The gorilla szittles from Barneys seeds, started out, growing very well, and did not stop. I had no problems throughout the entire grow. It has yielded over 4 pounds of marijuana. All of the bulbs are very very dense sticky, and have a great aroma of fruity grapefruit

I'm just all to excited with how the next two weeks are gonna span out😁 Started giving only water this week as the plants are fading fast, and im seeing an amber trichome here or there. Not to long now!😄

It has now been 7 days since switching the light schedule to 12/12. The plants received a compost tea feeding, and the wick irrigation system is working exactly as intended. So far, it has been performing exceptionally well.

Plant at the front #3 has had slowed growth but buds are filling out pretty well now, pretty sure she is a Orange sherbet. Back 2 are on week 3 day 17!!! & Are going Awesome, buds stacking up & down every branch! Going to get some really good Cola's of them! They are loving the 730watts!’ of light, back left plant looks like a Tropicana Cookies, going to do some defoliation on her & tie branches down a bit to open up middle of plant to allow more light & air to lower bud sites.

Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Hello. This is the end of week 12 and the beginning of week 13 of veg. The plants are doing good and smelling like citrus/lemon when I work with them. It will still be another week or 2 before I start flowering. I'll continue with training them till they fill in their spaces. A couple of plants have made it to the edge now, but still have to fill in the spaces. They are getting a gallon of rainwater each 3 to 4 days now. There's lots of compost in each pot (5 gallons per pot) to keep them going for a few more weeks before needing nutrients. In the past, in this greenhouse, I've used my 15 gallon hydro reservoir to give a some nutrient each day, and hand watered when they seem dry. And got great results. So I'll try that method again this year. Give enough nutrient each day for 6 days so the 15 gallon tub lasts 6 days. Then make more nutrient and wash the tub/reservoir on the seventh day. Then fill it up for the next 6 day schedule. I'll do that starting the 2nd week of flowering with flowering nutrient. Just so's you knows. OK. Be Great. Chuck.

Nothing important to add this week they are all growing in a healthy pace and I slightly increased the water rations to 0.8L/plant. Still adding nutrients every 3 days.

This week the plants started to show some stress, each one something different, today I rinsed them thoroughly and watered them again, hopefully they will recover and I caught it in time. But they are still growing and blooming. They need to be pruned again But I can't now until they look better.

Very pleased with this grow so far, I often mess up photo periods one way or another but think im getting somewhere now. I am growing in a mixture of soil and coco with plenty of perlite and it seems to working out better than just in soil , I have also added a few worms not sure if their still allive but will find out later. The pistols are still white so hopefully they will turn amber soon. I have one more seed left of this strain so I am hopeful it will be nice. I am looking forward to seeing it chopped soon to make way for my wedding cake which will probably have to share the tent later with another auto

I added Bloom 'A' & 'B' @ 10ml/g each, Explode @ 3.8 ml/g, Silica Von Liebig’s Special @ 1.2 ml/g, Multi-Total @ 3.8 ml/g along with Earth Juice's Oily Can @ 5 ml/g to end up with a total 1050ppm(500 scale) nutrient solution. End of Week 8 (First week of flower) Increased the CO2 to 1200ppm and the ladies love it, already started stretching within the first 3 days of flower which shows that CO2 definitely boosts the grow cycle of cannabis. The main top-sites are popping up everywhere and everything looks evenly spread out. I defoliated again because the fan leaves are growing so fast and blocking bud sites. I also did one last lower canopy maintenance and removed small and stalky bud sites and stems below the trellis net to make sure I get maximum energy distribution to the main colas. I also added some GHF BioEnhancer to make sure the soil-microbes are happy and that the plants reach their maximum potential. Pest Report: EXTERMINATED! Thrips VS Ladybugs VS Neem Oil... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. Then to be extra sure I know that neem oil hinders the life cycle of pests like thrips causing them to stop colonising in my grow room. So I sprayed the ladies every day during the dark period to make sure there are no pests that I or the Ladybugs have missed. Mission accomplished. No more wilting and definitely no more thrips.

Drying time , to bad i can't dry her in the tent because the rest are not ready yet... i will try my best to make it ideal temp for drying, so i can have the best taste 😋 I hope is sweet 😋 😊
