Thank you. Gave her a cocktail to help with stress. Added 1st net for lateral support, not so much now, but for later. Blue light is absorbed by photoreceptor proteins called phototropins, which trigger a hormonal response that causes cells on the shaded side to elongate, making the plant bend toward the light. Try and fill this side a little. She is quite big already, just needs to find her stride again after the undue torture. 5 apex stems with 20-30 mini cola, let them develop a little, with the apical dominance shattered, all those 20-30 will all compete with each other as soon as that stretch is initiated. Key to a good stretch is making sure the plant is cycling efficiently, with large ATP conversions occurring lights out. For now, I'm keeping light intensity high. A plant will slow its vertical growth in very high light intensities, leading to a more compact form with thicker stems and leaves. This response is a protective mechanism against light stress, which can damage the photosynthetic apparatus and lead to symptoms like leaf scorching, yellowing, and brittleness. Instead of growing taller, the plant invests its energy into creating a more robust, stress-tolerant structure. Providing plants with necessary antioxidants helps protect the photosynthetic apparatus by scavenging reactive oxygen species (ROS) that cause damage from excess light. UV light exposure can impact the xanthophyll cycle by either enhancing its photoprotective role or causing damage, depending on the intensity and type of UV radiation. UV exposure can trigger the synthesis of more xanthophyll cycle pigments to increase the plant's capacity to dissipate excess energy, but it can also cause direct damage, particularly to Photosystem II, and may lead to a decrease in the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) which indicates a reduced capacity to dissipate excess energy. Plants can respond to UV stress by increasing the synthesis of xanthophyll cycle pigments, such as violaxanthin and zeaxanthin, to improve their photoprotective capacity. UV-induced changes in xanthophyll cycle pigments can be linked to a plant's overall tolerance to high radiation stress. The xanthophyll cycle helps protect against photoinhibition, which is especially important when the plant is exposed to high levels of both UV and visible light. High doses of UV radiation can directly damage photosynthetic components, including the proteins, lipids, and pigments in the thylakoid membranes. Exposure to UV radiation can have a mixed effect on the de-epoxidation state (DEPS ratio) of the xanthophyll cycle pigments. In some cases, UV can inhibit the conversion of violaxanthin to zeaxanthin, resulting in a lower DEPS ratio and a reduced capacity for energy dissipation. However, the total pool of xanthophyll cycle pigments may increase, and this enhanced pool size could provide a greater potential for photoprotection despite a lower DEPS ratio. The xanthophyll cycle works alongside other mechanisms, such as the accumulation of flavonoids (UV screens), to protect the plant from UV-induced damage. Blue light repairs 100% UV-induced damage in plants through a process called photoreactivation, which uses a light-dependent enzyme called photolyase. This enzyme uses energy from blue and UV-A light to directly reverse the damaging pyrimidine dimers in the DNA caused by UV-B radiation, a key mechanism for maintaining the plant's genetic integrity. After carbon, light, water, temperature, and nutrients, the limiting factor of a plant's growth is often its own internal factors or the amount of a key ingredient. Chlorophyll concentration is one such factor, as the amount of this pigment limits how much light can be captured for photosynthesis. Other factors include chloroplast number, respiration rate, and the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, as plants are often in a CO2-deficient condition. 60x60x18=64800seconds x 700 = 45,360,000moles. 45DLI Exposure to 165 ยตW/cmยฒ of ultraviolet-B (UV-B) light for 3600 seconds = 1 hour, a extremely high, acute dose triggering stress responses and protective mechanisms. . The plant's photoreceptor protein, UVR8, senses the UV-B radiation. This triggers a signaling cascade that activates specific genes to protect the plant from damage. In response to the UV-B signal, the plant ramps up the biosynthesis of protective compounds like flavonoids, phenolic acids, and anthocyanins. These compounds absorb UV radiation and accumulate in the epidermal layers of leaves to shield inner photosynthetic tissues. The plant may increase leaf thickness or deposit more cuticular wax, creating a physical barrier to the radiation. The plant will produce more enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants to neutralize the reactive oxygen species (ROS) produced by the UV-B radiation. The plant activates enzymes, including photolyases, to repair DNA damage caused by the UV-B. These repair mechanisms are critical for preventing permanent genetic mutations. While protective measures are activated, a high dose delivered over a short period can cause stress that overwhelms the plant's defenses. Photosynthesis is highly sensitive to UV-B. A high dose can inactivate Photosystem II (PSII), damage thylakoid membranes within the chloroplasts, and reduce chlorophyll content, which lowers the plant's overall photosynthetic capacity. Despite repair mechanisms, high UV-B doses can inflict persistent damage on the plant's DNA. The overproduction of reactive oxygen species can cause oxidative stress, leading to the oxidation of lipids and proteins and disrupting cellular function.

A bit more mild LST yesterday just to space the tops out a bit more. I've defoliated a lot of the inner leaves and I'm continuing to foliar feed on top of my regular feed the Flower Karma Induction by Madame Grow at a strength of 0.7g per Litre. I'm foliar feeding this once every 2 - 3 days an hour before lights on or straight away after lights off (depending if I'm awake early enough haha). Moved the girl onto her first flower nutes now and the Jamaican bloom P28-K25 will be her staple until she starts to swell and I switch her to Bazooka Bloom K30. She's definitely in the swing of her flower stretch as she's grown between 1 -2 inches over the last week.

