Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! It's doing it's normal tall Jack Herer growing. Definitely have to start training soon, she'll be going outside but I want to keep her shorter almost bush like. We'll see how that goes with a tall girl?!

By far the largest plant I have encountered. This plant is MASSIVE, my entire closet smells like pineapples... even with the carbon filters. This plant is a beast. Buds are developing rapidly, I expect a very high yield from this plant... this girl screams sativa. The buds are starting to frost up a bit and are developing nicely. Still have a few more weeks to go. The bud I pollinated with a male bagseed appears to be developing seeds well. The bud looks entirely different from my other buds on the plant, some seeds appear to be growing sporadically throughout the larger tent but not many. I may have chopped the male early enough to only really pollinate what I needed. Still hoping I didn’t ruin the entire grow by allowing a male to get a few pods, but I did want seeds and I was willing to take the risk to ensure I’d have more seeds. 👩‍🌾🏼🌱

Day 106 think its ready so cloudy time to chop maybe in a couple of days want more amber Trichomes. Day 107 turned heater off night time Temps 65° day time Temps 78° see if we can get so nice color b4 chop. Day 108 nothing. New Day 109 tomorrow's the big chop day. Day 110 plant is ready to chop.

Esa familia, ya actualizo, estas candy caramelo son una locura, solo hay que ver el color que tienen y la distancia que hay entre nudos. Ya pasan 14 días desde que cambiamos el foco a 12/12, y pronto veremos cómo va escupiendo los brotes de las futuras flores. Sigo controlando el PH que no supera el 6.5 , temperatura con un LED sin problema alguno, humedad entorno al 45%. Poco más por aquí, no olvidéis que abrí más diarios con nuevos proyectos y cambiamos gama de nutrientes, para más, visitarlos. Un saludo fumetillas, hasta la próxima semana.

ALMOST EVERY PLANT HAS PRESEX HAIRS SO THEY ARE GOOD TO GO FINALLY STARTING THE PHOTOPERIODS AND I HOPE MY TIMING IS GOOD FOR CHOPPING THE AUTOFLOWERS..........SEEDS PUT INTO THE SOIL ON JUNE 22ND. RUNNING OUT OF ROOM IN THE 8X8 TENT SO I PUT ALL THE PHOTOPERIODS IN THE 5X5 WITH A TSW2000. SOME FAN LEAVES ARE BIGGER THAN MY HAND NOW.
