I have finally been able to get a dome with light and heat, so the Runtz muffin has had more room in the tent to stretch and expand. Close to starting its flowering process, the plant looks healthy 🙏

Shortest pheno has purple stigmas. Defoliating every couple days. The pheno in the front middle didn't grow as many shoots, plant structure looks different than the other 4. Has a musky smell.

Been looking for a solid daytime strain for a long time, and I think I’ve finally found my zen. And it’s insanely tasty! Flavor — cream, caramel, juicy citrus and fruit. Sweet and sour, thick, dense, full-on dessert bouquet. Effect — euphoria, body lightness, nice tactile enhancement. Not even a hint of anxiety or paranoia 👍 Clear head and great productivity. During the first tests, toward the end, I’d get heavy yawning and it would knock me out to sleep — which didn’t make me too happy, since I was looking for a proper daytime work stim without a siesta at the end of the trip 😁 But after several sessions, that sleepy effect fades, which is definitely good news. We started the week by measuring their height. Now I'm starting to think about when to switch them to flowering. Time is limited, so we have to cut back where we can. I don't have much space, so they don't need to stay much longer. They'll grow considerably in the next few days, and this might be their last week of vegetative growth. A total of 5 weeks. Six days after the last pruning, I did another pruning of the lower branches and leaves, and now they are ready to change the photoperiod to 12/12h in a few days. At 33 days I decided to put a mesh over them so I could fill the space better. Seeing that numbers 4 and 5 had reached a larger size than the rest, I changed the position of number 3 for number 5. This week I raised the LEDs, approximately 50 cm or so, increased the wattage to 300W, and added a mesh screen to start a sgrog setup. Iniciamos la semana midiendo la altura. Flipping to 12-12 today (the first clones will be for outdoors) made before and after videos of defoliation, and reppot. Blue Dream is cruising along nicely with a little LST bending of branches & stems,so all in all not a bad week..

Seven days with this young Gorilla Cookies and she's hit the light running! Spending 36hrs in water, 36hrs in a paper towel, then 48hrs under the soil before popping her head up into the light. The light schedule I'm following is 20/4 under two 100w LEDs running around 80% at 650mm above the babies. They're receiving 150-200umol's at roughly 11-14 DLI. Organic medium and nutes so just watering in around 200mL of dechlorinated water at 6.6 pH per day. I figured I want to get this medium nice and moist for the microbes to thrive so I've been bottom watering 200mL extra every other day, with a gap day today as the pots are nice and weighty now. They're all very healthy looking, one has some slight yellowing which should disappear soon with our change but all plants are extremely small for their size.. we've been letting these dry out completely between watering so I'm convinced there's a genetic component to this. We've had a few other strains start extra slow for us in the past and one in particular that started slow and then took off like wildfire around week 5 so I'm not too concerned ..they're each using 3gal square (plastic) pots willed with fresh Promix-HP..they're getting a little bit of Big Bloom with smaller amounts of Grow Big with every other watering now and this has corrected the odd hue we noticed around wk3.. 🌱 Day 43 - Beginning of the Third Flowering Week 🌱 Hello grow friends! 🌿 Today marks the start of the third week of the flowering phase. This week, I’m trying to adjust my nutrients a bit. I plan to slightly increase BioBizz Grow, as well as BioBizz Bloom, according to the feeding schedule. 🌱💧 I’m continuing to prune and thin out the plants a little each day, aiming to keep them stress-free. ✂️😊 The terpenes and buds are developing wonderfully so far, but I’m still struggling with very high humidity levels. 🌡️💦 Since my grow setup is on the second floor and we’re currently experiencing humid temperatures here in Germany, it’s been a challenge. I’m trying to reduce the humidity from 62% down to 50% during the day, but it’s proving difficult. 🌬️📉 I’ll keep you updated on how things progress! 🌿✨ 🌱 Day 47 - Everything is Going Well 🌱 Watering and Nutrients Today, I watered and fed the plant again. 🌿💧 Each plant received 1 liter, which is about 10% of the pot's volume. The plant is responding well to the nutrients, and growth is steady. Defoliation and Light Exposure I’ve done some light defoliation to ensure that every part of the plant gets proper light exposure. ✂️💡 My goal is to avoid any shadowed areas, allowing the buds to develop fully. Temperature Management The temperature is still quite high, reaching 27-28°C during the day. 🌡️🔥 I’m finding it difficult to bring it down, but the plant seems to be handling it well. To maintain a healthy environment, I keep both the fan and the exhaust system running on the highest setting, ensuring good air circulation. 🌬️🔄 Humidity Control Currently, the humidity is sitting at around 45-50%. 💧 It’s not perfect, but I’m monitoring the plant closely and making adjustments as needed. Well, it was my first diary here, and I'm really happy to had found this amazing community that is so eager to help! The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. I enjoyed this plant a lot, its grew well and loved how it was shorter and fatter. I wonder if it was at the dame distance from the plant if It could have done even more. Had some issues with the yellowing that was happening on the other plant in this tent. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and it may have hurt the yields a bit. The top best looking buds looked and smelled amazing even the lower buds where doing well not so larfy like the other plant. There was crazy strong smells with this plant, sour berries and hints of lemon, it was a best smelling plant I have grown to date. This would be a great plant to grow for beginners, cant take a lot of stress and still produces quite well and even on lower wattage leds it was good. It was not the most crystally looking plant, not like the maltezerz but still had some finger hash buildup but a small amount. I feel this plant would be a winner for a rosin press. I don't plan on growing this strain out again despite me liking a lot of qualities about it. I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. Only some of the lower growth is larfy, will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they ½ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" ÷ "g" = kw/g "$" ÷ "g" = $/g I have harvested 4.57oz or 129.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw ÷ 129.6g = 2.60 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 ÷ 129.6g = 0.28c/g It cost 28c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. Hello Diary, He finished the second week of vegetation at the Farm without any problems. The only thing I did was fill the humidifier with water every two days and watch them develop beautifully. The plants grew a little more than 10 cm in a week, which is great, and they started showing the first signs of flower formation. It will be much more visible next week. Watering was done only once, they probably get enough moisture from the air, so it is not necessary to water too often. This time I added Bigger Flowers from the Bio Flowering Booster palette. Here's how it looked last week. 06/02/2023. - Day 13. Watering. I prepared 2.5 liters of water, lowered the pH to 6.0 and added Bigger Flowers. I watered both plants evenly with that amount. 07/02/2023. - Day 14. End of the second week of vegetation. I photographed the plants and recorded a video.
