I'm happy with that.* My second Purple haze auto from sensible seeds and again very happy with the plant. I have so many more strains to try, so I may never grow one again, but if I could only grow one strain again, from my short experience this girl would be the one for me. I could have harvested this girl a few weeks ago but I thought I would risk a few more weeks to see how her buds developed. I certainly made the right choice in doing so as these buds just got fatter and fatter. I trained her with a mixture of lst and the now traditional for me super cropping. I have had a shape her due to limited space in the grow cupboard to a more rectangular shape maximise the canopy size for the light. I have shown this in a video on my Bruce Banner #3 diary as Mrs B is being shaped. My biggest buds to date without a doubt. Hitting 200g wet with stems my fingers were aching holding the stems while trimming so they were very bud heavy. probably 50cm tall max from soil to top bud and a canopy space of around 60cm x 40cm available to her. Grown under 3 x £1 / €1 / $1 Standard shop bought LED bulbs (cool white and warm) around 10w each converted..... ...Sorry light companies... I think this a good yield and a proud growing moment personally. I do often say that I will update when I have a dry weight but I don't honestly think I have yet. Finally chopped down and harvested. My best plant yet and that was all thanks to homegrown genetics for these killer genetics. If you haven't tried this guy yet, I absolutely beg you to. You will not be disappointed The Terps are straight Dank Ripe Black Cherry, that Superboof orange rind/hashy funkiness, and sum really nice earthy hash notes from the Pure Michigan. All comes together and almost reminds me of a really deep earthy cherry pie with a very slight Superboof orange influence. Very black cherry/Cherry Candy heavy. But not traditional "candy" you see now days. All around 10/10, I will be running Apple Junky and Garlic Applez next!

Day 70 ..... lookin good.... she stable in flower now... neuts good, and stable... got her into a beautiful rutinue for the rest of the flower..... really happy with how it's going, she has a long flower 65-70 days i think.... thats 8-10 weeks in flower, so maybe 4-6weeks to go (6-20 dec) ........ she's going to be alot of work but will be well worth it, tasted her alittle, just the trim that had to come off, was enough to taste..... (dried the trim, curin in jar, try to add pic if i remember, lol) was a new experience goin thru the difficulties of transition to flower in dwc iws system ....... listed general nuets that i am using, however the 1-2 lt mix i put in every day or 2 is mixed up at the time, and is specific every time to ensure the tank remains at 5.8-6.4 ph-1-2k ppm.... i've stopped using the ppm meter for accuracy and use it only to get a general reading... in fact the ph meter and ec/ppm meters are not really workin properly any more, lol the blood bone and all the different stuff that i'm using puts alot of the readings as false/wrong ..... i can see where a nido system would be handy, maybe if i had the cash.... i gotta do all this the old fashioned way... elbow grease, hard work... haha this is some crazy news... random unknown mazar in that iws dwc pot... it's female as of the 2 hairs i saw this morning.... haha... so i'm thinkin, i may be able to put the mazar and ssh in main tent with all resources used.... that would put both mazar and ssh in iws dwc perfect pots in perfect conditions with max light and resources..... might do that, it would increase both flowering plants to 280 W leds... .... the reason mentioned this is because i can see she needs more light, the coloured light panels are poor quality cheapo..... gotta get my home made kick azz lights back in there.... lol 👍😎👊

Here’s where we stand as we approach the finish line. Plant Status & Progress - She’s still asking for at least one more week, ideally two, to fully ripen. - Her structure remains gorgeous – long, elegant colas that keep fattening up daily. Compared to Durban’s dense nuggets, Blueberry’s buds are longer and more slender, but don’t let that fool you – they’re packing on weight. - Mold-free so far, even with all the rain. A true testament to her genetics and maybe a little grower’s luck. Aroma & Readiness - The smell is just… wow. Sweet, berry-bubblegum-like, and intensely aromatic even before full maturity. - My goal is to let most of her go until ~20% amber trichomes, but the weather is doing its best to ruin the plan. Weather Woens & Harvest Plans - Rain has been relentless for almost two weeks – nature’s way of balancing out that dry spring. - I may pre-harvest a few top colas next week to ensure I salvage at least some of this deliciousness if mold appears. She drinks like no other auto I've grown before she loves the nutrients but I'm keeping the PPMs below 650 for now. I'll be testing her a 750 this week and if she continues showing no signs of deficiencies I'm leaning on trying the product from Green Planet called Dense which is 0-0-62!!! This week all plants but the Sweet Tooth will be getting Massive nutrients from Green Planet which does wonders for getting those fat colas.

📆 Week 5, 19-25 May 2024 19-25 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 The plant is very compact with big, wide leaves, typical with Afghan varieties. The spacing between nodes is a good 1”. What I do is tuck the big leaf under the developing branches rather than cut them off early in this stage, to help the plant produce maximum energy. I also snip very low sucker shoots that do not have a chance to keep up with the plant, which is only a few. This keeps all the growth focused on the top of the plant for now. This will probably be her last week of what I consider veg, as she is starting to show more bud development. 🍶 19 May nutrient solution changed 🍽️ 19 May feeding schedule updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient solution EC 2.6 at 70 degrees F 🔆 Light power at 50%, DLI 28 canopy coverage at 18hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week. We had some days of hanging leaves after placing them in new pots, probably root stress. After some days they recovered and now they are doing well in their new homes 🌱✨

On the first day of week 4 I did topping on the plant at 6 node. Up to this point the plant has been growing very strong and healthy as fast as Autos I have grow before. Day 22 the plant doesn't seem stressed out at all and in fact is pumping New Growth right away I thought it was going to be sad for a day or two but no way the genetics are very strong the plant is very vigorous also their leaves are starting to smell . Day 24 I did some minor defoliation to allow the light to penetrate everywhere in the plant. I will continue to update thank you for reading and have a happy grow.
