Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. week intel: its time for second pruning they grew up too fast and need second pruning as below : first i remove big fan leaves and only leaves then let them rest for 1 day then the second part of pruning will get done that is removing branches based on these conditions: 1-if the branch is very low and never can make it to the top , 2- if branch is in shade even after pruning fan leaves , 3- if there are too many branches at the small space then non of them will get resources so if there is no space for branch then , they must get remove. everything is perfect! stresses : pruning big fan leaves and lower branches + a little E.C stress around 1.7 once a week feeding: i feed them 3 times this week with this order : day 1 : i feed them heavy with silicate +base nutrients(calcium & micros + Bloom) about 884 ppm - 1.7 e.c to cause a little stress. day 3 : i feed them low dose of Feeding Booster + Karbo Boost around 325 ppm - 0.6 e.c to let them recover a little but not fully recover still a little stress will caused. day 5 : i feed them with low dose of Top-Max + B-52 around 213 ppm - 0.4 e.c to let them recover the stresses to get ready for another stress next week. guide of the week : no more stresses from now on till the end and from next week i'll reduce the amount of nitrogen and calcium to below half to the end.

Posting from my work trip abroad. I took these just before I left and have a growmie refilling the humidifier. Based on the camera in the tent the temps are slightly high as the heatwave continues back home. But I guess that’s the best I could ask for. More details coming during the week 8 check in.

What to say what to say...... lol last week of nutes and I flush! Smells so heavenly like someone dropped me into a candy filled ball pond lol the buds are so dense and hard so swelling during flush has got me excited already because they’re only going to put on weight at the end! So happy with this one! Mouth waters every time I open the tent! As the wedding gelato is in the same one so heaven meets heaven! I had noticed a little burn maybe wind burn when my fans were closer but hasn’t affected the plant itself at all! Harvest real soon! This is the best I’ve done ever I did say I will show all I have learned in these next diaries after honey cream and look?? Love it!

Bienvenidos camaradas cultivadores, siete semanas de floración y las dos últimas con problemas de bloqueo de nutrientes que se ha reflejado en las hojas de las dos ramas principales, quemaduras en las hojas y marcas claras de deficiencia de Manganeso, el consumo de agua estaba en bajada desde hace dos semanas, y una vez más, mi falta de reflejos me ha impedido comenzar antes a tratar el problema. Ya sabía yo que esta cepa, con semejante nombre Psicopático me iba a dar problemas!! 🙄 Bien, es el momento de los fuertes!! 🤜🤛 ACTIVIDAD SEMANAL 💀 Día 84. Muevo la planta a mi carpa principal donde tengo como lámpara de dosel una magnífica MH TS1000, apoyada por otras luces que aportan espectros de luz más cercanos al rojo (2700k, 660nm, 2000k, 3000k, IR 730nm que enciendo 15 minutos cada hora.) Días 85, 86, 87, 88, 89. La planta no reacciona al último riego con agua de montaña y melaza, sigue perdiendo hojas completamente amarillas de la parte baja de la planta, en los dos últimos días, en la parte superior de las dos ramas principales han vuelto a aparecer manchas en las hojas más grandes, ahora también rizado de las puntas... muy feo!! Día 90. Acudo al cultivo dispuesto a intentar solucionar el bloqueo de nutrientes. 1º. Preparo una mezcla con agua de montaña y Ormus que aporta calcio y Magnesio y ayuda a la asimilación de nutrientes, corrijo el PH con vinagre blanco. PH: 7.0, EC: 0.55. 1000ml. Riego rápido con esta mezcla hasta conseguir un buen nivel de escorrentía, recojo 500ml con un EC: 3.1 y PH: 7.05. Preparo una mezcla de sólidos (Ca, Mg, P, Fe, Mn, Cu, K...) que añado al sustrato, para que traspasen sus nutrientes lentamente en los próximos días. 2º Preparo otra mezcla suave con Agua de montaña, melaza, 3% de mi Biol de Frutas y minerales con Microorganismos Eficientes -EM- (MMA, BAL, Vitaminas, Azúcares, Micro elementos, Húmicos...) y Ormus 1%. PH: 6.59, EC: 1.15. 1500ml. Vuelvo a regar rápido para arrastrar nutrientes del sustrato y al tiempo aportar en ese agua los nutrientes de la mezcla que potenciarán el trabajo y reproducción de la microbiología del sustrato. La escorrentía la uso para regar mis geranios!! Día 91. Se ha notado el tratamiento, la planta parece hinchada, ha recuperado en 24h la tersura, seguiré con unos riegos suaves hasta estar seguro de que el problema desaparece. Aunque me preocupa el impacto en la producción, pues justo estas semanas son cruciales para el crecimiento de las colas.
