During my previous grow, I harvested and made some bubble hash. Afterward, I dropped the used, wet buds onto this coco, and it seems some seeds sprouted from the leftover material. I’m not even sure if they’re photoperiod or autoflower, but hey—let's roll with it! Both my pH meter and PPM meter are broken. I have no idea why they keep breaking so often. They’re ADWA meters, and while you can replace the reading elements, the replacements cost half the price of a new meter. It’s frustrating, and I really don’t want to keep buying them every time I start a new grow

Looks like this might be the last week for this girl. Was hoping to see more change in tricomes but not sure if worth the wait. Give it a few more days and see what the loop says.

Another week closer.... These girls have been a pleasure to grow so far they love everything you can give them ...no deficiencies no problems.....earlier in the week a slight tip burn but after 2 days they adjusted and ask for more.....as they are eating up the nutrients I am replacing and upping it each time...pushing these girls and they are showing there love....17 days since I switched the light and they are filling in nicely. Hey everyone! It’s been another fabulous week of the girls fattening up getting ready for the ever looming harvest time! The colas are huge and glistening like a glitter ball! The back right girl has been on flush since day 51, 2 more went on flush on day 53, and the final girl front right went on flush today, day 56! Over the week I gave 3 girls a really heavy defoliation taking the majority of fan leaves off to allow good airflow and try fattening up those lower buds. It’s still impossible to tell if I prefer defoliation or not but we are getting close to harvest so should have a definitive answer to that soon! The back right girl has had absolutely no defoliation or trimming through her life cycle. I still regularly think back to when we broke one of the girls and transplanted, the cannabis gods were on our side warning us 4 girls will be huge, we were very lucky or would be seriously short of space as of now. As the girls are going to be harvested at slightly different times to ensure each are at their optimum, I have had to construct a dry box. How I built my smell free DIY dry box: Take a large cardboard box, cut an extraction hole in the top at one end and mount some ducting and seal the gap around the edge. Cut a flap in the opposite end at the bottom which will be the passive intake and promoting a draft through the hanging buds. Poke some holes in each end of the box using a screwdriver and thread some thin rope or string through the box tying the ends together once finished to give you sturdy locations to hang some pegs from. Finally I attached an extra bit of card on one of the flaps at the top; this overlaps the slight gap in the top between the flaps that could allow light to enter. Once completed I put the ducting into one of the lower intakes of the tent; the negative pressure in the tent then uses the air in the dry box as a passive intake creating a smell free area to dry your cannabis outside of your grow tent. This also keeps a slight breeze flowing through the box to ensure even drying. This lady was a really big beast!! It's the biggest plant I ever grown. The smell of the plant wasn't that strong while growing and flowering, when I harvested her, the smells was already a little stronger. I'm very happy with the yield of the plant. Hello. This is the end of week 5 and the beginning of week 6 of flowering. Things are going good in here. The resin production has really kicked in now. Smells just wonderful in here. Like a sweet orange flavored chalky candy. Delicious. Big snow fall last night. Big for here on the west coast of Canada. 30 to 40 cm fell here and I was worried about my little humming birds. It's been -4*c here the last 2 nights. The weather says -8*c tonight with wind. I don't know how they do it, they are just so small to sit on a branch and make it through the freezing night. Such amazing little birds. It took me 2.5 hours to dig out this morning. Have fun. Chuck.

This week was really great except for some weather problem, cold is came a little bit earlier and i m still fixing something in the grow box. Roots are really large and strenght. Flowering started exactly in the 28 day. Let's go!

June 6, 2025 the apple fritter continued to have a great growth rate just nonstop growing. I feel like this plant grows throughout the night. It’s getting energy off that damn moon at this point but continued the same regiment every seven days given it a boogie brew, heavy harvest tea every four days using pure Protein and soluble seaweed been checking the soil, moisture levels. I was suspecting that my holes were getting dry in fact, my holes are very wet and I can slow down on my watering which I’ve been doing very minimal watering anyways, but due to the near 300 gallon hole size they retain water extremely well Therefore I have actually slowed down on my watering more this year than I ever have before the leafhoppers this week were a little more aggressive also applied name seed meal and name seed spray to the girls, hoping to deter the little leafhoppers from messing with my stuff but all in all week five apple fritter is doing great expecting big big things from her
