End of Stretch → Early Flower Light intensity was increased to around ~1000 PPFD. ☀️ Climate remained stable at ~25°C and ~50–52% RH. The plant remains in the 20L final pot. Watering / Feeding: Watered every 2–3 days based on pot weight with RO water + CalMag. 💧 During this week, BioTabs Bio PK was added. Observations: By Week 6 the stretch phase was already finished. 🌿 The plant turned out quite compact, with tight node spacing and a controlled structure. Bud sites are clearly formed and covered in many white pistils, but actual bud mass is still relatively small at this stage. Stacking has not fully started yet, flowers are forming but not yet thickening significantly. Compared to the Apricots, aroma remains noticeably weaker, still very subtle and not strongly expressive. Leaf color looks healthy with no visible deficiencies. The plant appears stable under high light intensity. Notes: Week 6 marks the structural completion of the plant. Stretch is done, and the focus now shifts fully to bud stacking and resin development. The compact structure may limit overall yield but should support dense bud formation in the coming weeks. 🌱💪

Monday Gave her some enzyme, I think it's supposed to help the plant break down nutrients so we'll see. I'm exactly 70 days from seed, 63 days since I transplant it to the 10 gallon pot, it should be a 10 week auto flower so I'm hoping I'm close to harvest. The flowers are really starting to turn purple now, I suspect its a sign that it's finishing, looks really cool close up! Tuesday No work done today, dry day. I think the buds are ripening, that purple is really starting to come out right across the canopy, can wait to see what it's like right before cutting 😀 Wednesday Gave her 5l of water with 5ml of plagron pure enzyme, I'm checking the trichromes under a glass every day now to try catch the right time to harvest, the buds are so frosty, still clear trics I thunk. Thursday Dry day today, its very nearly finished, trics are stating to turn Amber, I reckon I will give it a week more, maybe less and then I'm cutting! Friday Just clean water today, nearly at the point of cutting! Saturday No work done today, tomorrow is the last watering, its going into 2 days of darkness and then I'm cutting, so much work now so close! Sunday OK, so I think I've given it the last watering, I've just turned off the light and I'm going to leave it in complete darkness for 48hrs, then it's cutting time! 😀 I'm going to hang the plant whole, I'm only going remove some of the bigger fan leaves then dry trim, I've read that it's better that way, we'll see

9/29/21 - We are marking today the first day of veg. That Mars Hydro TSW 2000 is doing a great job at 50% power. The plants all look great today! 9/30/21 - They look good. We are giving them water with no nutrients for this week so they will transplant nicely. 10/1/21 - They look great! I’ve been misting them in the morning. Soil is still wet from the transplant watering. We are waiting on fans and a scrog net. 10/2/21 - They are looking very good today. We mist them daily, sometimes twice a day. 10/3/21 - All plants look great! We stopped misting them for now. They look over watered a tad. We know it’s early but we started LST on a couple of the taller ones. 10/4/21 - Looking good! Just cruising along at 50% power, watering when dry. I know they won’t be low maintenance in a couple weeks when they are bushes. 10/5/21 - They look great! The ladies in the back are doing some LST still since they are much taller. It’s safe to say the roots are expanding and the plants overall are growing.

