Well, week 11 has started today 8/15. So blessed to have gotten this far! I'll be flipping the lights tomorrow to begin to start flowering. I have both my tents linked up so I don't have to run two separate exhausts! Now that the stress part is over time to sit, enjoy some puffs and continue focusing my energy! Happy growing everyone ✌️🍀✌️ UPDATE: 8/17 Day one of 12/12 in the books! I gotta say, I always chill with my plants before I turn down for the night and it was strange not doing it last night, lol. So I'm gonna get some green lights! I have an awesome app on my phone called Hydroponics Green Screen Light, it's in the app store for free. Developer in Timothy Johns. It works great but not enough for me. But it is great if you need to go in during the dark cycle for whatever reason. Or you can get yourself a lamp and a green grow room bulb! In general i am very satisfied considering the biggest problem i had which was the heat during all the growing period. I also had a power cut which stressed the plant very much to the point it stopped growing for a few days ( the most critical days 😡 😤 ) and developed 3 finger leaves. Despite the heat the buds are very frosty, they have a very strong smell like brown sugar and cookies and the density is decent. The buds dried for 9 days at 22 °C and 60% RH and now are placed at PP tapers with boveda envelops to cure. Smoke report at 2-3 weeks.

Day 35 flowering: besides the obvious calmag need this little lady is waking up now. Her buds are looking very nice. Feels solid with a little squeeze and boy is she fruity smelling now. With still so long to go , she should give a very nice tield if i can sort the cal mag issue quickly.

the mother plant and clones complete their cycle, the leaves begin to fade and change color shades, and the buds have gained maximum density. very fragrant sound from the box, the mother plant and clones have different smells and external differences, the clones have smaller inflorescences than the mother, as well as different shades of flowers and leaves.

Flowering week 4. Everything has gone well.

When we had so many problems with the other two strains. This strain keeps pushing out buds like the little engine that could. Closest to the light, it handles heat and light way better than her counterparts. It also has some major trichome formation starting covering the entire top leaves. It is starting to smell and form real compact dense buds, although not very pronounced yet. We shall see but she promises to deliver some nice danky bud after all. Nice to see she still pulls together, also nice to see how different this strain behaves from others I have grown. Time will tell the total tally... We shall see if there is a Silverback in the making, but at least she is not staying behind any more. Also here, 3 to 4 more weeks... Cant wait! Thank you for checking in! En esta semana aplicamos solo base de floración así preparamos nuestras plantas para la segunda dosis de #bigone de @topcrop 🕶️🤠. En las fotos se puede apreciar un ejemplar especial de la Kriticalbilbo, tenía un brazo creciendo al mismo tiempo del central sufrió un ataque gatuno y la dejó gravemente herida, gracias a la habilidad del jardinero se logró amarrar y salvar, ahora es la más hermosa de las #kriticalbilbo con más de 8 brazos engordando a full 🕶️🤠😁 Comentarios y sugerencias les leo siempre... 😇 Recuerden seguirme en instagram como @Cecilioeljardinero.

Aug 10: added malted barley and Power Bloom for second time as a top dressing. Aug 13: don’t take flash pics of your plants unless you are then using a 730 nm far red light to put them into dark mode. Otherwise you’ll be messing too much with the light cycle and might cause them to hermie. I have no proof but I’m theorizing the red light light might help prevent hermies. Worked last year anyway. Buds look good in flash pics so it’s a nice side benefit of using the red light as a bloom booster. Aug 16: good week for weather and she looks great.

