White Widow – Week 6 | Second Big Flower, Buds Forming 🌸🌿 Light Schedule: 12/12 from seed Room Temp: ~28°C (stabilized with AC) Humidity: ~66% VPD: ~1.33 kPa CO₂: 450–800 ppm Watering: Hand watering Soil Content EC: ~2.96 ⸻ From Hairs to Buds This week marks a real turning point. Our White Widow is moving past simple hairs, now we can clearly see the beginnings of tiny buds forming. It’s the second big flower stage in her journey, and the structure is starting to express the true White Widow personality: compact, resinous, and promising. I took her out of the tent for another photoshoot, capturing her in detail with the Sony A6000. Close-ups show her leaves, structure, and those first clustered flowers. I also filmed short videos, including one where I share how I talk with my plants daily. For me, it’s not optional — it’s part of a symbiotic relationship. Plants respond to energy and care, and I believe everyone should try it. 🌱💭 ⸻ Light Strategy – Emerson Effect Simulation A special note this week: I recorded a screen video from the TrolMaster TM+ app to show how the lights are scheduled. 🌅 Wake-up: The reds switch on 15 minutes before the whites and blues. 🌇 Wind-down: At night, the reds also stay on 15 minutes longer than the other spectrums. This is designed to simulate sunrise and sunset while taking advantage of the Emerson Effect, a synergistic boost in photosynthesis efficiency when far-red and red light are combined with other wavelengths. The result? Plants wake up and settle down more naturally, with smoother light transitions, reduced stress, and potentially increased energy capture. It’s a small tweak, but it reflects how every detail of this environment is tuned with intention. ⸻ Environmental Changes This week, a big addition: the AC unit. Before, the room was running hot at 31–32°C and more, but now it’s stable at 28°C (occasionally 29°C). Combined with ~66% RH, this gives a steady VPD of 1.33, right in a comfortable zone for flower. CO₂ naturally fluctuates between 450–800 ppm, and the plants are thriving in these conditions. Even during the hotter weeks, they adapted beautifully, proof of the resilience of both the genetics and the environment we’ve been building. ⸻ Feeding & New Recipe Until now, she’s been on the Aptus base recipe: • Regulator – 0.15 ml/L • CalMag Boost – 0.25 ml/L This week, I introduced a Plagron trio to push flower development: • Power Buds – 1 ml/L • Sugar Royal – 1 ml/L • Green Sensation – 1 ml/L Why now? Because she’s transitioned from stretch to actual bud formation. Power Buds helps with compact flowering sites, Sugar Royal enhances metabolism and energy (especially under high light), and Green Sensation supports resin and bud swelling later on. Together with Aptus, it’s a blend of precision and experimentation, trusting experience, intuition, and past results. ⸻ 12/12 From Seed – A Quick Recap This run is about exploration: • Started from seeds, with early germination struggles (mistakes included, lessons learned). • This White Widow is the sole survivor of those early days. • Straight into 12/12 from seed, she grew compact and resilient, surprising us by taking her time to flower despite the cycle. • Now, at Week 6, we see her first true buds. Day 8: i dropped my phone in the bath tub so my photos are very blurry atm :/ besides that she’s doing good. Day 12: she’s a grower not a shower, you’ll se😎 Day 14: had to put support on the stem because i had too much fan power so she started to lean. Will recover in 24/48hrs! We are entering week 3 tomorrow! I see forward to it, I will be topping at the 5th node.

Aug 16: Lemon Cream Kush has stretched a bit and the buds are starting to fill in. Should be a decent yield and I’m looking forward to the tast of this one.

Day F79 and the momma gets the chop. Kind of a sad day, I really did enjoy growing this strain. The mother proved to be a beast at chop time, looks to be 5 oz+ of beautiful purps and crystals. Will grow this strain again and have sent some of the genetics across the country and across the border for other Growmies to enjoy.

Hello everyone my 5x5 grow is starting and here's the details 🍻👍 7x 11l pruning pots/1x airport 10l Soil: Bio Bizz light mix Nutrients: Sensi Bloom A&B, Terpinator, overdrive, carbo voodoo juice and maybe some rhino skin Light: Spider Farmer 4000 Heard good things about it Tent: 5x5 BudBox Water supply: tap water I let sit for 24 hours Ventilation: 8ich ram fan was gonna get the stealth phresh but yeh got a pillow wrapped on it to reduce noise using 8inchto12inch carbon filter and a 16ich standing fan on day 19 I will be adding 2x co2 bags 🍻🍻🍻 that's basically everything oh my ph stays at 6.5 👍💪🍄 13th December 2019 All 8 seeds sprouted Plain water ph to 6.3 One of my watering was abit highPH as I didnt check the ph but hasn't done any harm my expectations for this grow realistically I should easy get 20oz of dence buds but I would be happy and content with 17oz but this light I'm using is the best I've ever used very expensive to me £500 for 1 light I know theres more expensive but this is a upgrade for me considering I was using Mars hydro 300 and cheap cheap China led my ak47 grow was done with really bad lights and it looks like it didn't yeild that bad I had to throw my BlackBerry kush and stardawg in the tent hope they dont take to much room lol ik these cookies are gonna grow nice and big under that light 🥂

I ordered a new bigger setup as you can see. Switched from LED to HPS. Although it has a significant heat output diff, I can tell the plants love it. I also noticed I developed some fungus nats in the soil of the smaller plants. I finally got a soil meter to help me know more exactly when go water which should rid the fungus nats if I'm not over watering. Lastly, I'm going to scrog this week. I know I'm doing it rather late but it's a learning experience and I'll start sooner next time. Will be a lot of weaving. And I'm still deciding if I should cut everything else below the screen.

