Solid growth. No ph issues. Stretch has been brief which is preferable in my case. I’ll defoliate next week.

Got a new light this week, it's basically a HLG 260 R-Spec except locally manufactured using the same Samsung LEDs. Big Mumma got her 60x60cm tent today and will go in there under one Viparspectra 300W blurple (130w from the wall). I trimmed her, super cropped her main stem and added a scrog net in preparation of flowering her in the next couple of days. Because my other plants were getting up past 75cm after 7 days of flower (100cm is my absolute max) , I decided to supercrop the canopy back down to about 60-65cm - it was pretty scary and I definitely broke the outer stem on some of them. Also gave them a good trim. Fortunately most bounced back strong the next day which are the most up-to-date photos you see (17/4/20).

2nd Week Report 24/10/19 - 31/10/19 25/10/19 I didn't flushed, but I filled the reservoir with 3l of 10% strength solution. Added to the current solution the same nutrients quantity as the first week (except for "Root Stimulator" and "Enzymes" that the first week were 20% strength and now got back to 10%). Now the reservoir should be filled with a 20% strength solution 29/10/19 - CMXL is 10cm height and it is growing really well along with his roots. - LSD is 6cm height and it is growing a little slower like his roots, but both of them look healty. I think in some days should start growing fast like CMXL Added 2 low frequency (113kHz) Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Discs: - One for the root chamber that should help with root expansion as it nebulize solution and the fog carries nutriments (like a small aeroponics integration) and will help my attempt of cloning. - One will stand in a 20% solution next to the plants to increase Humidity (and maybe feed them a little). I'll try to set them running 24/7 Switched water pump that sprays Rock Wool from 5sec every 30min to 6sec every 60min. Next week I plan to stop using the pump as "Top Feed" if roots will be well developed and probably I will use it as "Recirculation Pump" to keep nutrients in reservoir mixed better 30/10/19 Roots exposed to air inside reservoir got a little yellow after inserting the small fogger, so I will try to keep it 30/30 seconds ON/OFF. I will check next day if it's helpful to existing root o as root propagator for clone trial Topped CMXL and did a little of LST just by bending the main stem to expose the small growing next to fan leaves. The cutting was immediately dipped in a solution made by honey and Root Stimulation (the same I use for reservoir solution as it should contain rooting hormone), hoping it covers the cut like a gel and don't let the oxigen get in the cut until there will be some new growing. After that I put the cutting on the lid without any pot, as you can see in the picture some tape is covering the hole and it holding the topping. I covered it with a small jar to maintain humidity, hope to see some roots next week ;) I plan to fim LSD tomorrow if tonight grows enough 31/10/19 Filled the reservoir with 6L 20% strength solution and after that added 10% nutriment for 36L directly into the tote (like I did last week). Now nutrient solution inside reservoir should be 30% strength and it's ready for the 3rd week Pinched LSD Top with my fingers and applied LST by bending a little the main stem. Hope this FIMming works and returns better yield ;) Cloning trial didn't worked (I was expecting nothing, just a test), the cut part of the topping is already dry. I knew the topping was too short, next time if I try to clone his stem will be at lest 2cm Last Update 31/10/19 Next Update 03/11/19 with the next week See you guys ;)

Second week of flowering, the girl is getting very healthy, all previous symptoms have disappeared. I am continuing the LST by pulling some rods in a way that all the tops are receiving direct light (Wish I have a scrog network to make the job more efficient) and I defoliated and cutted some buds and lower leaves that did not reach the light. Next week, I'm thinking of turning on the dehumidifier, trying to lower the humidity below 50% See you next week Happy growth guys

Melonade Runtz got harvested 16/11 and I'm planning to let her dry for 14-21 days before trimming and put them in glass+boveda (58%) and grove bags for final cure. Drying conditions are as follows: 16-18°C 55-60% RH

Little clean up in the tent things got out of control. By removing lowers and inners that would possibly not produce much will definitely let those tops stack up nicely. These buds will without any doubts be rock solid, I can tell by how sturdy those stems already are. I transplanted this week was a nightmare root mass caught everywhere in the 3 Gal, now into 5’s. đŸ‘âœŒïž

