Second week of flush and the girls are looking ready. I’m always learning though and will definitely have to be more savage with my lollipoping in the future as I’ve got a fair bit of larf on lower branches. Almost harvest time 😍😍

* ********* Week 3, April 25 to May 1, 2020 - Days 15 to 21 from germination ********** * So we have been chugging along and doing well. Keeping the feeds in check and not given any waterings over 6.0pH before this week. By mid week when checking runoff numbers found they were flipping 7.2pH!!!!!! What is shooting up the numbers so high?? They were given some Epsom salt and not sure if they have been given too much magnesium. Wondering if it could be the pots? Watering patterns have not changed? Cut slits in the bottom of all the fabric pots to help with drainage and see if moisture is sitting in the bottom of the pot causing issues with pH??? They are doing well but not at the same time.....GSC girls seem a little show in veg growth at this stage. Little more detail....... April 25/20 - Day 15 - Mixed 1L of water with Vitathrive, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml = 700ppm and 6.0pH. - each girl given 0.5L feed. - humidity a little low at 52% and bumping up to 65% - light heights at 30” roughly right now. - GSC outer edges of leaves getting a little light. - GSC2 is forming a nice structure and new leaves are wider. April 26/20 - Day 16 - no real growth and the girls don’t look happy.......not sure of the issue? - mixed 2L water with Sensi CalMag @ 1.5ml. Sensyzime @ 2ml, Epsom Salt @ 1/4 tsp/L - GSC fighting magnesium deficiency so adding Epsom Salt, - increased light intensity a bit today. April 27/20 - Day 17 - dry out day - think the root zone is holding too much moisture and causing pH issue. - cut long slits in the bottom of the pots to let moisture run out faster/easier. - GSC has liked the increased lighting. - all the girls got clockwise rotation today. April 28/20 - Day 18 - Girl Scout girls given 3L watering with Vitrathrive @ 1.5ml = 100ppm and 5.1pH - runoff numbers: - GSC - 600ppm and 7.2pH - GSC2 - 475ppm and 7.2pH - pH is still too high!!!! - leaf colours on all the girls look good😳 April 29/20 - Day 19 - more runoff numbers to look at - Mixed 8L for each girl with Dual Fual @ 1.75ml - 325ppm and 5.0pH........each girl given this amount!!!! - Run off numbers: - GSC - in tray before feed was 7.2pH, brought down the pH to 7.0 and 525ppm - GSC2 - in tray before feed was 7.2pH, brought down the pH to 7.0 and 500ppm - now we see if the flush will help in the next couple of days. April 30/20 - Day 20 - dry out day - stems are looking thicker today. All nodes are separating and they are growing.......slowly though. May 1/20 - Day 21 - dry out day again - need to let the pots dry out in order to adjust the pH further. - they are looking taller and happier today. Sorry for running behind gang. Always so much to stay on top of😀........

This week was very well, the girl showed her first pistils and she's stronger and healthier than ever, so: Day 30 sprayed with bioprotect Day 31 watered with 3l of water with 6 ml of bh, bg an a-v Day 33 The first pistils are appearing sign that blooming phase has begun. Day 34 water with the mix Day 35 I've turned on the dehumidifier trying to decrease the humidity and starting to defoliated some lower leaves, 3/4 leaves per day stress the plant to much. Flowering day 42 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey everyone 😀. Both phenotypes continue to develop very nicely :-). The buds are getting bigger and bigger and the sweet smell starts to waft through the tent 😍. It's very much in the Skunk direction 👍. It was watered twice this week with 1.2 l per watering per plant. The tent was cleaned and everything checked for health 👍. So far so good , did my first water change yesterday , super easy with the side hose. I think the mars ts1000 will do a good job. Nice and bright and heat no issue in my 90*90. EC 0.2 ph 6.0

Plants are all doing amazing ! They are all growing in a very even and uniform fashion. Seems like quality genetics so far. Plants are on track to be transplanted by next week or one more tops Fed with very light dose of supplemental nutrients at 6.5ph Plants are getting 25k lux.

I just wanted to let the people know about topping and the benefits and when I did my research there was not much for documentary purposes very great results super cropping is a must and topping to create more nodes

Today is the last day before chop day. I didn't end up doing any flushing as I couldn't find much evidence that it makes any real difference. Starting to get some fade/LED bleaching here and there. Really excited to see how much bud is hanging out under all those fan leaves. The one plant that got an accidental topping is still behind the others in getting ripe but not so much that I am wanting to keep it growing. Seeing just a few amber trichomes here and there and I am not a fan of couch-lock so now is perfect time to harvest. I will end up hanging the whole plant to dry. Thanks everyone who gave me help and tips for my first grow! I will likely post the dry weight and harvest pictures in a few weeks once they are dry. Maybe add a few pictures of rosin I plan on making. Happy Jul!

They are growing very well . I trues top and lst on one og the plants. Just triumf to get a frem for it. Proberbly dosent make sens when the rest is not lst or topped. But had to try

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. The Strawberry Banana Auto is doing well, she is almost done stretching and I have almost fully transitioned her to flower nutrients. She is currently getting silica, cal mag, and 75/25 veg and flower nute mixture of GH maxigrow/maxibloom. I did change the Medic grow spectrum to the F1 spectrum this week which is the flower spectrum. I am also running the UV/IR bar for about 75 minutes every day before lights off, and I now have the light cranked up to 100%. I will also increase the exposure to the UV/IR light as flower progresses. As she is almost done stretching, there is not much to do this week except keep the reservoir clean, full, and in the proper PH range. If any colas get crazy higher than the others I will correct, but other than that she can do her thing from here on out. This weather's been crazy! We've been stuck in this deep freeze for over a week now. The temperature hasn't climbed above freezing for like 10 days – it's brutal out there. And to make things worse, with all this cold, the humidity's been acting weird. It's really hard on the plants, especially without the sun to help them dry out a little. "My Gas Tax x Obama Runtz plant is totally killing it right now! After a rough patch, it's finally starting to thrive. The leaves are this super bright green, and I can't believe how many flower buds I'm seeing. It's so rewarding to watch it bounce back." I can also make it sound a little more scientific if you want.
