Hello. This is the end of week 8 and the beginning of week 9 of flowering. I've stopped closing up the tent at nights now. The plants are so far along in flowering they won't turn back to veg, even with the neighbor's lights on. So I'm not in there twice a day now. So I was a little surprised to find spider mites. The grow was going so good I thought I missed the bugs this year. But they showed up. I bought a Hypochlorous Acid Generator last year last year early so I was prepared. I used it at full strength last year for spider mites and I got yellow leaves after a couple of weeks. I guess the leaves got a bit fried at full strength. So this year I'm trying it at 1/2 strength with a drop of dish soap to help choke those dam spider mites. It's a little pricey, but I'm hoping to get years of use out of it, to make up for the price. Everything else is going good in here. Started flushing yesterday with PH adjusted tap water. The tap water used to be at 6.5 ph for years, but the water counsel found out that 7.5 ph water is better for you. So I have to adjust it. It's 1 drop of ph down per gallon and it makes it 5.7 ph. water. It will be 2 weeks more of flushing and then harvest. With the Panty Punch male plant ... I've seeded 1 branch of each plant and I've pollenated 4 clones too. They are - The White, Amnesia Lemon, Critical OG and Pink Kush. I'll send you some free good regular seeds if you want to do a diary on them. I learn from your diaries so I can improve my breeding technics. So if you would like some free seeds, privet message me and we can chat about them. I send them in a Christmas card with an international stamp. It cost me about 3 dollars Canadian. I don't mind. 1-2-2022 A solution has been found and implemented. A simple quick project that cost little and not much time to make. Works very well. She is responding to her new environment and soon she will be into her new home in true Aeroponic spray only fashion. 😎

Venga familia ya viene la cosecha de estas Mental Rainbow de Sweetseeds, que ganas que tenía ya de darles machetazo. Para empezar es buena variedad un poco tardía de lo que dicen pero me encantó cultivarla , aún con la plaga de trips que sufrí las 2 últimas semanas aguantaron y sacaron buenas flores. Las flores aparte se ven resinosas. La planta pues si creció vigorosa , no tiene mucho satélite es más porra central. a sido una genética con la que disfruté bastante, no fue muy complicada cultivarla. Well the pas week has been a lot! We had some dehydration issues, did some defolitation, and additional LST to prep for flower. Starting today, this plant has been kicked into the flower tent and will be starting its journey! Before we went to flower, I gave this guy 1tbsp of Dr. Earth tomato blend. Growth has been steady I'm going to start budding coming week 7. I think I'm going to run out of tent room might be a lil late but it is what it is.

Plants look very strong and healthy, the first signs of flowering are manifested. I add Advanced Nutries Nirvana for larger plants and Bud Ignor for more flower spots

11/16/2020 She's growing, roots are nice and healthy, so time for flowering. Switching to 11-14 and flower dose will start today. Full bucket switch to Grow, Micro, Bloom flower week one Raised level of water to 16 liters just touching mesh pot, she used about 1/2 her water (6liters) And do not want her to go hungry lol

Seedlings are struggling. My guess is it's from over watering substrate with vermiculite in it but I'm not 100% sure. I've been fairly moderate with water. If they were in regular potting mix this amount of water would have been okay. Next time I'll start them in plain potting soil. I also thought that maybe there was a nutrient shortage because I'm using 25% coco coir but actually this seems unlikely. In any case I put a bit of extra soil on top of the pots. Despite the browning off this week the stems are still really strong. I'm still confident they will recover and just need time. The temperature fluctuations of the last week might have had a negative effect.