" Il reste quelques gens biens donc je garde espoire " PNL Wednesday It's fattening and ot seems that the bugs are not around anymore but it's just an illusion as a low population in still a population so I'm still at war. Thanks for your inputs , it's when you are in trouble that you're realising that you've got a whole community here for you đŸ˜˜đŸ€˜đŸ‘ŒđŸ™Œ Observations : Burning tips of the leaves due to an over feeding // Lower leaves that are fading and falling due to the age // Old signs of PH fluctuation As my last runoff check was a while ago I'm about to check these values today đŸ‘đŸ€˜ Saturday The small Grapefruits, the one with the 420 pin , is doing so so . Two of the main buds have some bud rot due to the high humidity of the 2 last days ... high humidity due to the fact that I am working without air extractor and box half open but I've closed my box for less than. 48h and when zinc opened it the wall were full of water drops ( more than drops ) To help with that issue I've done a defoliation to have a better air circulation around the buds even if it's not recommended to do it that far in flowering. I've also observed the trichomes and they are mostly cloudy with a few brown and like 40% of clear trichs : surprising as the looks like she may need 1 extra week or 2 before cutting

Day 60 of veg first run with soil. Next round should be more vigorous growth overall. Really liking the Pineapple Express pheno 1 compared to the pheno 2 and 3. Much better growth and vigor. Let’s hope she brings that to the flower tent.

Some of you may have wondered: Why do I use CO2 at average 950 ppfd ÎŒmol/m2/s (moral flow)? The answer is quite simple. Because of lack of space in some regions of my cultivation area, I simply cannot keep the ideal distance to my Sanlight high-performance lamp, due to some height growth of various strains. And so some of the main colas have ppfd values of 1250 ÎŒmol/m2/s and even more... So this is how I manage to achieve and compensate for such high radiation levels even with a CO 2 balance. And I have to say, my strategy to avoid various light stress symptoms works just fabulously. In combination with CO 2 implementation, my babies are simply unbeatably insensitive to light. Thats it! Beginning of 3rd week flowering: Again feeding my babies by 36 hours fermented potions of Bio Tabs Kompost Tea PK-Booster (15 g pro Liter) and added: 5ml Orgatrex/Liter 1 Spoon of Bactrex 1 Spoon of Mycotrex 1 Spoon of Mycco-Vital 1 Spoon of Dynomyco A little tip for those who are interested in small modifications that have a big difference or influence - on the result - effect - beauty - health - taste! Before adding microorganisms or beneficial bacteria or Mycorrizae and Trichodermas, please use oxygen-saturated water. On the one hand, unwanted chlorine gases evaporate and the small world of the microbiome becomes even faster and more rewarding in compost tea to sprout. Last but not least for this week, I would like to introduce my reasons, why I prefer growing biologically and sustainably. First of all, it’s something which suits very well in these times/days we are living now. Sustainability is a big need and task for our planet. 🌎 Nature means life. Our home, the air we breathe and everything that surrounds us. Not just today. Hopefully tomorrow as well. Maybe I'm starting to protect our environment on a small scale, but maybe I can also make a big difference at all. If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change... I thought about what’s the difference, between Mineral Feeding and Super Soil Feeding. It’s very easy. Biologically Growing is a similar process than the natural soil activities out there in the lap of nature’s. So plants has to work and interact with the microorganisms and microbiomic communities in the soil. So the plants will never get lazy like the lazy ones of mineral feeding growers. If you grow biologically, you will feed the soil first and the microorganisms will support every parameter next to your plant conditions. And that will generate an unbelievable spectrum of Terpenes and Trichomes you will never forget. It’s the same comparison, when you daily visit McDonalds and you eat only fast food. How does your body and mind react on this shit for money?!?! May I invite you to think about it
See you next week dear Growmies! Have a nice Weekend and take care
Peace out! Addendum for Day 53: At the moment we unfortunately have another winter onset here in Germany. This means that I am forced to take additional heating measures due to structural facts in order to be able to keep the temperatures constant. After all, just tonight the thermometer climbs again to -1 degree Celsius. In addition, my exhaust air system runs out of my bedroom terrace and I therefore grow winter and summer with the patio door open. Well, sometimes I experience real weather-related challenges. But all in all, no problem... "Where there's a will, there's a way." Addendum to pouring out the fermented PK tea: I always administer half a liter of lukewarm aerated water with 3.5 ml of cannazyme per liter to each plant. This means that the "root machine" is not supplied with supplies unprepared and the nutrient solution can thus also be better distributed in the soil. Since I also work with cloth shoes, I spray them evenly moistened everywhere with water that is also warm before pouring them out from the outside. This has the advantage that the moisture stays where it should: in the pot! ... I did the math today ;-) We are still in week 7 until this Friday. And week 8 starts on Friday! OMG... still so much time yeahh! Today my Fast Buds Sour Jealousy and Sweet Seeds Big Devil and Dark Devil Automatics arrived. I'm looking forward to it. This time Fast Buds next Time Sweet Seeds. Love them too. Very beautiful genetics. Today a review video of the beginning of week 3. At the time of the pictures, I had minor signs of nitrogen excess. (Light peaks first at the crown of the roof and then slightly continuing to the middle section.) I then painstakingly racked my brains as to why this could be. I found that very slight dry spots had formed and therefore the root found small accumulations of nitrogen that caused its problems. But then, when I carefully homogeneously checked the moisture content in the substrate, the problem evaporated again. However, they had not shown any loss of growth rate during this time. Nevertheless, they developed as expected. They Strawnanas had no problem with that. In the end, I always have a hard time killing them. But I guess that's the way things go. We live and die. We come and go. But it's not there yet. ;-) Tomorrow is day 56. Tomorrow’s updating day! Can't wait to see their progress. Have a good time and see you tomorrow