2nd net is up. Early bud formations are promising. holding up to the extremes pretty well, some leaves taking minor damage, but overall, she is holding up, gave her 1 night at 50F see how she would react, stressful. Not advised as it messes with her metabolism, but I want to see if it triggers any anthocyanin response. Love to see her purp up but no signs yet. My homework. Rubisco regeneration is intrinsically linked to nitrogen supply because Rubisco is a major sink for nitrogen in plants, typically accounting for 15% to over 25% of total leaf nitrogen. The regeneration phase itself consumes nitrogen through the synthesis of the Rubisco enzyme and associated proteins (like Rubisco activase), and overall nitrogen status heavily influences the efficiency of RuBP regeneration.Structural Component: Nitrogen is an essential building block for all proteins, and the sheer abundance of the Rubisco protein makes it the single largest storage of nitrogen in the leaf. Synthesis and Activity: Adequate nitrogen supply is crucial for the synthesis and maintenance of sufficient Rubisco enzyme and Rubisco activase (Rca), the regulatory protein responsible for maintaining Rubisco's active state. Nitrogen deficiency leads to a decrease in the content and activity of both Rubisco and Rca, which in turn limits the maximum carboxylation rate, Vmax, and the rate of RuBP regeneration Jmax, thus reducing overall photosynthetic capacity. Nitrogen Storage and Remobilization: Rubisco can act as a temporary nitrogen storage protein, which is degraded to remobilize nitrogen to other growing parts of the plant, especially under conditions of nitrogen deficiency or senescence. Nitrogen Use Efficiency (NUE): The allocation of nitrogen to Rubisco is a key determinant of a plant's photosynthetic nitrogen use efficiency (PNUE). In high-nitrogen conditions, plants may accumulate a surplus of Rubisco, which may not be fully activated, leading to a lower PNUE. Optimizing the amount and activity of Rubisco relative to nitrogen availability is a target for improving crop NUE. Photorespiration and Nitrogen Metabolism: Nitrogen metabolism is also linked to the photorespiration pathway (which competes with carboxylation at the Rubisco active site), particularly in the reassimilation of ammonia released during the process. To increase RuBisCO regeneration, which refers to the process of forming the CO2 acceptor molecule Ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate (RuBP) during photosynthesis, the primary methods involve optimizing the levels and activity of Rubisco activase (Rca) and enhancing the performance of other Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzymes. Biochemical and Environmental Approaches: Optimize Rubisco Activase (Rca) activity: Rca is a crucial chaperone protein that removes inhibitory sugar phosphates, such as CA1P (2-carboxy-D-arabinitol 1-phosphate), from the Rubisco active site, thus maintaining its catalytic competence. •Ensure optimal light conditions: Rca is light-activated via the chloroplast's redox status. Adequate light intensity ensures Rca can effectively maintain Rubisco in its active, carbamylated state. •Maintain optimal temperature: Rca is highly temperature-sensitive and can become unstable at moderately high temperatures (e.g., above 35°C/95F° in many C3 plants), which decreases its ability to activate Rubisco. Maintaining temperatures within the optimal range for a specific plant species is important. •Optimize Mg2+ concentration: Mg2+ is a key cofactor for both Rubisco carbamylation and Rca activity. In the light, Mg2+ concentration in the chloroplast stroma increases, promoting activation. •Manage ATP/ADP ratio: Rca activity depends on ATP hydrolysis and is inhibited by ADP. Conditions that maintain a high ATP/ADP ratio in the chloroplast stroma favor Rca activity. Enhance Calvin-Benson-Bassham (CBB) cycle enzyme activity: The overall rate of RuBP regeneration can be limited by other enzymes in the cycle. •Increase SBPase activity: Sedoheptulose-1,7-bisphosphatase (SBPase) is a key regulatory enzyme in the regeneration pathway, and increasing its activity can enhance RuBP regeneration and overall photosynthesis. •Optimize other enzymes: Overexpression of other CBB cycle enzymes such as fructose-1,6-bisphosphate aldolase (FBA) and triose phosphate isomerase (TPI) can also help to balance the metabolic flux and improve RuBP regeneration capacity. Magnesium ions, Mg2+, are specifically required for Rubisco activation because the cation plays a critical structural and chemical role in forming the active site: A specific lysine residue in the active site must be carbamylated by a CO2 molecule to activate the enzyme. The resulting negatively charged carbamyl group then facilitates the binding of the positively charged Mg2+ion. While other divalent metal ions like Mn2+ can bind to Rubisco, they alter the enzyme's substrate specificity and lead to dramatically lower activity or a higher rate of the non-productive oxygenation reaction compared to Mg2+, making them biologically unfavorable in the context of efficient carbon fixation. The concentration of Mg2+ in the chloroplast stroma naturally increases in the light due to ion potential balancing during ATP synthesis, providing a physiological mechanism to ensure the enzyme is activated when photosynthesis is possible. At the center of the porphyrin ring, nestled within its nitrogen atoms, is a Magnesium ion (Mg2+). This magnesium ion is crucial for the function of chlorophyll, and without it, the pigment cannot effectively capture and transfer light energy. Mg acts as a cofactor: Mg2+ binds to Rubisco after an activator CO2 molecule, forming a catalytically competent complex (Enzyme-CO2-Mg2+). High light + CO2) increases demand: Under high light (60 DLI is a very high intensity, potentially saturating) and high CO2, the plant's capacity for photosynthesis is high, and thus the demand for activated Rubisco and the necessary Mg2+ cofactor increases. Mg deficiency becomes limiting: If Mg2+ is deficient under these conditions, the higher levels of Rubisco and Rubisco activase produced cannot be fully activated, leading to lower photosynthetic rates and potential photo-oxidative damage. Optimal range: Studies show that adequate Mg2+ application can enhance Rubisco activation and stabilize net photosynthetic rates under stress conditions, but the required concentration is specific to the experimental setup. Monitoring is key: The most effective approach in a controlled environment is to monitor the plant's physiological responses e.g., leaf Mg2+ concentration, photosynthetic rate, Rubisco activation state, and adjust the nutrient solution/fertilizer to maintain adequate levels, rather than supplementing a fixed "extra" amount. In practice, this means ensuring that Mg2+ is not a limiting factor in the plant's standard nutrient solution when pushing the limits with high light and CO2. Applying Mg2+ through foliar spray is beneficial to Rubisco regeneration, particularly in alleviating the negative effects of magnesium (Mg) deficiency and high-temperature stress (HTS). While Mg can be leached from soil, within the plant it is considered a mobile nutrient, particularly in the phloem. Foliar-applied Mg is quickly absorbed by the leaves and can be translocate to other plant parts, including new growth and sink organs. Foliar application of: NATURES VERY OWN MgSO4 @ 15.0g L-1 in a spray bottle. Foliar sprays are often recommended as a rapid rescue measure for existing deficiencies or as a supplement during critical growth stages, when demand for Mg is high. Application in the early morning or late evening can improve absorption and prevent leaf burn. The starting point [of creativity] is curiosity: pondering why the default exists in the first place. We’re driven to question defaults when we experience vuja de, the opposite of déjà vu. Déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new, but it feels as if we’ve seen it before. Vuja de is the reverse—we face something familiar, but we see it with a fresh perspective that enables us to gain new insights into old problems. Come walk in the enchanted forest.

