Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has reached the end of the second week of flowering. The flowers have started to form nicely. The areas around the flowers themselves are lighter so it is clearly visible where all the flowers are forming, and I have much more motives for taking photos. Purple Lemonade has started to stagnate in growth, this week it has grown 8 cm. At this stage Purple Lemonade has taken its final form and now the plant will direct most of its energy into the development of the flowers. The leaves are a healthy green color and so far I do not show any signs that the plant is lacking anything. Watering was every three days, I continued to add CalMg and Bio-Bloom Fertilizer. The conditions in the grow box are now much better. The temperature is around 28 degrees and the humidity is below 50%. Purple Lemonade is progressing very nicely so far, which I am very happy about. Here is a short overview of the week. 24/08/2024 - Day 31. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water. I added CalMg 1 ml/lit, Bio-Bloom Fertiliser 1.5 ml/lit and then lowered the p.H. to 6.0. With this amount I watered all three plants evenly. 27/08/2024 - Day 34. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 28/08/2024 - Day 35. End of the second week of flowering, or the fifth week from the beginning of vegetation. Photographing and measuring the height of the plants. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable environment in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. Hey now, hope everyone is haing a great weekend. The Sundae Driver is doing pretty well, she is 2 weeks from getting wet under the Spectrum X which is only cranked up to 30% so she is putting out close to 230 Watts for the 7 seedlings. I will only keep 5 of them and give a couple away as I think even 5 mainlines will be tight in my 5X5 tent. My plan is to transplant them in a couple days, and then top them for the first time at the third node around day 20, and then hopefully top her again around day 27, then again hopefully around day 30, and then flip her to flower by then end of week 6 or 7 at the latest. If i go much past there I think I will run out of room but we will see how it goes. First time ever running a Royal Queen Seeds Strain, but I have smoked this Sundae Driver before and she was one of the tastiest strains I have ever tried, so very excited for this run. This was their last week! Harvested on Day 60. Smells are incredible, tricomes are carpeted and have a good mix of amber and cloudy. Love the wireless microscope I got of Amazon ❤️ i gave the girls their last watering on day 55 , and I watered till I had about 15% runoff. I like to whole plant hang dry my plants in my tent, hopefully, aiming for about 60 degrees and 60% humidity for about 10-14 days. Typically the more there is, the longer it takes. i cant wait! 🤤

She is bulking really well and is probably just about finished, so I'm expecting her to begin the maturity process now 👍🏻

Finally the stretched stopped. Cut about 10 tops bent about 20 with 90s. Still right in the lights. They are looking very happy even though they are so close to the light ( thanks to high c02 levels most likely.) Another week or 2 before I cut the temps and co2 levels down. Been trimming all leaves below light line. Stinky and brutally sticky I feel like Clark griswold with pine sap when ever I am bending the tops and such.. I think even with them being in the lights I will still get a few pounds of premium flower to smoke :)

Taking it slow with the veg state to develop larger, stronger plants and it seems to be paying off. I've trimmed the lower leaves at least 3 times this week. I think I'm going to extend it out at least one more week before switching to flower state. Early in the week I switched from blue to purple to allow the branches to push through the screen more. Then mid-week blue, to rebuild the fan leaves, then back to purple once I rearranged everyone into their optimal positions for capturing light. I see a lot of potential for multiple colas. Each time I switched to purple, I raised the light up a few inches to help them stretch. As noted last week, lamp distance is being measured from top of net (not top of plant). I continue to add compost tea every Tuesday, which they love :-)