The time is finally here to post the harvest. I waited till it was all done and dry before updating the dairy so will add in the dry weights next on the 2nd half of the harvest entry. Had some ups and downs with this plant. mainly the extreme yellowing that was happening. I should have treated this faster with a flush but was super reluctant and I feel this has suffered in the end. The top best looking buds could have been larger and the lower ones could have been thicker. There is some smells with this plant but they are not pronounced. Just smells like mild basic weed, this would be one reason not to grow it, however, the crystals on this plant have been the most I've ever grown before. When trimming them every time the scissors snipped or the brush stroked I saw some falling down onto the tray. This plant would be great for making hash. had a good little ball of finger hash at the end of it and will be giving that to my friends to smoke or make a strong edible with. I don't plan on growing this strain out again, the lack of smells and the fact I'm only trying to grow cbd dominate plants is the main reason. If my friends really like this I have some clones so can always give them some. Speaking of clones they are doing well outside, greened up a lot and showing signs of revegging. Took some photos of the weed hang drying on day 1 in the tent and a week later to show how much they shrink. most of the lower growth is quite larfy but will make good edibles or hash, that will be a fun project to do and may include that in my projects diary. That's about all I can think of if you have any questions just ask. m0use Disclaimers: 1. I have divided the total watts of light in half, 300w(150w) for this diary. It will accurately reflect the g/w ratio as the two plants growing in this tent are listed in two separate diaries. 2. I include any shake/trim in my gross totals as I use them to make edibles. 3. I did not follow any proper ways of listing my nutrients. Some are ml/l of total solution watered, others ml/l of total medium and some are just the total amounts I added, not as a ratio. I converted the cents into dollar amounts beforehand to avoid dividing by 100. 8.2c/h = 0.082$/h 438h * 0.17c/kwh = $74.46kw * 0.15kw = $11.17 on peak 522h * 0.113c/kwh = $58.99kw *0.15kw = $8.85 mid peak 1,272h * 0.082c/kwh = $104.30kw *0.15kw = $15.65 off peak The "h" hours and "kw" kilowatts cancel out and we are left with a value of $ dollars per peak period, add all the peak periods up and you get your total cost of running the lights in dollars. $11.17 + $8.85 + $15.65 = $35.67 for the grow light only. My light grew for 20 weeks and 4 days, or 144 days. almost 21 weeks total. $35.67 / 144d = 0.2477$/d average of about 25c a day in electricity 337.2kw for the entire grow. Using the regular calculation of grams harvested divided by watts used is not accurate to me, it does not account for all the time the lamps are on, the length of grow to the over all cost. The calculation that makes sense to me is this, harvested dry weight of usable cannabis buds/trim/keif/whatever in grams divided by total kw used. Could also combine it with grams per total single use costs “anything you used only for this grow and wont reuse in the next, or fractions of multi use items like fertilizers if they œ full” and see how much you’re investing per gram. "kw" Ă· "g" = kw/g "$" Ă· "g" = $/g I have harvested 5.34oz or 151.6g on 337.2kw. 337.2kw Ă·151.6g = 2.22 kw/g of usable cannabis. This is not an ideal ratio for me and looks like a lot of energy waste happened from the extended veg period. $35.67 Ă· 151.6g = 0.24c/g It cost 24c/g when comparing total electricity cost to gross yield, almost identical to the comparison of total electrical cost to the number of days in the grow 25c/day. Neat! legend, kwh = kilowatt per hour kw = kilowatt w = watt h = hour c = cents $ = dollars d = day LED= Light Emitting Diode

