Testing for Connoisseur genetics Outback haze #1 7th March 2022 Welcome to week 23 😀 Both of these ladies are looking fantastic as they progress into the blooming stage 💪 Absolute monster on the left is my favourite of the two but the other isn't too bad either . Neither have needed any feeds with the soil providing plenty of nutrition at this stage. 100% sativa's or in this case haze are fairly low maintenence when it comes to feeding . chuck in some manure or something ( I am using guano ) and they will happily grow along nicely . Did you know that Connoisseur genetics are looking for new testers for their newest strains?? to be considered you just need to have had a few diaries with harvests Thanks once again for stopping by 👍 *****Major Update 10th March ***** Plant two developed ball sacks along with her pistils so unfortunately I had to pull her out and destroy the plant. I know some people might think I could have tried removing the sacs and giving the plant a chance . But I am trying to make myself some F1 hybrids and do not want any Hermies anywhere near my females . Now because this strain has Thai genetics there is always that chance they throw "nanners" but usually later in flower so for this one to show itself right on the start of flowering is enough for me to pull it , burn it with fire . Or in this case I'm gonna let the sun solarise it and then it'll be mulched with other plant materials from my garden.

This is my first grow ever. I obtained a small grow tent and have sprouted seeds that are now in dirt. I have 3 now in dirt. It seems I have done much work in getting the proper equipment ect, its just there isn't that much solid information on watering your seedling at the very beginning stages after they grow tails and put in dirt. I have heard someone say that you should use a shot glass worth if around the center of the pot but directly in the center. Then ive heard people completely soaking the pot. I have 5 gallon fabric pots that i chose to use since they say to put autos in it's final home to start since they dont like to be transplanted which again, i have heard conflicting info about. I have 3 going but already kinda freaking out about if i didnt water them enough or too much. Anyway im learning and open to new info as it comes. UPDATE - I had 2 seeds pop up on 6/13 which was 3 days after planting the first seed and 2 days after planting 2nd. Humidity is high in the tent at around 76 which i believe is ok. I have a couple bowls of water in there for humidity and and small humidifier. I wasn't sure i was going to need the humidifier but got it anyway. I figure it may come into use at a later time as I am currently not running any exhaust fan as that seems to take the humidity and temp way down and im only using 1 light on the lowest setting. Im honestly just super excited to get a couple seeds to sprout out of dirt and would take that as a win. Im into this though and really hopeful for a good first run. Cheers.

Today is start week 5. So this is from week 4. The cookies haze was a bit behind on flip. So I’m not giving pk13/14 to that one yet. I’m counting that one as week 2 flower And I also just seen that I messed everything up with the nutrients here. I was counting it as 10l and not 1l. So I just fixed it now. I’m sorry about that too. This was the first run of a FastBuds strain and I appeared to have picked a strain that works well with my grow style. She had nice wide indica leaves at the start of her growth and by two weeks over the sides of the pot. 3 gal seems to be a good pot size given her life span and her size. She flipped to flower as expected in week 4. From there she steadily gained weight in flower and was a struggle to keep her tied down with LST. Removing the lower bud sites on the side branches would also have helped to fill in her top colas so don’t be worried that she won’t fill in and you talk yourself into leaving them......cut them off😃👍She sets into a nice yellow fade on the leaves and the edges take on a purple colour. Add in red and orange hairs with everything covered in trichomes and she is a beautiful girl🤩🤩 Flush was over two weeks so expect a smooth smoke 🤞 Will follow up with more as she progresses through drying. In the box with temp at 62 to 66 degrees and humidity at 60%. Branches are not that long so I am expecting dry should be around 7 to 10 days. *******Updated Mar 7/20********* Dry went okay and she was in there for 9 day dry, Feb 25 to Mar 5th. Will be waiting until she has roughly a three week cure before I sample anymore. Did a little for not just to test her out. Further notes from dry and trim........ Should have fed her another week for increased density. Smoke is smooth so far, I don’t mind sacrificing weight for smooth smoke but not sure it was a needed trade off with this girl. Find out next run of her, which will be very soon😀👍 Her high is nice and strong. Not much sampled so far........rather say more to come in a few weeks......sweet and impressive so far!!!! Again a real pleasure to grow and I see more opportunity to do better with this girl😃 Very excited to go again and will definitely be in the next auto run again. Love how she grew and looked! Already ordered more FastBuds genetics and will see Girl Scout Cookies with another Zkittlez for sure!!! Hello guys, Here I am again to present you a new run, still with the best leds of the market nevertheless as I changed my growing space from 120x120 to 150x150. So I had to update the material inside... I will run with 3 EVO 5-150 lamps of 320W or 960W with Bluetooth dimmers. For the Hydro system, it will be the V-SYSTEM from Alienhydroponics. In fertilizers I am always with Advanced Nutrients. I work with osmosis water. Currently, 4 clones took on 4. Once the roots are ready, I will transfer the cuttings from the propagator to the V-SYSTEM. ------------------------ since the 16/08, when I transplanted the plants in the RDWC system, I noticed some points that I will mention below and correct next time. 1. The cuttings are too small, allow enough time so that I can completely fill my pots with clay balls. 2. Cut out the bottom of the pots from the cuttings. 3. 3/4 of the cuttings are touching the water, so one is late. Next time when transplanting, add more water, up to the basket in order to immerse all the plants and not to create a difference between each one, consequence now I have 3 that are ready to explode and one that will struggle behind, problem corrected today by increasing the volume of water. 4. The b-52 is a real pain in the ass in RDWC, you have to clean the 2 filters almost every day, with this new soup I'm testing without and I think I'll continue like this just with the base sensi grow A and B, as I use Root rot X, I won't use voodoo juice since all the bacteria would be killed. 5. Use of Voodoo Juice is useless if using Root Rot X which will kill the bacteria. I don't know why but when I transplanted in the RDWC, I put my set up in growth mode, except that the plants were not ready for it, moreover, I made a FIM on each. So I lost some days, these last days I went back to a ppdf of 150, now that my roots touch the water, I declare growth 0 on 22/08, I will do between 21 and 28 days of growth. And as my roots are doing well and touching the water I'll go to a PPFD of 300 ++

