START WEEK 03/29/22 +Started with some Medium Defoliation this week. Sort of spooky. The girls don't enjoy being jacked around. However, they seemed to have recovered nicely. I'm relieved. +Saw some real stretch the past week, beginning to form buds, pretty amazing and fun to watch the girls grow! +I do realize my plants are different sizes because of experimentation. Not a good idea in practice but great learning. 2 plants have been ScrOG, topped, fimmed, supercrop, you name it. 1 plant just fimmed and 1 plant untouched. The results speak for themselves. 2 plants really wind up being trellised and natural. I hope I can make some decent and consistent buds to make "sort of" final comparison. +bumped ppm to 1200 +beginning to smell VERY strong. +I will do some leaf picking (not enough to consider defoliation) this week just to expose a few more sites. These plants have been extremely bushy and a challenge for a Newbie like me. +Basically, I am just letting the plants do their thing. $Organoman $M0use $QuickOne $gottagrowsometime THANKS FOR THE ANSWERS TO MY QUESTION LOTS OF HELP. I have the ability just don't know if it is necessary. Also, might just be curious to see how my newly purchased light flowers. It's claims to be full spectrum? ?Do I need any additional boosters or additives? They appear to veg very well but I would like to make sure they get what they need to flower. ?Should I be popping seed for my next grow? Gotta get me a nice dedicated Veg light. Or maybe try autos?

Die letzte Wachstumswoche ist für Dame angebrochen und die Sonne ist seit 2 Tagen wieder verschwunden. Nächste Woche Mittwoch kommt Sie für 2 Tage ins dunkle um dann geerntet zu werden. Danach lasse ich Sie für 2 Wochen kopfüber trocknen. Schon jetzt bekommt Sie nur noch Wasser. Ich habe auch noch einmal ein paar der verbliebenen Fächerblätter entfernt. Es ist Tag 80 und die Zeit der Ernte rückt immer näher. Ich habe versucht alle Blätter entfernt die keine Trichome tragen. In dieser Woche gab es nur Wasser.

Day 7 of flower. Cleaned up some of the lowers realized the strip is gunna be miserable. Put a humidifier in each tent so I can run the co2 with the exhaust low without getting the condensation. The trop juice 4 in the back right of the 5x9 is gunna be a monster.

Absolutely over the moon with my first attempt really interesting and fun think I have myself a new hobby and grateful for the help from you guys on here ✌️🏻

Made a few mistakes with this first grow. To much light and under watering but she’s growing nicely today!