D68 (28/01/2021): First official day of week 6 in bloom and first official day (second in reality) of pre harvest flush. The smell is strong when I open the tent! It does not take long for the whole room to smell dank and even outside the room. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 20-22C light OFF - no water - RH: 49-52% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D69 (29/01/2021): I did a first proper flush today by running approximately 2.5 gallons of water trough the medium. There is still a lot of nutrients in the medium. I might do the exact same flush tomorrow. The PH of the run off is high (around PH7-7.1). This is an other reason to flush again tomorrow. I also reduced the light ON schedule by two hours. So now 18h hours ON and 6 hours OFF. I will continue reducing the ON period until they are ready for a complete dark period. I also try to reduce the air temperature. - temp: 24-25C light ON ; 19-20C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 135PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7 and 680PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 560PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 47% light ON ; 48-53% light OFF D70 (30/01/2021): I did a second flush since I was not satisfied with run off PPM of yesterday. Today, the run off PPM is under 300 which is what I wanted. The run off PH is still high with 7.1. Banana Kush is ripening with the pistils slowly turning brown. Glue Gelato look sooooo yummy and I can't wait to harvest it. There is a small color change in some leaves but I'm expecting more in the next days. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - water: PH6.4, 125PPM, 2.5 gallons each - run off: PH7.1 and 260PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.1 and 250PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 46% light ON ; 46-48% light OFF D71 (31/01/2021): Glue Gelato is changing color. I'm checking trichomes everyday on both girls and no amber yet. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 45% light ON ; 49-50% light OFF D72 (01/02/2021): Well well well...the clock is ticking for those girls. Glue Gelato is now having a couple of amber trichomes. Banana Kush don't have any. Overall Banana Kush has less trichomes and fluffier buds. This girls is not ready yet but I will need to chop her down at the same time has the Glue Gelato because my drying space is the tent I'm growing in. I will try to push the Banana Kush to ripen faster by lifting up the lamp at 16 inches from top bud and by reducing of 2 hours the day period for a 16 hours light ON and 8 hours light OFF. But at least all Banana Kush trichomes looks milky. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: PH6.2, 123PPM, less then a gallon each - run off: PH7.4 and 200PPM for Glue Gelato ; PH7.4 and 287PPM for Banana Kush - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D73 (02/02/2021): I gave water probably for the last time today. Trichomes on Glue Gelato are starting to amber on top buds. Not a lot of amber but you can see that all the trichomes are starting to degrade by curling down slowly. Trichomes on Banana Kush are not amber at all but they all look milky. Glue Gelato is ready to harvest but Banana Kush need more time. It's tough to make a decision to chop or not since they are not at the same stage of growth. I want to place them in a complete 48 hours of darkness before harvest. 1h less light today for a 15h light ON and 9h light OFF. The lamps are now at 20 inches. - temp: 23-24C light ON ; 18-19C light OFF - water: less then a gallon each - RH: 45% light ON ; 40-45% light OFF D74 (03/02/2021): Glue Gelato is ready for 48h of darkness. I will take her out of the tent and place her in an other room without light. I will try to maintain a proper environment in this room and if it smells to strong or if the condition are not good I will replace her in the tent and both will start the 48h darkness. The idea is to give Banana Kush 2 more days to ripe and swoll more. After 48h, I will chop Glue Gelato and place her in the tent to start drying. Banana Kush will then start her 48h darkness. I don't know if this strategy is good but I will monitor everything closely and react if something is wrong. - temp: 22-23C light ON ; 19C light OFF - no water - RH: 47% light ON ; 43-45% light OFF

