya semanita por favor... Unos calores de no creer con 37 Cº, humedad relativa extrema de hasta el 83% y poco viento... Ella está interesada en recibir un poco más de agua, pero no le daremos más de lo que necesita... No quiero arruinar los nutrientes y la vida de su sustrato así que la riego lentamente con sistema de goteo. El fermento de guano de murciélago, palomas, conejo y cabra ya está listo. Tiene un agradable compuesto de melazas, microorganismos de Top Crop, Agrobacterias y almidones además de una buena dosis de humus de lombriz... Huele muy peculiar, ni feo ni agradable, como a levaduras... Lo comenzamos a agregar en dosis de 1 litro a 25 litros de agua pura de lluvia para riego por goteo. Esta semana ella recibirá goteo permanente hasta acabar con la solución. Creo que los 25 litros durarán unos 10 días aproximadamente. (Podría variar según la necesidad del sustrato) Estamos preparando además un top dress de composta, humus y trichoderma para cuando comience la temporada de floración ya que es a mi parecer la forma más eficiente de prevención contra hongos no deseados 🤞 Aplicaciones foliares permanentes cada 3 días intercalando una vez delta 9 y otra vez jabón potásico, aceite de neem y cola de caballo para mantener plagas a raya y también dar ese impulso al inicio de la floración que al parecer está funcionando más que bien. Luego de todo esto, ella hoy toma un descanso previo al riego intenso que se viene. We've officially entered week 5 of the flowering phase, and things are looking absolutely fantastic. Here's what's been happening in my grow room: The most exciting news is that I haven't encountered any hermaphroditic plants thus far. It's a relief to see the ladies staying true to their gender and focusing solely on bud development. 🚫⚡️ The aroma emanating from the grow room is simply amazing! The fragrance has become more pronounced and enticing, filling the space with the delightful scent of resinous goodness. It's a testament to the terpene profiles of these strains. 🌿👃🌸 Additionally, the THC production is in full swing! The buds are swelling and becoming denser by the day. It's truly a sight to behold, and I can't wait to see how they'll develop further as we progress through the flowering stage. 🌿🌱🌸💪 While the plants are thriving, I've noticed a slight nutrient burn on the tips of some leaves. To address this, I've decided to dial back the nutrient concentration a bit for this week. It's important to maintain a careful balance and avoid overfeeding, especially during this critical phase. 💧💚 As for the nutrient solution, the pH has remained stable at 6.33, ensuring optimal nutrient uptake by the plants. The TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) level has been consistently maintained between 1150 and 1250, providing the plants with the necessary nutrient balance. ⚖️📈 With everything going so well, I'm filled with excitement for the upcoming week of flowering. So I haven’t mentioned it before but this is my first time growing autos ever. Through this grow I’ve learned a lot. I’ve played with these little gals and they’ve been talking to me and telling me how much better my next run is going to be. The farthest along is the pineapple og at about 6.5 weeks. Next up is the og kush at 5.5 weeks and man that one is not the prettiest but this f$cking turps bro! And last is the dream queen. She’s where I think I’m really going to shine in the tri grow. The other gals allowed me to learn with them and pass it on to her. Needless to say I think she’s going to be the best yielding lady. Gave them all some molasses juice and the frost is coming In. Okay so I came up with this incredible method of training that I call "root lining".I figured this out years ago in outdoor season when a deer bulldozed through my med crop and knocked a sweet lady over, that started it all. The plant was completely parallel to the ground with roots growing out of the nodes where contact was made with the ground at the stock. Long story short she ended up being a 14 footer with 6 foot whale dicks! That gave me this little idea that's been non stop producing top quality fat resinous buds. This method increases nutrient uptake and makes a huge difference in quality and size. I essentially main line, really low to the ground, until the stock makes full contact with the ground. I then gently rub the downside of the stock with the back of a butter knife to speed things up and break down the chlorophyll layer. Then I add remo roots gel (see all videos). I then add a sprinkle of coco on top just to barely cover the stock (dont add to thick of a layer as this might "choke" and rot the stock) and mist that spot 2-3 times a day. 3 days later and boom! She'll be pumping out roots and go into full beast mode. Give it a try and you'll never go back!

This was a fun week, the plants got their first feeding from the TripTonic line of nutrients. I did a light feeding and then had to readjust as the EC was a bit low considering the size of the plants. The runoff was a bit high and this maybe because of all the left over from the pro mix slow release, thought it would have been used up by now. They will get the same water as the rest of the plants on the deck for the remainder of the week. I don't know if the PH will get out of wack because of this, but given that it is mainly peat and it tends to be acidic I think I'm in the clear. The little video was fun to splice together too. Got a little package in the mail from a fellow grower. @GottaGrowSometime has shared some of their Fast Buds winnings and sent me some green crack cbd 1:1 and cbd 20:1, they also threw in seed of the cherry coke and a few extras. This is going to help me test out their CBD lineup and see if its worth growing out. Big shoutout to them for being a great community member. In return I will be sending them some of my backcrossed Dinamed CBD Kush Autoflower seeds I made, the testing is going well so best to see what it can do in other growers hands.

Another week closer.... This grow went really well, we are at 43 days budding only have about 15 to 20 more days to go. Both the Gorilla Glue #4 and the Shiskaberry grew without any problems, Great genetics.. All 3 of the Shiskaberrys were the same and you would swear they came from a clone but no from seed and grew like twins..... Not much else to say. These girls are packin! The most satisfying part of a grow for me is to see the fruits of my labour blossom into plump nuggets of dank joy! They are reacting to the flush in typical fashion. Phosphorus is running out of the fat indica fingers, creating a purple hue. The pheno on the left is a week ahead of the right side plant. At least. I could even see it going longer. Very excited for the range of effects in regards to sativa/indica ratio. A few amber trichromes here and there but the majority are developing a haze that will lead to the results seeking. Soon. We are almost there.
