Oh boy, what a week have they got Sick PH was very high. Didn’t know what to do so the last week and a half. I’ve been flushing them bringing the pH down little by little trying to go gentle eventually the last flash show PH at 6.8. Which is OK anything between six and seven is considered optimal range for cannabis plant.

From my first grow using a LED 300w light I bought of eBay I have moved on to a indoor tent for my second grow with a 600w HPS set up as I found that the LED light possibly due to its low build quiality was not producing enough light for the buds to reach there maximum potential. After a week from planting the seed I moved them from under the LED into the tent to let them do they’re thing.

Zweite Woche im Oktober, das Wetter wird immer unbeständiger, die trychome sehen gut aus - Zeit für die Ernte. Ich habe erstmal einige Fächerblätter ohne Harzbesatz entfernt und den Rest zum trocknen aufgehängt. Aufgrund von Platzmangel teils in Umzugskartons und teils im Netz. Nach einer Weile habe ich die Blüten dann vom Stengel getrennt, Manikürt und ins Glas verfrachtet. Aufgrund der Menge war ich bei der Maniküre nicht all zu penibel und habe auch einiges zur späteren Weiberverarbeitung im Eisfach gelagert.

Week 4 these babies went straight into 12/12 lighting, then a longer veg period hence the smaller size as im running an experiment on different lighting techniques with 12/12 start to now 16/8 veg/flower back then ill go down to 12/12 flower/flush just to see how the plants react and grow in size with a much smaller growing time frame of 8-10 weeks start to finish autoz

Week 4 – Flowering (Day 22–28) 🌸🌱 At the end of Week 3 (Day 21) we carried out a deeper round of defoliation and some lollipopping. By now the stretch is coming to an end, with the plants settling close to their final height. We’ve also stopped foliar feeding, since every single plant is now covered in developing buds. To keep everything protected, we refreshed the beneficial insects, better be safe than sorry, how we say in German, sicher ist sicher. Already in this early stage of flowering, we can clearly spot differences in structure, bud formation and even the first aromas. Some phenos are showing exceptional promise — those will be the ones we’ll highlight more in the coming updates. 🔎 Pheno notes so far: AF Biostimulant 2 – strong side branching, open structure, already pushing citric aromas. AF 38 – well-built top colas, vigorous growth. AF 64, 92, 93 – impressive vigor, strong stacking, healthy canopy. Apple Fritter is already filling the room with fresh citrus tones and showing early winners.

Critical X Animal Cookies has been growing healthy lately under CD the Hortibloom Solux 350. My orginal solution mix was too strong as she was stunned from it. She was defoliated and roots trimmed up. Ready for anithercweek of growing, then likely switching light times for flowering. These little ladies were started in a cup of seed and root by Dutch Science Nutrients, they cracked within 24 hours and were then put into paper towel for another 24 hours. The roots were good and long so they were planted in solo cups filled with Stepwell Soil. We are excited to see what these two have in store for us, I guess we are taking auditions in the grow room to see who gets a spot in the yard next season! We will take a few clones when the time is right and than they will bloom. 💚✌️ *Note, we started three seeds but lost one. The root may have needed more time in the paper towel but we believe it was one of those twisty girls who got herself tied up in a knot below the soil. I myself, can relate!

Well there’s 6 weeks of veg down, tonight will be the first night of 12/12 with HPS bulbs in. I’m going to be running the lights from 9pm to 9am due to summer heat and hopefully the tent will run cooler at night. Everything was super cropped today to limit the stretch a little bit, she’s 95% indica so might not get to much stretch, I also don’t have a clue as this is my first photo run with the HPS. All light leaks to the room have been addressed with green bulbs in the room. I’m at least hoping to get an ounce per plant if more great just not really sure what to expect. I feel as tho there is still lots of N in the pots but maybe over the next two week they’ll chew right thru it. Maybe I should have lowered the lights but I’m just going to leave em at the top of the tent..... well that’s it for now, I leave tomorrow for work so the next time we see em they should have some bud starting hopefully!
