First pistils came through this week! Switched the 'bloom' switch on the light to double LED count and add the red to the spectrum. Defoliated lower growth again on day 45 before noticing the pistil 48 hours later. Spotted a nutrient burn, and that I haven't been watering until enough runoff so possible nute/salt buildup? I also realised the plant was drooping before feeding so going to increase feed volume to keep the coco more moist. A nice amount of main colas considering her rough childhood. Fed no nutrients from day 47-49, just feeding 5.8pH water to reduce salt content. Water was 60PPM at 5.8pH and after 8L still got 500PPM runoff. Definitely need to change feeding method. Week 10, the second week of flowering, has been a wild ride in our Tropical Tangie Ninja Run. Our girl is on fire! Talk about growth – she's become a bona fide giant, standing tall and proud. The canopy's like a green sea, and I'm thinking she might outgrow the room soon! I might have to sneak in for that defoliation before day 21 – let's see how ninja-fearless I can be! And guess what? Her fruits are stepping into the limelight, and they're like little works of art in the making. They're shaping up beautifully and in promising numbers. It's like she's a fruity ninja master! Now, let's talk numbers: Starting the week at a TDS of 300 and a pH of 6.1, things were looking balanced. But she surprised me with her super hydration skills – guzzling down 6 liters a day! So, as her thirst grew, I decided to amp up her food to 420 ppm. Yeah, the numbers asked for a little humor, didn't they? And let's give it up for my ninja buddies! They're on ninja-duty, keeping a vigilant watch over everything. The pH's sitting pretty at 6.2, ensuring the perfect conditions for our Tangie to thrive. Woche 8 geht los, die Lampen stehen auf 100% Grow und 100% Flower, ich habe ein Netz rein gespannt und nach 1–2 Tagen in der letzten Woche alles weggeschnitten, was unterm Netz war sowie einige Seitentriebe. Somit sollte jeder Hauptstrang maximal 4–5 Seitentriebe haben. Zudem fangen sich die Blüten an zu bilden und es sind deutliche Härchen zu sehen. Update: Tag 5 Woche 9: Die Blüten werden immer größer und harzen schon auf die umliegenden Blätter 😍

Our sweet lady survived a week of raind and intense wind, the golden rope you see was helping the buds to stay still and to help save branches from breaking. The lady is super sugary and sticky right now, but the buds seem like they are not gonna thicken more than that. This plant has been stressed multiple times during her lifetime, from broken branches to light overdose, she has been kept away from direct sunlight since than, so this is the cause we attribute to this slower growth. Our biggest doubt is about harvest time. The buds do not seem big at all, but they look very orange and the breed's harvest is said to be in mid October, so we should start flushing! While I think we should wait untill the last week of the month, F. says i's almost time for drying. 😵😲 Looking at some pics of last year's harvest I am afraid this lady is not going to produce as much as we tought, maybe because this is our first experience with so many nutrients. Hope someone can help about harvest and buds overall look 😬😬

Flowering continues thru week 13 and the buds are growing well on all plants. The trichome production is in full swing now as well, therefore my Fruity-Terp ladies start to exude a delicious fruity aroma in the tent. The Purps from BC-BUD-Depot has a nice grape-candy smell while the Strawberry Sour Diesel from DevilHarvestOriginal had a strong lemony aroma with a little fuel mixed in. The BADAZZ fro Ripper Seeds smells DANK, very gassy and fuelly. The Super Lemon haze from Greenhouse Seeds has a nice and strong Haze aroma, unfortunately without any lemon smell. The MAC from Tropical Trees Seeds has a lso a strong Haze aroma, reminding me of Amnesia Haze. The Kritikal-K has more of a peachy aroma, while the Pineapple Dream and Zkit Kandy Dream from Kannabia Seeds have a very sweet aroma reminding me of pineapple. The nice healthy green color shows that the plants LOVE their BIO NOVA nutrients as well as the light-spectrum and intensity of the SANlight EVO4-120 LEDs. The fixtures are still running on 100% (=not dimmed) to have full flower production. This round is continuing to go VERTY WELL, I literally can see my buds grow every day...😉