------------------------- | BLUEBERRY HARVEST | ------------------------- After two sunny days it is harvest time !! - Finally, 16 days of flush - At first thought, the trimming would be easier compared to my previous plants, but when removing more leaves, more buds appearing too hahaha so it took like 4 hours or more..It is not the most accuurate trimming but i had not much time that day, i removed all the leaves and branches after weighting it all.. Like i said on the last post, im harvesting having in mind my bud preferences (the later the better), weather, humidity and sunlight, so the first of the cloudy/rainy days she was chopped in the moring, attending the principle of thc regeneration at night.. Got to say that, i wasnt expecting such production (8 days until it was well dried), this plant started as the season saver because the Cheese started to flower in march, revegged etc.. and i have been rewarded with this BB, a true genetic portent !! If i could, i would keep her as mother forever ^^ The quality is awesome, she looks more like a WW talking about that coat of thc.. Flavour without proper cure, is deep earthy at first, transitioning to a fruity, sweet one, it is a pleasure to smoke, delicious sweet aftertaste.. Maybe, this is the last year with this awesome climate, because im planning to leave Spain.. Thank you for follow and check !!! I hope you liked the diary :) Song of the week : Radiohead - Codex Good Vibes GrowDiaries !! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 000000000000

This week marks the end for this beautiful Blueberry what an amazing journey! The buds turned out dense, frosty, and full of deep purple and blue shades, covered in a crazy amount of trichomes that glisten under the light. Most of the trichomes are now milky with around 10–15% amber, just perfect for a balanced and smooth high. The aroma is absolutely delicious strong blueberry sweetness mixed with creamy and earthy tones, getting more intense every single day. During the last week I gave only plain water for the final flush, and the plant faded nicely with beautiful yellow and purple contrasts on the leaves. The structure stayed compact with heavy colas and almost no fluff, showing excellent density for an auto. Harvested at the peak moment for both potency and flavor. Can’t wait to taste it after the dry and cure it’s definitely one of my most beautiful and aromatic plants so far! Made bubble hash from Blueberry trims. Final yield: 6.5 g recovered from the 72 ”m and 25 ”m bags combined. Steps (what I did): 1. Collected trims gathered all the trimmed material from the Blueberry plants and prepared it for processing. 2. Prepared frozen material chilled/froze the trims so they were ready for the wash. 3. Agitated in ice water agitated the frozen trims in ice water to separate the resin from the plant material. 4. Filtered through bubble bags ran the wash through a set of bubble bags, including the 72 ”m and 25 ”m bags, to separate the different grades. 5. Recovered resin collected the resin that accumulated in the 72 ”m and 25 ”m bags. 6. Pressed & dried pressed the collected resin into a ball and dried/allowed it to cure until stable. 7. Weighed final product after drying/curing, weighed the final product: 6.5 g total from the 72 ”m + 25 ”m fractions. Notes / Observations: ‱ The final texture was [insert your texture e.g., sticky, sandy, crumbly] and the colour was [insert colour e.g., light blond / amber / dark]. ‱ Yield came only from the 72 ”m and 25 ”m bags; other bag fractions produced negligible amounts this run. Harvested the Blueberry at perfect maturity cloudy trichomes, strong berry terpene profile and very dense flowers. Drying was slow and controlled, keeping the room at 60% RH / ~18°C for optimal preservation of cannabinoids and volatiles. After trimming the buds, I collected all the sugar leaves and small popcorn buds to run a full bubble hash wash using my 5-bag set (220 / 160 / 120 / 73 / 25 ÎŒm). I followed a cold wash method using ice + reverse osmosis water, keeping everything near 0–2°C. Gentle agitation only — no beating the material. Yields: ‱ 72–73 ÎŒm: main grade — golden, oily, perfect melt ‱ 25 ÎŒm: clean sandy resin, great for rosin pressing Total hash yield from this plant: 7 grams. The 73 ÎŒm fraction was pressed by hand into a sticky, elastic temple ball and has been curing at 16°C / 55% RH for slow maturation. The smoke from the flowers is incredibly smooth, with a classic Blueberry profile — sweet, creamy, slightly earthy with a berry exhale. Very relaxing and euphoric high, ideal for evening use. Overall, one of my most enjoyable runs so far.

Lots of learning curves! Started using a king led only to find out it didn’t cover all the plants, leaving just the mother growing in the middle! On with the hps!
