I used a bounty paper towel inside of a 6x4 glass storage container cut to match size. Sprayed distilled water generously over, then gently placed seeds evenly apart from each other. Placed a second paper towel and sprayed again with distilled water. Sprayed inside lid and closed for 48 hours prior to opening. Left raised above ground floor on cardboard box directly in front of heat intake duct. Temp and humidity were around 75-80F and 60-70%humidity. after a successful beginning, I then planted each seed using latex gloves into 4 different pots ; 1-5gallon happy frog only, 1- 5gallon pot happy frog with clay pebbles, 1-3 gallon pot happy frog only and 1-3gallon happy frog and clay pebbles. I covered each seed with a cut up 2litre clear soda bottle with small holes poked on the tops. I sprayed down the soil and the plastic containers. I left them covered until I noticed the cotyledon leaves then I removed the plastic covers, increased circulating fan speed and added a bag of exhale co2. Watered daily 2-3 times by misting with spray. (Distilled water in humidifier and used in feeding)

We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. This time we are faced with an absolute novelty Zamnesia, a plant of the latest generation of an immense series that Zamnesia is bringing out, ready to try them all. Here we have excellent parents the primette result very well, let's try! To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand well whether it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures begin to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in a jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water almost certainly the seed is healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening of the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root has come out it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out too much, in the absorbent paper you can wait a little longer in water no. - Phase 3 --- While I soaked the seeds I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. Up to now I have not put the light on, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. 8/31/2024 Both plants getting their first day of bloom spectrum lighting, red spectrum dominant. Already seeing signs of flowering on Plant A - the transition into flower must have been perfect. Otherwise, this plant might be an autoflower? DLI on canopy top around 30-32. Lights set to 70% intensity. Reduced lung room humidity to 50% target. Lots of rain lately and the dehumidifier is working hard to keep up with 60-80% outdoor humidity. Tent humidity is hanging out around 60-65% 9/2/2024 Checking over both plants and doing light defoliation of larger fan leaves. Looking for more pre-flower signs on Plant B. Small nodules appearing on plant B. slightly odd formations compared to plant A. I will be keeping a close eye on this over the next few days. Water level issues from last week are well within control. Since the fix was implemented the system requires about 2 fewer gallons to keep the system cycling as intended. Continuing to top the reservoir with fresh nutrient water with about 1 gallon of water per day. Still have not conducted a water change from the system. I will be planning one here closer to the end of this week when I have a little bit more free time at home. 9/3/2024 Plant A has a few signs of natural varieagation on fan leaves. Also found this cool leaf formation on a few of the larger fan leaves (see picture above). Plant B pre-flower signs still look odd, but monitoring closely. 9/6 Plant B still unconfirmed as a female. Preflower expressions are looking slightly more female, but no hairs yet. Both plants are looking healthy and doing well! The flow issues with the return line was due to a root mass making its way into the line and getting stuck. I was able to pump it out with some suction. Flow is completely returned and both buckets, back to stress free hydro for a few more days :D

🌿 Week 9: The Grand Root Reveal & Bud Sites Popping! 🏺🥦 Strain: Sticky Broccoli Automatic (Zamnesia) Stage: Mid-Flowering / Bud Development Light Cycle: 18/6 📝 The General Vibe: Welcome to Week 9! The stretch has slowed down, and the "Sticky Broccoli" is officially shifting all her energy into flower production. The canopy is an absolute jungle of tops! Those red and green LST clips did exactly what they were supposed to do, breaking the apical dominance and giving us a beautiful, bushy, multi-topped structure. White pistils are shooting out everywhere, and the bud sites are starting to look like perfect little pompoms. 🏺 The "Vase" Experiment Reveal! This is the moment I’ve been waiting for! I finally pulled back the top layer to check on our hidden structure, and the results are amazing. The main stalk is incredibly thick and woody, and you can see the roots actively gripping and growing right over the little blue vase nested in the soil. The experiment is a massive success so far! She is anchored in deep and looking incredibly sturdy. 🍽️ The Menu (Nutrients) - Powered by Plagron, Hesi & BioBizz: Continuing to push the bloom nutrients to help these flowers swell. I'll be keeping a close eye on the runoff and might dial the EC back just a fraction on the next watering so she stays happy. This week went well. The Jelly Rancher plant was getting big enough to move to a bigger pot (1 gallon fabric pot). It may have been able to stay in the Jiffy Pot a little longer but figured I'd get it done with a few others I was transplanting. The roots looked great, the plant seemed nice and strong.

They are bulking up a bit more. Still nice and bushy both, still think both will be female. Finally, colours are getting greener and they are filling out nicely. Last couple of weeks before harvest, when my tent is filled to the edges on all sides and the plants can only go up is the moment I will hit the switch to 12/ 12.