Hello present and future growmies! Welcome to the start of week 9 for Queen Citronella. First things first, please go and check week 8, I update daily and the week is now complete. Day 57: Her majesty is parched and so overgrown in her space that I've decided to give her a haircut. It will hopefully make her easier to move about too. I've fertigated 10l today and performed LST adjustments and significant defoliation. Made a little collage to show the training I did. Day 58: Tried to colour correct photos. Any good? Day 60: Disaster! SOMETHING has gone horribly wrong! The Queen is unwell and now I shall try to figure out why. It seems like heat stress but I don't get how. Alright I think it is heat stress but I am not sure how, the temp hasn't gone above 26 degrees to my knowledge. Two things have changed this week first my house has been about 3 degrees warmer, and second I switched the main tent to 20 hours. I wonder if the additional time and the extra heat in the house has caused it to get too high. I have opened a flap at the side of her tent, and I am going to drop the light in the main tent down to 19h. As well as this I am now leaving a window open when the lights are on. Hopefully I can stop it getting worse but it is all over the plant. :( Okay soI think I have caused nute tox/shock - specifically I think what happened was an accidental big overdose of CalMag raising the EC too high. These symptoms came on way too fast to be a simple deficiency or lock out, and the PH wasn't so far off as to cause these issues. I've treble checked and the temp hasn't exceeded 26 degrees, nor dropped below 17. I flushed her through with PH water today approx 40 litres - until runoff was clear and correct PH. I am not going to nute her for a day or two. Day 62: I have ordered the queen a new tent. 75 x 75 x 200. She's still asleep at the moment but I'll photo her later. She's really taken a hammering from, what I now believe is, nutrient toxicity. Day 62: Her majesty is looking much revived compared with the last few days. I THINK she will be ok. I've made a video assessing the damage. Ouch. Sorry your majesty, please not off with my head! Day 63: Alright I have a new tent for her majesty arriving next week and I've new airflow for the main tent. She seems to have recovered from the burn and is stretching again. End of week summary: First big mistake and first serious issues for Citronella. Sorry about that. However she has now recovered and is growing again. I cannot undo the damage but I think I have halted any further damage. Let's see what happens next week.

Die zehnte Woche beginnt und sie sieht ziemlich zerlottert aus. Die Blüten sind ein purpliger, pinkysher, funkelnder Harz Traum 😍 Die Drüsen trüben sich weiterhin ein und sie verströmt einen tollen Duft aber ich denke es werden jetzt die letzten Tage und diese Woche ist Schluss. Kann ja nicht ewig warten, oder ?

summer summer summertime. yes, summer has finally arrived in germany. the fat whale is happy and goes into full bloom. it's already starting to smell. my LST training only serves to get the side shoots into the sun, which they gratefully accept. she has really stepped on the gas in the last week. she is healthy and strong.

Hallo und herzlich willkommen in Veg. Woche 3 Endlich kam ordentlich Sonne und sie hat ein tolles Format. Wie es scheint haben wir uns gut um die Wurzeln gekümmert, im Moment konzentriert sie sich sehr schön auf Höhe, Kraft und Vitalität. Der jetzt noch (Stengel) bald Stamm, wird Stabiler und kommt in leichte Struktur. Blattmasse nimmt auch deutlich zu! Sie sieht fabelhaft aus und ich denke, ihr geht es auch super! Auch die ersten Triebe in den nodien wachsen. Insgesamt momentan eine top Geschwindigkeit! Nebst sehr neugierige Kater (2) hat sich zusätzlich herausgestellt, dass ein Hornissennest sich 2 m entfernt im Dachstuhl befindet. Zunehmender wird es sehr ungemütlich und ich denke, ich werde sie runter in den Garten verbringen müssen. Auch da im Außenbereich sind noch mehr Katzen, daher werde ich am kommenden Dienstag irgendeine Art Schutz für die süßen fertigen. Zur Nahrung: Gegossen wird seit 3 Tagen jeden Tag 1 Liter. Aktuell fahren sie ganz gut mit 2 Tage angepasstem PH- Wasser und einen Tag 80% vom Düngerschema an Makro u. Mikronährstoffe. Stickstoff befindet sich noch ausreichend bis ca. Mitte nächster Woche im Medium. Trinken tun sie wirklich gut, Gestern wo es so heiß war, hab ich am Nachmittag noch etwas nachgießen müssen. War aber die selbige Menge wie Morgens ergo 2 mal 500 ml. Ich hatte mich auch dazu entschlossen, einmal Super Microbes am Mittwoch statt erst Sonntag zu geben. Ich werde jetzt sehr genau darauf achten, wie sich die schöne verhält. Aber mir macht es schon den Eindruck, das sie sehr hungrig sein werden! Somit freue ich mich sehr auf die kommende Woche!
