Continuing the journey with the HiHolyHigh selection in this 8th cycle Living Soil bed. The canopy is looking mostly uniform, though a few cultivars (RS11, Colorado Nightshifter, and Runtz HHH) are taking a bit longer to fully acclimatize to the environment. Key Technical Details: • IPM: Fully up to date and strictly maintained. • Soil Moisture: Keeping levels constant within the optimal range to ensure the soil microbiology remains active. • Biological Activity: Applied avocado tech today to congregate and stimulate the worm population on the top layer, prepping them for the upcoming pre-flower re-amendment. Nutritional Notes: The space is almost completely filled, but I’m noticing a slight Magnesium deficiency in the Animal Tsunami and the RS11 is currently recovering from a minor Nitrogen lockout. I’ll be spending this week dialing in these corrections to ensure they are 100% healthy before flipping to the flowering cycle.

With no doubt these plants have not produced much more quantity and density of buds due to the 2 serious mistakes I've made (those who have read the weeks will know what I mean). However, I can say that I am happy with the production obtained given the mistakes made. Between the 2 plants, the one that has produced more and generated the most dense buds has been the Gorilla with the Man-lining technique applied, it has also loosed a bit less weight drying than the non man-lining one. In comparison with the Money Makers with which they have grown the result is the same. Both Gorillas have each produced more than any of the Moneys comparing them 1 to 1. Also buds are a bit dense than the moneys, but none of them is really desde at all. *****ESPAÑOL***** Sin duda estas plantas no han producido mucha mas cantidad y densidad de cogollos debido a los 2 graves errores que he cometido (quien se haya leído las semanas sabrá a que me refiero). No obstante, puedo decir que estoy contento con la producción obtenida dados los errores cometidos. Entre las 2 plantas, la que más a producido y ha generado cogollos más densos ha sido la Gorilla con la técnica de Man-lining aplicada, y también ha perdido un poquito menos de peso en el secado que la otra. En comparación con las Money Maker junto a las que han crecido el resultado es el mismo. Las Gorillas han producido cada una más que cualquiera de las Moneys comparándolas 1 a 1. Así mismo, los cogollos de las Gorillas presentan un pelín más densidad que el de las Moneys, aunque realmente ninguna de las 4 plantas ha generado cogollos densos del todo.

Remember that we are growing a plant worked with the techniques indicated and another left to grow without pruning to preserve its speed; in the previous/next diary you will find the other plant of the same variety. In this diary we find the plant left to grow straight without the aid of techniques, just a little bit of insignificant LST on the lower branches that I then often decide to cut if I see them too low and weak. When you do this type of cultivation you have to consider that the good flowers will only be those that see a sufficient amount of light. So you have to clean up at the bottom and leave only the last 15-20 cm of each brunch then you also adjust according to the internodal distance. I love to clean up a lot at this stage to make the plant concentrate on the production of good flowers in the apical parts. Comparison is the salt of experience, so the plant in the other diary will be treated very differently, go and see it to compare. Buds are starting to thicken up. I changed my nutrients like mentioned in the last post. Maybe I will defoliate in a couple days but I always remove a couple leaves every 3 to 4 days. Let’s see. My only concern is that they look like they don’t fit into my tent if they thicken up too much. I mean it’s better to cut a few branches off than having too less.

All is going great Day 17 Veg Phase Nothing to tell Day 18 Veg Phase One of the big leaves broke of by my own stupidity hopefully she will forgive me 🙏 . Day 19 Veg Phase Same as i did with the cookies gelato I have def bin giving them to much nut i saw white salt build up on my fabric pots . So today i have flush them with pH 6 water until all the soil was moist and would drain out . Now i am going to be not giving them anything until next week of growing phase 2days from now . And then start keeping up EC levels etc . Day 20 Veg Phase No watering today LST coming along nicely with both of them that's it 👍 Day 21 Veg Phase Nothing today no watering . On to week 4