British Delight - Wizard Trees Day 98 🚿 She has been watered with 3L of RO tap water with nutrients mixed individually, in order and then pH'd to 6.3! She's just about a week or so away from harvest, so Ive reduced her nutrients over the last two waterings, so she is just getting the ActiVera and BioHeaven at the moment 💪🏻 ✂️ She has been given another round of defoliation this week, mainly focusing on removing fan leaves and larger sugar leaves from around her flower, so that any shaded areas are now exposed to light - this is to ensure her flower matures as much as possible before harvest 👌🏻 🌸 Her flower is looking so beautiful, with the late bloom colour change around the cola and the maturing of her pistils and calyx, she looks very dark and stormy! Her aroma is filling the tent now too, with smells that transport you to a French patisserie; creamy sweet pastries 😋. Around 90% of her trichomes have turned milky with around 5% amber and clear each, basically all of her pistils have turned amber, so I will complete this week of flush and then she will be harvested 🙌🏻

El tamaño de los cogollos empiezan a ser importantes, al simple tacto se puede notar que los cogollos están bien compactos. Estas semanas que quedan se van a hacer eternas, ya quiero cortarla 😅😅. Divine Seeds Auto V.2 Contest 👉Sponsored Grow👈 Big Demon Auto W11F6 8/10-16 Watered at the end of last week and have not watered yet this week. I have been foliar feeding at least once a day with the following blend. Calmag 15ml Plant Juice 60ml GH bloom 5ml Green Sensation 4ml Feed was ph 6.37, ppm 784 at 65f. I ph’d the water down to 6.25 with brought the runoff down to a range of 6.7-7.42 on the plants in the tent. I think it should be lower, but in the meantime, I hope this helps my tent family recover from lockout. Big Demon is starting to show some lavenders in her buds as they slowly develop. Hi folks, hope you are doing great! Here pretty much everything is under control. We are trying some LST and it's getting better ans better. We have found the screen, so why don't use it ans test some scrog after all? I will use the screen just to disciplinate the colas, but I won't cut any branch or leaf. Normally this is going to be the last week of veg, knowing that they will stretch quite a bit normally :) Stay safe folks!

- she was harvested this morning on day 75, all pics are right before/during/after harvest - flushed for 12day, there was a slight fade but she was still pretty green, didn't want to wait any longer though - now drying in my cardboard box, harvest report will be up in 10 to 14 days as usual when everything is nice and dry - added 2 video's of her frosty ass haha

Plant is looking mighty fine, definitely one great strain to grow. Someday I'd like to see her natural shape, as I could see it being one nice bushy baby. I still need to perform some defoliation and cutting of branches, but it's alright for now. I will defoliate in a day or two, and then follow up with the cuttings a little while after. I still haven't decided if I'm going to clone the cuttings or not. I am lazy enough that I don't want to, but I'm frugal enough to not want to waste good buds. I probably will clone them. If I have room to stuff them in the flower tent, I will. If not, I'll have to grow them out a bit, and then flower them when I can. 11/22/21: Day 37. ✂️🍃 Defoliated and cut some branches, the 6 that were big enough were dipped in rooting gel, and placed in rooting cubes. Now resting inside the humidity dome. Once rooted and transplanted, allow a bit of time to veg, and then move over into the flower tent. If there is no room, see if Crit wants some, and Josh as well. Plant definitely needs watering, which I will administer later on this evening. 11/23/21: Day 38. 💧Love the way this plant explodes with growth, this bugger doesn't seem to want to stop. Hoping at least one of those clones roots, so I can see what an untouched branched will flower into. If I ever get these seeds again, I will definitely grow one out that is untouched, I'm curious to see it's natural shape. At only 6 weeks of life, this guy is already bigger than my previous photoperiods at 8 weeks old. Those yielded around 3 ounces each, so I'm expecting a lot more from this one. I will be defoliating most of the leaves on colas, hopefully forcing them to bulk up the buds. It's a technique I've been reading about, and would like to give it a shot. Gave a fair dose of water, but I don't think the entire media was saturated. That is something I find difficult with Gaia Green. Watering to a little runoff is easy, and a simple way to tell if it's completely saturated or not. Since I don't want runoff, I feel as if I'm using a lot less water than I should be. I plan on buying some Coco coir soon, and that I know I will be needing to water a lot more often, which is fine with me. I may even eventually switch over to an automated watering system. Only gravity fed, with drip emitters, that way it's on autopilot for 3 weeks at a time, minus the tweaking of leaves and branches. That would be ideal, eventually, especially with autos, then I can literally do sweet f**k all with the plants. Even if I don't get an automated watering system setup, I still want to switch over to a Coco coir and sunshine mix combo. I may even use some Coco outside with my outdoor plants, but not likely, as the sand is already very quick drying. 11/25/21: Day 40. The only issue I have with this plant, is that I don't get to grow it as big as I'd like to. It still feels like it's going to be one heavy producer though, the way it grows like crazy. We will see how it reacts to the flip into flower 9 or 10 days from now. I will continue to train some branches to keep it spread out. I really wish I was able to go back and redo this one, have it handled better from the start, and grow it out by itself. I will be defoliating in the next few days, and also removing any small shoots that cannot be trained back inwards. 11/27/21: Day 42. 💧Plant is still looking amazing. It is definitely time for another haircut, but I will leave that for tomorrow morning, so it has less time to regrow a bunch of leaves before the flip. One week left, I can't wait. I'm curious to see how much this stretches during flower. I will be tying more branches down as needed, and will now start training the new shoots inwards, to fill out any gaps.
