Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. Let's go to the finale. The eighth and final week of flowering. The flowers are hard as a rock. The trichomes are milky and sometimes an amber hue appears.

This week went really well ! Today we are at day 79 from seed an looking beautiful! One Forbiddin Runtz got chopped an hung to dry out an the rest are still flushing out through the rest of this week! Very nice looking fades coming along on the fan leafs from purple to green , so beautiful ! So happy with these genetics from @fastbuds_genetics! Super sticky an smell is so amazing, room full of purple punch’s an Forbiddin Runtz the smell you can’t beat, so many berries!!! Well stay tuned for next week! Cheers y’all

Now the pics are getting better cause its up to date. Its the last week for her in veggie, ill put her in flower tomorrow because i dont want her to explode my tent. Also 5 skunks in a 60x60 tent is kinda scary but we wiiiill seee. Have a good one guys.

New week starts! ☀️25.10.2023 Spraiyng today only. ☀️27.10.2023 Norting today ☀️29.10.2023 I spraiyed a half of my garrden yesturday (they drinks different) with 'TA Tripart' in 80%of 'bloom' formula already. They keeps steretching and I want to do some extra LST for two days in the end of this week. ☀️31.10.2023 Crones of all my flowers grew back already. Their tops are cowered with many sweet budz. I like what I see. But I'm disturbing about a plant-to-lamp distance: it is too short. It's 30-31 c° already and I'm trying to keep low tempereture in my place. Also, now I'm using regular crane water instead of demineralised one. Week ends.

Day 33-40 (May 24th-May 31st) (Day 34) I just found a herm branch on the tight blueberry pheno. It looks like a random pollen sack opened right above a lower branch. I removed the sack but I saw a small amount of dust fall onto one of the lower branches. I’m going to leave it to see if it will pollinate that small branch at all. I spent a good 5 minutes looking closely for bananas or claws but couldn’t find anymore. The main bud is clearly unaffected so I will just leave it unless it is visibly seeding itself. Too bad because I’m really excited for this plant. (Day 36) Not a lot has happened since I flushed them. Growth actually looks healthy and I don’t see any deficiencies on anything yet. (Day 37) Both of these badazz cheese phenos are picture perfect and easily hold up against Canadian and California quad grade. I might try to reveg them at the end and take some clones. They have this unique pungent, grassy, sour milk smell that is just wonderful. The density and bud structure is looking great too. This whole plant will probably take 3 minutes to trim if that. (Day 38) Just found a banana on the shitty blueberry pheno. This pheno is trash and I would honestly throw it away if it didn’t mess up the 3 perfect rows. It has almost no frost, no smell, is airy and has bad structure. I’ve actually never seen a plant with such little frost. Even outdoors. (Day 39) I think most of this tent will be done by day 60 but I will probably ride it out until day 70+. I don’t think the blueberries or the jacks will fill out very much either way but taking it too day 70 will ensure maximum production from each plant.

Another week of swelling... She's definitely going hard here in the final stages to help me win this contest... This has been as easy a grow as I've been very had, she's not particularly needy, and just from keeping it simple I say she's over delivered. Divine Seeds for the win on this one! Started the flush with AN's Flawless Finish on 10/14 to round her off and get her ready for harvest day!

Only given RO water for the past week for WC2 although, WC1 has been flushing for two weeks so I think today will be their last day of watering and then chop them down due to a little unwanted foxtailing in WC2 and the light pulled back. Before chop theyll have a short period in the dark. Probably not going to have another update for a couple of weeks until the drying process is complete though. Both plants are purpling with WC1's being more intense, and the sparkling trichomes is beautiful stuff excited to try them.

Everyone says the plants smell amazing but I can't smell them! fml. They're supposed to smell like guava candy. Just gotta rest up more till my smell is back, honestly the worst thing about covid. Started flush this week, going to flush for 10 days including a 48 hour darkness period. The darkness period is when the buds can reproduce the trichome coating. It's normally used as sunscreen for light protection but much is burned off during intense day times. This is why it's best to harvest after a period of darkness.

Hello, semaine 10, floraison 6. Nous approchons de la fin!! Le flushing viens de commencer en cette fin de semaine 6. Il reste une semaine avant la récolte. Le plantes semblent en bonnes santé. Les buds sont correctes. J’ai stoppé les engrais, et je vais flusher jusqu’à la fin, une fois par jour. Hâte de voir l’effet du flushing. C’est tout pour cette semaine,,, Happy grow...😎

As I said, she has become a single fat dense and sticky main cola, very compacted, looks like it's just 1 huge fat nugget. Very nice aroma but not stinky at all. I'm enjoying her, she's not very big but she's literally a single big fat nugget.