Still forming her delicious buds had a lot of heat problems can’t seem to keep them down below 34 reaching 36c highest! 😮 I’m trying different things everyday but I think if I don’t fit ridge vents or tile vents I’ll be having more dramas with this heat! Unless typical UK gives us rain then I’ll be happy lol I’ve added some examples of my heats in the tents the blue one (blue illuminate) is the bananan glue the first yellow one is the fast flowers second is the autos! I have 2 coolers an extraction fan and another fan to blow the heat towards the extractor but still can’t bring it down! I think I’ll go back to my old way until the summer passes on the next ones which are in germ btw! Looking to rotate a harvest every 4 weeks from when I harvest the autos! Wish me luck please buddies the struggle is real!

Hello and thank you for stopping by, it is now day 28 in 2x4 closet and things are going very smoothly I'm watering still with a pH of 6.5 when dry. I'm having minor issues with Gnat larvae in my coco and I am going to solve the issue by watering with neem oil for the next couple weeks. I will also be trying out some hydrogen peroxide in my water at a 4:1 ratio if the neem oil fails to control the larvae. My first top dress will be in about 7 days and I am going to be doing some low stress training this week stay tuned ☺️

Bit of a crazy week so I changed her nutes 8 days later instead of 7. 12/22- 3 gallons, did 1.5 ml/gal of micro instead of usual 1.9 ml/gal bc I know she's sensitive to nitrogen so we'll see how she does. forgot to write down ppm. I think it was 600-650. Looking healthy. RIP Ellie. I love you.

Everything okay, sprayed some Silicum Boost again this week.

Starting off week 2 with some issues. I have noticed a lightening of the leaf edges and slight crinkling on the leaves. I have ran into this type of issue in the past and I suspected it to be a root bound issue. This time I am not completely sure. I will up pot by the end of this week and compare. I was busy with the holidays so I put the humidity dome back on before I went and up the size of the growing containers. I think it helped out and you can see that they perked up with the high humidity under the dome. I believe the lighter green edges is a mag deficiency. I will add more cal-mag during next weeks feedings.

10.06.25 BT#41 Guten Abend liebe Growmie's ✌️ Da bin ich wieder mit der Caramba von Paradise Seeds. Wir befinden uns am Blütetag 41 der Lady geht es sehr gut die Buds nehmen Form an. Heute gab es wieder Nährstoffe Hesi Blüh Complex 5ml/L, Hesi Phosphor Plus 2,5ml/L, Hesi PowerZyme 2ml/L. Ihre Wasser Aufnahme hat sich deutlich erhöht. Ab BT# 45 werde ich alle Nährstoffe langsam runter fahren das ich die letzte Woche nur noch Ph angeglichenes Wasser verabreiche. Dann geht es für 2 Tage in die Dunkelkammer danach Erfolgt der Cut🙂 Fand den Grow sehr sehr entspannt definitiv ein Strain für Beginner der euch einiges verzeihen wird , sehr resistent gegen Krankheiten oder Schädlingsbefall. Jetzt geht es langsam in die Heiße Phase ab BT#50 wird das Taschenmicroskope gezückt die Tricome mal abchecken und immer regelmäßiger schauen wie sie sich verändern. Jetzt freuen wir uns auf die nächste Woche mit neuen Updates bleibt Gesund and Stay high. We are now on day 41 of flowering and the lady is doing very well, with the buds taking shape. Today she received nutrients again Hesi Bloom Complex 5ml/L, Hesi Phosphor Plus 2.5ml/L, Hesi PowerZyme 2ml/L. Her water intake has increased significantly. Starting with BT# 45, I will slowly reduce all nutrients so that I only administer pH-adjusted water during the last week. Then it's off to the darkroom for 2 days, followed by the cut 🙂. I found the grow very, very relaxed. Definitely a strain for beginners that will forgive you a lot, very resistant to disease or pest infestation. Now we are slowly entering the hot phase. From BT#50, we will pull out the pocket microscope to check the trichomes and look more and more regularly to see how they are changing. Now we are looking forward to next week with new updates.