Commencing Week 14 - 6th week of flowering - Day 92 from germination - Day 42 of 12/12 on January 23rd D.98/48 wooooooooooooooooh this Garden is super stinky right now in a good way ๐Ÿ‘ƒ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ The colors are changing up beautifully signaling the end of life and the beginning of a whole new level of appreciation for these beautiful flowers ๐Ÿ’š - ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’œโค๏ธ I'm currently under the impression that hydroponics can speed up production, (in my experience with organic growing growth is a little slower and as well as the ripening / muturation rate) so I'm may even be able to harvest a majority of this a few days early. There is also a few tricks I might employ in order to speed this process up. It's fine by me either way I can wait so we'll see ๐Ÿ˜ So far this has been my first successful indoor DWC grow in quite some time and I am very patiently yet very anxiously awaiting the time when I can enjoy the fruits of my labor. at this point as long as I don't mess anything up it should be smooth sailing right up to the very end which is now what I am looking forward to the most coming up: the harvest and smoke report To all the breeders so I put in the hard work for for me and allowed me to grow their strains thank you! To all the fellow growers and enthusiast who have been paying attention and chiming in from time to time I especially appreciate you and thank you for your patience in dealing with my late updates. I promise my smoke report will be incredibly thorough and make up for your patience throughout the recording of this journal. As usual if anyone has any questions about any specific techniques I use or why or nutrient lines or strain related to this grow information please feel free to ask, comment, etc

The White Truffle is a bit cheeky but we are sure to get great results. Remember that we are growing 1 Plant worked with the techniques and one left to grow without cutting techniques to preserve its speed. In this diary we find the plant that is growing straight, there was a small hitch and we had to start again after having badly broken a brunch during the main lining. We did topping on the other one and transformed it into main lining and put this one back. Comparison is the salt of experience so the plant in the other diary will be worked very differently go and see it to compare them. We have started the Plagron fertilization program, we are in 100% organic configuration, the soil is recycled Promix + 1/3 fresh soil + 10% Perlite + RQS Mycorrhiza Mix (4 g in the mix, 1 g under the small fiber pot). We are administering // 1 ml/l Power Roots - 1 ml/l Pure Zym - 1 ml/l Sugar Royal - 2 ml/l Alga Grow We sprayed Vita Race Foliare 3 ml/l. https://plagron.com/en The doubts about the compatibility between Pure Zym and mycorrhizae have been dispelled, they can get along according to Plagron experts. If someone tells you that enzymes eat mycorrhizae, which in principle may seem possible, explain to them that it is not true. https://www.royalqueenseeds.it/growing/452-easy-roots-mix-di-micorrhize.html Give this strain a try, it is an autumnal delicacy ---- // https://www.zamnesia.io/en/11184-zamnesia-seeds-white-truffle.html Brief description of Zamnesia // Enhance your cannabis grows with the latest US genetics. So far another one of Fastbuds finest growing perfect not having any problems or issues. Sorry haven't updated lately guys been super busy with work and hadn't got a chance but I'm back at it and will be so stay tuned. This girl I had to switch over to 12/12 (cause I'm growing her in a tent with photoperiods that needed to switch) gonna see how she does with the shorter days but so far she seems to be responding well to it(next run will be all autos with 20/4 so as to compare this strains performance with the different lighting schedules).

Another successful harvest. This time it was my perfect girl, a very good strain, easy to grow, fast, and without many demands. Besides the controlled environment, it has a wonderful smell. The buds were very dense and sticky. Every time I touched the scissors, a strong smell emitted that filled my room. I really liked the result, and this will definitely be the first of many. My favorite so far! โœŒ๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ

_____๐Ÿ“… Week 16 | ๐Ÿ“… Day 112 | ๐Ÿ‚ Harvest after the 8. week ๐Ÿ‚ ______ Day 112 ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’ - I decided to harvest 2 of the 3 Lemon Power Haze...Exactly after the 8th week. - I'll leave LPH#1 in the tent for at least another week. - Yield is okay...but the buds didn't get even light either...there were too many plants or too long a veggie phase... Day 122 ๐ŸŒž๐Ÿ‚๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’ I harvested LPH#1 after 9.5 weeks, I think that did her good Yield dry: LPH#1 - 80 gr LPH#2 - 105gr LPH#3 - 90 gr ____________________ 3 Plants 275 gr total This is now filled into 4 liter preserving jars and stored for at least 1 month with 62% boveda packs. the room temperature is approx. 18-20ยฐ. I have not included many small โ€œpopcorn budsโ€ as I process them further. It's a big tin I think max 20-30g.

Hi Gromie's & a Happy New Year to all in advance๐Ÿ‘ A BIG shout out & thanks to Fast Buds as I just received my prize for November diary of the month competition. Great customer service in both my dealings with fast buds their products have arrived on day 13 to 14 through air freight & customs to Oz! The girls are going great buds really stacking on size, smell getting very strong, super sticky. Gave them a good defoliation last night removing all the bigger shade leaves covering bud sites & touching. They were quite bushy & needed it , lolliepoped any sucker buds all the smaller secondary side shoots I've removed everything except top buds so to they get all the energy. Some trichomes all ready going cloudy & a couple of amber's as well. Since I'm only using 1 side of the new 4x8 at the moment, I've hung some myar sheet up in th e middle to stop light loss to the other side & shin back onto plants.๐Ÿ‘
