Going into week 9. Weirdo stopped dying back and pumped out another set of bracts. I guess she has time, maybe this week. I just dont know anymore.. Plant 2 has atleast another week, stacking buds well. Increase in mass is apparent now as the buds sway in the wind. Something must have happened for weirdo to die back like that. Not quite sure at this point as I haven't changed anything in a few weeks. Maybe a little pk boost. Looks like the symptoms I had when the plants suffered a drought but my system has been operational the entire time, as far as I know. I'll update if weirdo gets the axe this week, but I'd rather pull them together if I can.

The solo cup Afghani x Mac1 from DNA Junkies is coming to an end. These sticky buds are starting to fade and turning a blueish purple. The smell is strong. Very fruit forward with petrol. Still feeding off the last top dressing.

It’s been a hell of a ride y’all but here we are, looks like she’ll be ready to chop come Monday or Tuesday depending when I have more time Haven’t gotten to much of a description of the flower yet so as for smell- she’s an absolute funky one almost makes you sick to the stomach like a garlic body odor but then a slightly sweet back to it. Based off the record she’s putting out so far I couldn’t be happier to try the smoke. As you can see even with all she’s been through (mainly a tough mag deficiency) the buds are still completely coated in a nice layer of frost same with all her healthy foliage. Will definitely be running some wax from her so I’ll update on that as well. Harvest pics coming soon until then happy growing y’all!!!

New week. 55-65 DLi. Been smoking some Pakistani Landrace this week, must say, its exceptional. The plant shifts its energy entirely from vegetative growth to flower production. Small blemishes are creeping in, but expected, holding up remarkably well given the circumstances. A high CEC acts as a nutrient "storehouse", preventing essential cations from being washed away by water (leaching) and making them available for gradual plant uptake. Soils with high CEC can store larger quantities of nutrients, allowing for less frequent, potentially larger, fertilizer applications compared to low-CEC (sandy) soils which require smaller, more frequent doses. By providing a steady and dependable supply of nutrients, high-CEC soils support healthier plant growth and potentially higher crop yields.