Week 5 Veg Report: Croco Mutants A Quick Recap: The journey with my Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco girls has been a ride full of unique beauty and challenges. Here’s a quick look back at our progress: Week 1 (Germination): Using TheCannaKan, the seeds sprouted quickly in a controlled environment. They were then moved to Root Riots with nutrients from Aptus Holland, setting the stage for healthy development. Week 2: The first set of funky leaves began to emerge, showcasing the distinct and peculiar traits that make these mutants so special. Feeding started with Aptus Regulator, Startbooster, CalMag Boost, and All-in-One Liquid—a well-rounded blend to support their growth. Week 3: These funky beauties continued to amaze, displaying different leaf structures and growth patterns. The environment remained stable, and photos with my Nikon and Sony cameras captured their vibrant essence. Week 4: A dip in temperatures brought on slower growth, but the girls adapted well. Organic Aptus All-in-One Pellets were introduced into the soil mix for consistent nutrition, while bottom watering started to combat gnats. Week 5: Slow Growth, Unique Beauty This week has been all about patience, observation, and admiration. The mutants are growing at their own pace, but each plant’s unique beauty and dark green vibrance make it worth the wait. Environmental Update: Temperature: The cold has settled in further, with daytime temps at 18°C and nighttime dropping to 14°C. While slower growth is expected in these conditions, the plants are adapting and maintaining their health. Humidity: RH remains stable at 65%, providing just enough moisture to support their development without creating excess stress. Feeding & Watering: The same Aptus Holland nutrient solution is being used this week: Regulator (0.15 ml/L): Strengthens cell walls, helping the plants adapt to colder conditions and maintain their vigor. CalMag Boost (0.25 ml/L): Supplies essential calcium and magnesium for strong, healthy foliage. Startbooster (0.25 ml/L): Encourages root development and early-stage robustness. All-in-One Pellets : A complete nutrient solution providing the base nutrition these girls need already in the soil. Additionally, I’m continuing with bottom watering, where the trays are filled to let the soil absorb water passively. This has been effective in keeping gnats at bay, especially when combined with yellow sticky traps. Bottom watering also encourages the roots to grow downward, seeking moisture and building a stronger foundation. Growth Observations: Each plant remains a unique masterpiece: Leaves: The diversity of shapes, sizes, and structures is remarkable. From jagged edges to rounded tips, every plant tells its own story. Color: The deep, dark green is a testament to their health and the effectiveness of the Aptus feeding regimen. Despite slower growth, they’re thriving in their own way. Cloning or Flipping to 12/12: I’ve been debating whether to: Flip to 12/12 for a week to induce pre-flowering and identify males and females, or Take clones when they’re large enough and flip the clones instead. Each approach has its benefits: Flipping the plants: Speeds up the process of sex identification but temporarily halts vegetative growth. Cloning and flipping the clones: Preserves the original plants in veg while testing the clones for sex. This method is more time-consuming but allows the mother plants to continue growing. I’m leaning toward cloning when the plants reach the right size, as it seems the most practical for maintaining momentum with these unique mutants. Photography Update: This week, I brought out my Nikon and Sony cameras again, using different lenses to capture the intricate details of the plants. From close-ups of water droplets creating reflections to stunning macros of leaf textures, the results truly showcase their beauty. Why Use a Camera Over a Phone? Lens Flexibility: With interchangeable lenses, I can adjust for macro shots, wide angles, or depth of field, something even the best phone cameras can’t fully replicate. Detail and Clarity: DSLR and mirrorless cameras capture a higher dynamic range and more intricate details, elevating the visual storytelling. Not much to say at the minute but Candyman is looking happy, I really hope they are female now 🤞🏻 added a small amount of Nutrients and already seems to be loving it and getting bigger daily 😍

She could have done a little better, mistreated a little on my part! Irregular feedings.

Made up a tea mixture of some locally sourced worm castings with Dr Earth Bud an Bloom booster, an about 2ml of Cal mag. Let that aerate for about 24 hours. Then cut the mix to a 1:1 ratio. I know thats pretty hot but wanted to see what I could start to push. Have a little rusty looking spot on 1 of the plants. Not sure what it is, i'll post some pics an keep you posted. That was week 2 I got fucked up on my photos. These included are weeks 3 an starting 4. Had some weird orange spots on 1 of the 4. Needed up clipping off in defoliation. Did some LST with some old ass plant tape. Hit it with about a 1/4 cup of marine cuisine added to my earthworm casting tea. Fed them on 8-18 watered them about a liter each 8-20. Brewing some more Dr Earth Bud & Bloom, worm castings, an molasses with rain water

Hey guys, allot happened this week. Mid week on Wednesday I did a major heavy defoliation, she was very bush and allot of internode growth. I clean up everything and allowed more light pen. Also nipped any undesired off growths. Shaping how I want the plant to grow. Basically lollipoping. As you can see I also started to install 4x 1/2 bamboo sticks to help support the plant once she gets bigger. I had problems last year late into flower and don't want to repeat same mistake. I also amended the pots with 70/30 ratio of 444 to 284 @ 2tbs/gal. Iv only water once in the past 7 days with the Aquabak. Not enough data to review the product. We will see. Other than that we have had plentiful thunderstorms and have not required to water. Thanks to the felt pots, they did not get flooded with the amount of rain we got. Prolly 50-100mm worth of rain. Sensi seeds Jack Herer 25th Feb 2020 What a difference a week can make! She went Boom!! and stretched upwards perfectly. I can see budsites everywhere! All I need now is for the sun to come back out. We have had some wild, wet and windy weather here and have had very little sunshine. I will need to start tucking fan leaves soon so that all budsites get as much light as possible. before it rained lastnight I had been letting the plants soil dry out a little , so I'm sure the rain was welcomed. I will need to keep an eye on the rain guage and if we are getting too much I'll have to drag the pot under cover or risk them being overwatered.