This plant is a week behind the other 3. Coming right along despite snapping the main stem when manipulating, which seems to be healing after bracing and wrapping. I need to finish LST and defoliating before the end of week 6. I fed this one a slightly reduced amount of bloom and micro compared to the other 3 this week, so we will see how she responds. I added blackstrap molasses this week and will be adding it every week herein, albeit at a low concentration. I am already using powdered cane molasses so this is just to diversify the carbohydrates and micro nutrients in the soil. Pictures are day 42

Zdravím všechny pěstitele marijánky🌍🌞 Minulý týden sklizen BCN critilal xxl - tato rostlina měla od začátku problémy pak se spravila a nakonec vypadá celkem solidně. Víc se dozvíte ve sklizni🌱🌱🙏 Nemůžu se dočkat dalšího růstu🌞🤗 Tento týden půjde pod kosu poslední automat (sleep) Zbydou tam 3 celoroční odrůdy, ty vypadají nejlíp... ty ještě potřebují 2 až 3 týdny Den 99. Hnojení Celoročky - ph 6,3 ec 2,5 Den 100.🌱 holky vypadají úžasně😍 Dnes proběhla defoliace (focus)(franco lemon cheese) Den 101. Sekera🤟 (sleep) zbyly 3 celoroční odrůdy 2× focus , 1× franco lemon cheese Proplach 8 - 10 dní Den 102. Kontrola trichomů - focus = 10 % jantarových vrchů 🌱🤗 Franco lemon cheese = mléčné trichomy Den 103. Kontrola - Teplota,vlhkost,co2 v pořádku🤜 Den 104. Hello everyone Fat Banana is doing amazing the hot weather here has given her a extra boost this week. She is filing those buds nicely. Trichomes are everywhere and in big numbers to. And I have given her the first dose off PK13/14 nutrition. I will give her this for the next 2/3 weeks when feeding. Not much more to say then Happy Growing all

-Sensi Seeds Research: The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #15, week #7 of Flowering. Fade is coming out, plants are near to the end of their life cycle. This where new growers start to panic, thinking their ladies are having deficiencies... but no panic ! It’s organic ! Everything is normal 😉 -ScrOG II: #741 , #1318 , Shiva Skunk are ready and will be flushed at the beginning of next week ( tomorrow ). -ScrOG I: #11, Northern Lights, Black Domina, Super Skunk are good for 9 weeks of Flowering, perhaps more, and aren’t ready yet ! I have stopped the Alga-Max ( remember to always stop any P-K Boosters 2 weeks before harvest ) for the ScrOG II since last week and have given the last dose at the beginning of the week to ScrOG I. I must recognize that I’m really fan of the Mars-Hydro SP 250, I can’t wait to see how it works from seedlings to harvest 😎 I would like to finish this week by saying thanks to the brother or brothers who has increased the views on this week, I was wondering what was happening 😄 After discovering their was a contest on the most views of the week 😂😂😂 I knew something was not normal... hahaha so funny 🤣 A BIG THANKS 👍😄 ( I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control 🐞)

Hi guys! Here we are again, closing report for week 12, or 8 of flowering, as you prefer. This was a great week! I'm super happy in first place, to be home again, and that gives me much more time to look after the plants, the conditions, and really take great care of the grow. All the 5 plants had great development in their bud production and amounts. The grow tent looks small for this 5 girls and now they're struggling a little with the space. About the feedings: I started flushing already. Might be early for many, but I don't see the need for more nutrients when the plants are looking so nice, and I'm also satisfied with it, so now just water until the end. Curiously, the 2 shortest ones are showing signs og being ready very soon as you can see in the close up shots and video. I might give it another week and will chop them both around december 13/14 The remaining 3 ones... they're still work in progress, growing enormously big for my expectations, and filling up the empty spaces with sweet, fruity and tropical aromas in the room. Damn it smells nice when you open that grow room. So yeah, basically now she's just finishing up, drinking water at 6.3 to 6.5PH max, 28 to 38ppm, the temps are good, 18 with lights off, 27 lights on... The only 'issue' this week it turning the plants a bit because they're bending with the weight. Besides that, all good. This happy grower is done for this week, let's see what week 13 will bring us. Flipped it to 12 12 schedule. now I am seeing more pistil hair on the bud sites. Noticing stems are getting more rigid and wood like.
