Defoliated a bit more, feeding sugar royal and green sensation. The smell is really coming through now.

Here at the beginning of week 2 I fed these ladies another strong dose of compost tea. They seem to be doing great. The melato clone is exploding through the trellis netting. I’m glad I got another 7or8 clones of her for next round. I’ll probably only keep the strongest 2or3 and give the rest away but still. It’s always best to take extra clones so that you can keep the strongest growing clones and either compost or give away the runts. I’m also very interested with the Hyer up plant from seed in the front right corner this round. She seems a bit scragglier than the pheno I grew last run but I’m starting to see hints or purple on the forming Calix’s and the pistil’s. So We will see how she does this run and see if it’s worth keeping the clones I took from her. The one in the front left is the Ghost OG and this is the last time I’ll be running her in my indoor garden. I’m just not to happy with the strain overall but I already popped this bean and if by some crazy chance she turns out to be a keeper pheno I have clones of her as well. And finally, the empty spot that you see in the netting in the back left is reserved for the ATF you can see in the last few pictures. She is a super slow grower and her branch structure is crazy stacked. Barely 1or2 inches between each node. So I raised my lights up as far as I can to see if I can get her to start stretching out for the light a bit more. Hopefully by the time the clones I just took from her root she will be ready for the bud room. Usually my clones root in 8-12 days. This is my first time running this ATF Strain so the same thing goes for it as does the Ghost OG and the Hyer up. If I’m not happy with the buds in the end result I will get rid of the clones I took of her. I have very limited space and resources. I only want to grow strains I know are gonna be dank. Which is why I’m so glad I got some OceanGrownSeeds genetics. I now have their Tropic Moon and their Dark Plasma. This plant has been going strong for sometime now. I’m starting this grow diary so soon because I need to keep track of how much longer I have until it’s ready for harvest. I already forgot what day I switched to bloom lol. But I’ll be posting weekly. With better pictures.

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. This was a great strain for my first grow! The plant was forgiving of my several mistakes throughout the grow and just kept bouncing back. I had self-created problems with over watering, not enough nutrients toward the last few weeks (I started flushing and scaling back nitrogen too early, thinking I had a nitrogen issue). I'm waiting to review the smoke and high until after curing. I tested the THC and it's coming in at 17.5%-18%.

Day 44 10-8 Tea and slight defol. Shes got a tall branch! Look at it go! 😱😁🤘 10-9 Water, leaf removal. 10-11 Water yucca cal/mag. Tea soon. 10-12 Day 48 Well her head was way above the rest, so she got bent down. Personalsmokes talked me into. He said, go for it! So I did! 😂 Hopefully i didn't F her up. No clue how she got away from me, but this is something new for me. 😁🤘 Light is amazing on everything now! .

She is rapidly eating nutrients and I am having to change solution about every 4-5 days now. In DWC when your original nutrient solution starts off at 12-1300 PPMs and then drops below 400 PPMs within 4-5 days, it becomes hard to understand what nutrients the plants has taken up, as this number may never get below 2-300 PPMs. So when to change solution outside of a schedule depends on a few factors, but most of all - observations, and records of the individual plant. You have to look for the subtle differences. Is it getting a little light green before changes. How does it respond to an early change, etc. The more you observe the plant the more you will learn about it. So far she has been exceptional! I've defoliated to keep them short and to keep good light penetration with the bonus of lower humidity. Little buds are starting to form

She's going g great lost her smell in a proper set up my mini set up she stunck but any way she's in flower so few more weeks and I can enjoy her smoke peace

They getting bigger. i install a scrog net in the next days. They getting also thirstier. Bruce Banner gooooing fast. Maybe to fast i think you see it. Hope the net will do his thing.

Day 35 and I can finally see them putting weight back on after the light situation. Debating on top dressing one more time or not, we’ll see in a couple of days.

Updates During Week 5 Plants switched from pre-flower to flower stage. Loads of stretching starting. Added dry amendments to the soil. Down to earth 4-4-4 at 3 tbsp for each 5 gal pot. I decided to go half dose to see how sensitive the autoflowers would be. So far they are loving it! Added another dose of worm castings. 1 tbsp of worm castings per pot on the 7th. Watering with tap water that is left out overnight/24 hrs with PH down added to bring PH to between 6.5-6.8. Watering every 3 days Plan for Week 6 Ordered Bloom dry amendments Waiting 1 more week into flowering to defoliate bottom leaves. Continuously bending LST fan leaves and bud sites . Going to make Worm casting tea Over all I am happy with how this grow is going. Noticed this strain is very sensitive to watering.
