Hello, hello again! Started this week off with yet another, 6.5PH in, 6.2 PH out watering of 2.5L per 9L pot each. I actually, despite my statements in previous weeks, said "ah f*** it" and upped the dosage of bloom (4 ml/L), topmax (4 ml/L), and brought grow back to 3ml/L. They soon about to be harvested, didnt want to deny them a proper last meal. Other than that, we entered what i for myself call the "boring" state. Theyre absolutely nice too look at, and, looking back, have been so much fun to grow, but now i just sit here waiting for Trichomes to amber up. And since its my only tent, i hope they do so equally as fast as the rest of the grow so far. So, nothing much more to tell! No Defoliation, No Adjusting lights, just feeding them and ever so patiently waiting on them. One of the plant has some cool looking foxtails going on. I dont mind it, looks cute. Budsites still keep sweeling up good though. Stigmas are now 50/50. Added some Trichome shots on Nov 3rd, Took a couple of pics and stacked them in Photoshop Day 69, some more Trichome Checks, not quite there yet! See you next week! :) Added Timelapse for week 10!

These girls are doing great. Running out of room to move my light so hopefully they're done growing up lol. Small nugs are starting to form and the smell its starting to get strong smells very nice. Got a bigger dehumidifier to help with humidity was staying between 50-70 the last couple weeks finally getting down to 40. They're appetite is really ramping up now and they're drinking about a gallon a day between the three of em.

Esta semana hemos procedido a un corte apical a todas nuestras PURPLE PUNCH.😎 Una vez pasados unos días de recuperación las pusimos a 12/12, en muy poco tiempo ya han estirado y se han formado nuevos ojos centrales. Las anomalías genéticas las hemos quitado y las hemos puesto en un vaso para un experimento casero y las hemos reemplazado unos esquejes del mercado en negro en un poco de mal estado de CRITIICAL PIÑA.😬😜

WEEK 17-23 March. She's really too narrow now, I'm going to transfer her in a larger space very soon. In the meantimeI'm continuing with all the techniques to make her stay down.

This girl was a last minute space filler, but she is so much more than just that. So purple she is black so frosty she looks white. When you open up the bud the rich purple completely covered in white frost continues all the way through the dense resinous buds. She smells sweet and fruity with hint of milk and pepper hidden in there and OG finish with gas and that flavour come straight through the smoke and lingers on the tongue. Of course I didn’t clone her so we’re trying a reveg!

week 11 75 days according to the breeder this strain has 7-8 weeks of flowering. with the possible stress that the plant has suffered maybe it has slowed down its growth a little. but since I'm not impatient and I have time is not a problem. I like to let it mature on point so I let it roll for another three weeks. As for the sample I took a week before... it was on a good track. I could already feel some notes and aroma but deep down. very heavy and harsh smoke, to remember that there was no flush or cure, just dry. Now its waiting for the whole plant dry. 🤞🙏

Hello growmies! Welcome to week six of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! So here we are at week six and every one of these girls are at a slightly different stage, it is quite fascinating to watch them develop one after the other. Today I made the last adjustment to the light possible. I removed the adjustable hangers and affixed a carabiner which I tightly tied to the top of the tent bar. There is about 1.5 inches of space between the top of the shade and the tallest part of the roof of the tent. Plant 1 is already taller than this, and it looks like plant 6 and maybe even plant 5 are going to join it. It's a madness. I am sure you have already looked at the photos but just in case you do what I do and read the diary first... Here is my assessment at the beginning of week 6: Plant 1: Height: 1st (137cm) - what can I say about this ridiculous plant? Day 36... 137cm tall. I have had to raise the light to as high as it is physically possibly to raise it and it's still not high enough. She is done stretching now, she may add 3-5cm over the next week or so but I don't expect more than that, so her top of her main cola going to have to develop above the level of the light. Nothing I can really do, nothing wise anyway. What a monster plant. Maturation: 4th - early into flower - bud sites developing, pistils just starting to explode. Plant 2: Height: 4th (111cm) - this plant has been there or there abouts as the tallest plant for most of the grow, but she has topped out at 111cm. She will gain some during flower but not much more than a few centimetres. Very impressive plant, loads of bud sites, really big strong secondary branches. This one is going to be colas galore. Maturation: 3rd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 3: Height: 6th (95cm) For some brief days the tallest plant in the room, she peaked early and is now the "shortest" at "only" 95cm for this "50-70cm" strain. She is utterly dwarfed by four of her five sisters in just about every department, being quite a bit smaller even than plant 4 (although I have removed the most lower nodes from this plant). Compared with her sisters she is almost a runt... except that she is 25cm taller than the strain top-end average and matches the maximal height of the previous tallest Epsilon F1 plant I am aware of. It's not that she is small, actually she's pretty big for an Epsilon F1, it's just that the rest of the girls are on another level altogether. Plants 1, 5 and 6 are all absolute beasts. Maturation: 1st - well into flower - first shades of brown in some pistils. Plant 4: Height: 5th (98cm) although only 3cm taller than plant 3, overall she is a much larger plant. Her secondary nodes are the same height as plant 3. Maturation: 2nd - well into flower - all white pistils Plant 5: Height: 3rd (113cm) - one of the two thick/short girls who have grown at a similar pace all along - she is further ahead than plant 6 but not by much and I think she will probably exceed 120cm this week, though I do not think she will outgrow plant 1 or 6. Maturation: 5th - early into flower - bud sites developing. Plant 6: Height: 2nd (120cm) - my predictions were correct about this girl and her continued growth. I now think she might actually outgrow plant 1, which is quite worrying. Maturation: 6th - early into flower - bud sites forming - by far the least mature plant of the six. ### Week 6 Day 2 23:00 30/7 Photographed. Raised the light. Rotated the plants. Inspected, measured and reported on each plant. ### Week 6 Day 3 23:00 31/7 It has not escaped my attention that the plants that are more advanced into flower have darkened and have some burnt tips. I need to flush them and lay off the base nutes a bit. Girls are about a week out or so! Girls are fattening up each day and trichomes are starting to go milky. Harriet (left) has been having trouble with pH dropping but she's still drinking. I ended up removing about 2 liters of solution and put pH'd water to lower the ppm. Seems to have helped bring the pH up to about 5.3 (up from 4.1) but will continue to monitor. I noticed the leaves are starting to discolor on the serrations, and got a slight tip burn, so thinking dropping the ppm a tad was good? Lol Haven't totally decided when and how long (if any) flushing I'll do. I see conflicting info and anecdotal evidence to it's effectiveness. Guess it's time for some soul searching 🤣 See y'all next week!!

Cut a week early and a little bit of drama along the way, some issues with persistent bud rot from week 14 or so most likely caused by my blocked intake filter. I learned a lot during this grow and will take these experiences and hopefully turn them into a better next time! Will definitely have another go at growing Royal Gorilla in the not too distant future, however I think I have enough to smoke on for quite some time. Overall appearance of the buds and their structure are not as pretty as my last run, however the flavours, yield (1.48 gpw) and potency make up for that imo. So I finally got to the point where I didn't like how much amber there was so I decided to chop. I was trying to let her go and little longer for some better pictures but I will end up hating the smoke. This harvest was pretty easy because I had the plant stripped of most of the fan leaves for more light to hit the bottom buds. I only took a few pictures because I had some professional pictures taken but I have to wait a week for them and I will post them when I get them. Overall super happy with the buds and can't wait to smoke it. Till next harvest
