Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... This week should be an exciting week of explosive growth. She has started her preflower strech and is currently growing at about an inch a day. I pretty much have her lst set where I want it and will make small adjustments as needed to keep the canopy as level as possible. The new Spectrum King closet case lights have this plant loving life.

16.2 inches/week Usual summer week here in the south, every day above 86 ° F (max 100 ° F) Pineapple is beast, can tolerate everything and is grown almost 2 inches per day drinking 2 gallons per day of spring water showing only few signs of heat stress. She's in full stretch and had fill every spaces with her thick branches . I fed her half the recommended dose of Biobizz Grow 'cause is too hot and don't want to burn her. I think we are 10-14 days before flowering. I covered her with a PVC net in order to give her a little shield from the sun and give me more privacy ;-)

There is little to say yet. I recommend everyone to try this technique at least once. Maximize your harvest and increase your personal experience. Day 78 - Today starts the 4th week of flower. Fed today with 2 tsp Bloom, 1 tsp Mag Pro, 1/2 tsp Foliage Pro. Fed close to 1 1/2 gallons to get sufficient runoff. After this week, I will follow the Dyna-Gro feed chart and drop the Foliage Pro from the feeding, and she will get only the Bloom and Mag Pro (ProTekt was on the feed chart, but I didn't get any when I first started her). She is moving along nicely it seems. Expect the next feed to come in on Monday. I'm testing with upping the power to 100% on the lights, and seeing what it does with the temps. I would feel fine with 84° or lower. Day 79 - Temps haven't changed from the upping of the light power. Should be on full blast until the last week, maybe 10 days, where I am thinking I'm going to slowly lower the power again, to mimic autumn. Probably not necessary, but feels like something I want to try. Day 80 - Temps are fine from the light increase, and there is no droopiness or anything negative from the defoliation. Will probably look to feed tomorrow, and keep moving the days/weeks along. Day 81 - Fed today with 2 tsp Bloom, 1 tsp Mag Pro, 1/2 tsp Foliage Pro. Day 82 - Nothing to note. Day 83 - Medium seems to still have some moisture, so I am going to hold off on feeding tomorrow, and instead will feed on Friday. I assume part of it is that I had to water later than I usually do last time. I normally water when the lights first come on, but I ended up watering in the middle of the 'day' last time. Day 84 - 4 week of flowering are now complete. The medium did end up drying a bit more than I expected, but with no real signs of hunger, I will still wait until tomorrow to feed. I am ordering a new fan for the pole of the tent (hate how this one angles when the pressure starts to pull the tent in. I believe I will still use this fan, just lower (under the canopy), and blowing up through the plant (been suggested a couple times to add a fan underneath).

Going into flower like now I think..🤔 Lol, yes it’s flower time already.🤭
