Week 8 is going great, started flush toward the end of week 7 on Zkittlez and OG Kush. Also started flushing Pink Kush CBD and Purple Punch at start of week 8. All are packing weight still and smelling very fragrant. Trichomes are starting to cloud out and I am planning on harvesting when trichomes are starting to amber.

My plant's got a name - Melanie. She fights against the pests. We suppose that the yellowish colour of the leaves are caused by them. As I decided to help her, I used the insecticide called Dursban. As a result, the pests' number has lessened but not totally removed. Do you have any advice for me? Thank you in advance.

4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

Man! I am definitely hooked on my new hobby. Harvested 96 grams of smokable bud and 93 grams of bud/leaves that I will be using to make dry ice hash. Took a third of that second weight (31 grams) to account for pure bud (which is more on the low end) and added to my 96 grams of good flower to get the 127 grams total. Made plenty of mistakes that I’m sure dropped my yield, the biggest being the lighting situation. Plants grew right into my light and even got bleached. The height of the plants made the outer colas grow past the high light areas, which made the buds very airy. But overall it was an amazing experience. I learned a lot of things, some that I have already incorporated on my second grow. And even with my drop in yield, I still ended up with more than enough flower to last me to my next harvest, so this was a great grow for me. Thanks to everyone who followed, liked, and commented. Growth is exponential now. I had to install poles to stabilize several plants, some were tilting. It seems as if they grew so fast they were leaning over. I have topped them several more times and removed some of the inner wasteful branches.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend. This week went pretty good for the Strawberry Banana Auto, I did go out of town for 4 days and my PH got too high in my reservoir so that set me back a couple days or so but the plants still look pretty healthy, I did notice a couple rust colored spots on the lower most leaves of this plant. She is topped and I did a light defolilation yesterday and some LST just to try and keep a level canopy. The tomatoes are looking great as well as enjoying the runoff from the cannabis, got my first flowerson them this week. In the tent I am still running the Spectrum X at 60% power in V1 mode which is the veg mode and it is keeping the plants very green, bushy, and with tight internodal spacing. I will continue LST and slowly make the change to flower nutes as soon as the stretch is about over. I harvested Dorel and will soon do #4 as well. I had to as I don’t have the space to dry all 3 at once. Tbh Dorel didn’t look so good today, although I couldn’t see much amber trichromes she looks a bit overdone. Will probably do #4 this weekend, and Ozz the 2 following wees

Looks like she's getting close! Buds are nicely plump and dense! Plenty of cloudy trichomes. I'm looking for the first amber trichome to harvest. I want this to be uplifting not couch lock.