This grow was all about learning the process of hydroponics. Needles to say It is not as easy as it looks and takes a lot of time to set up and so... But along the way with help from several growmies it came to a unexpected result. 227 gram dry weight of good quality cannabis. This result ,I'm very happy ,has so much room for improvement that I can't wait for the next grow. I like to thank Royal Queen Seeds for sending me these awesome genetics, I suspect this is a big part of the result, the freebies and a lot of weed. Ofcourse I couldn't wait for the cure and started smoking. Man this stuff is sticky!! The smell is already hard to resist. The taste could be better,no cure yet, Very fresh but you smell and taste the potential. Being a long time haze smoker the effect is not exactly my thing but at night after dinner with a cup of coffee that's more what this is. Being a older person the hardest part of this contest is this damn diarie. Still find it difficult to find my ways. How many times I have to do this over 😤 I will grow this stuff again , never was a big fan of autoflowers but this outcome made me a believer. The starting plugs that came with these seeds are from now on a absolute must have! You see the difference . I cleaned the Aquafarm and it's ready for the other strain "Legendary OG Punch", that's now inside the growplug. Unfortunately to late for a full grow to be in competition but will make a diarie never the less.

So cut of a few bud sites that were too low or under the net. I also had some nutrient problems with the FBA2504 shes more hungry then the other 2 plants but that should be sorted out by now, or at least thats what I hope.😅😂 Also I wanted to mention that the terps on the FBA2504 give me some Super Lemon Haze vibes and shes also looking like a sativa dominant strain so who knows maybe I got 4 Haze crossings in my tent rn🔥. Purple Haze seems to be the fastest out of the 3 she is a fast one for sure. The Frostbanger has some purple pistils forming.

End of week 5 Nono start drybag Moments so i don’t get them to much water the next 2 days And Than Instant last 2 weeks of fertilzer before Fish in week 7-8 3-4 weeks left

Week 9 marks a turning point for the grow. The main plants are deep into flower now, with dense buds that glisten under the HPS light. Their smell is intoxicating, filling the room with the rich, sweet aroma that hints at the potency to come. Even the late bloomer has stepped up its game. While it’s still behind the others, it’s finally entering full flower, its smaller buds beginning to form. It’s got a unique charm, and I can’t help but root for it—sometimes the underdog ends up stealing the show. The grow room feels like it’s nearing its peak. The plants are massive now, with thick branches bending under the weight of their buds. Every day brings new changes, and I can see the finish line getting closer. The hard work is paying off, and I can’t wait to see how these beauties turn out in the final weeks.

Día 6 de diciembre ,tenemos una amanecida de gran niebla que se mantuvo en la mañana con ello una alta temperatura en la noche del cultivo amaneciendo este a 90% de humedad Después del encendido de la luminaria y colocar dos pequeños humificadores de usar y tirar..en dos horas ,la humedad se mantiene bien. 55% En el día de antes de ayer se le aplicó un buen riego. Día 7 Humedad en el cultivo de un 60% Hoy le e metido otro riego con todos sus nutrientes de vegetación y metiéndole un poco de floración La EC 1100 El ph 6 Un ventilador dejó de ser oscilante para quedarse fijo.. hahaha meteré otro en unos días más grande y oscilante .

The end of another fine week of flowering has come. These ladies are working hard and seem to be in very good condition. I've seen a lot of production in bud shape and mass over the last week with no sign of issues. Last Thursday I gave them a good heavy feeding then fallowed up with light non feeding waterings through the week, because they are bottom feeding, the non feed watering insures the plants root system doesn't get salt buildup. As for plant structure and trichome production, these lady's have a very nice structure not to tall with a tight node stack I've noticed some good frost production so far being early into mid flower.

Okay so I came up with this incredible method of training that I call "root lining".I figured this out years ago in outdoor season when a deer bulldozed through my med crop and knocked a sweet lady over, that started it all. The plant was completely parallel to the ground with roots growing out of the nodes where contact was made with the ground at the stock. Long story short she ended up being a 14 footer with 6 foot whale dicks! That gave me this little idea that's been non stop producing top quality fat resinous buds. This method increases nutrient uptake and makes a huge difference in quality and size. I essentially main line, really low to the ground, until the stock makes full contact with the ground. I then gently rub the downside of the stock with the back of a butter knife to speed things up and break down the chlorophyll layer. Then I add remo roots gel (see all videos). I then add a sprinkle of coco on top just to barely cover the stock (dont add to thick of a layer as this might "choke" and rot the stock) and mist that spot 2-3 times a day. 3 days later and boom! She'll be pumping out roots and go into full beast mode. Give it a try and you'll never go back!

Start the week with nutrients and beastie blooms. End the week with semi flush. Repeat for a few more weeks

All seems good.
