Apologies for not updating last week, I have just been really busy! These last couple of weeks have been great - her growth is coming along very well. There are no signs of any deficiencies as of yet, what is your opinion! In regards to defoliating and lollipopping - what growth would you suggest I get rid off?

Flowering Week 9: 23.03.2026 - 30.03.20206 Permanent Whitemarker began to purple up in this week. It starts turning the white pistols into orange. Smells really strong! The Platinum Mimosa Cookie got watered on the 28.03.2026 for the last time and received some time without water to predry and turn its last energy into the buds. The Crazy Roze is turning out really nice in this week and also doesnt needs too much time2be done! Terps are smelling insane! It looks like it got some purple genetics in it and is turning the pistols also orange this week!

So i never ended up doing the nutes i had. I waited until seeing pre flower and top dressed with natures living soil autoflower concentrate. So far so good. I do think they were cal-mag starved prior to adding this because they did start to yellow a bit in between veins. Going all organic from here on out and doing super soil.

Week 3 of Flower (Day 15-21) Should be the last days of stretch. Hopefully, because the height is limited and i do not want to rethink the top of my growtent. Beautiful flower development and i have had no problems in flower so far. I will turn the nutes up a bit, as they have not complained so far. Furthermore, i will lollipop or make a major defoliation when stretch is done, in order to deal with temp and humidity. (airflow) 👽👉24/10 Praying hands, very happy ladies. 👽👉25/10 I am keeping a close eye to the grow, as i have implemented low-energy-consumption solutions, whenever the price of electricity is higest. Meaning the climate is less steady, in some times on the day. 👽👉26/10 I was supposed to water today, however my schedule did not allow. They do not have any drooping leaves yet, they will be fine. 👽👉27/10 Waterday* and cleaning up the dead bottom leaves. Upped my nutes from 1.77 EC to 2.08 EC Bioheaven 2ML/L > 3 BioGrow 2 ML/L > 2.5 BioBloom 1.5ML/L > 2.5 TopMax 1ML/L Calmag 0.4ML/L > 0.5ML/L Rootjuice 1ML/L 👽👉28/10 Upped the nutes quite a bit yesterday, so exiting to see their reaction. And she's off 👊🏻 Got a good bit of growth in this week. Super cropped a few of the branches cause they shot right past the others. Perked right back up though no worries. Officially on flower now, she's a light feeder through veg I had to cut the nutes right down, let's hope I can get a bit into her through flower, she is starting to drink a lot more anyway so we'll see. All good here, couple more weeks and I reckon she'll be good to pollinate.

Poor babies! They've definitely had a rough start. I'm fairly certain now the issue has been too much moisture in the soil. I believe there are a few factors that have had an impact: 1) Obviously, giving them too much water. In the first week I gave 90ml into their 1 litre pots over two waterings. I thought this was okay because the top soil was completely dry between waterings. Someone suggested that seedlings don't need additional water for the first 10 days so I'll try that next time 2) Feedback I've had is that my soil mix is quite heavy @ 63% soil, 25% Coco, 6 % perlite + 6% vermiculite. In future I'll increase the perlite portion to about 40% 3) Also, I just noticed that the plastic pots I'm using have very small drainage holes. I think this has caused moisture to accumulate at the bottom of the pot. Yesterday I pushed my finger all the way to the bottom of the pot and it is much wetter at the bottom than at the top. So yeah, tough start. But they're still growing, albeit very slowly. I trust they'll survive.

These ones look to be moving from the stretching phase into full bud production now. I am starting to see more and more trichomes develop which is exciting. Carried a good bit of defoliation this week cleaning up the lower branches and removing larger leafs that block multiple bud sites. Light still is set at 90% power. ✌️🌱🙂

ｆｒｏｓｔｅｄ　ｇｕａｖａ ❄️ 🌱 Anfang Woche 5/10 🌱 Die drei Frosted Guava legen weiterhin ordentlich an Wachstum zu und entwickeln sich genau in die Richtung, die ich mir vorgestellt habe. Mittlerweile ist die Lampe bereits auf die maximale Höhe eingestellt, da die Pflanzen den verfügbaren Platz immer mehr ausnutzen. Es macht einfach Spaß zu sehen, wie kräftig und gesund sie sich Woche für Woche weiterentwickeln. Langsam beginnt jetzt die spannende Phase des Grows: Die Blüte startet und die ersten weißen Blütenstempel zeigen sich an allen drei Pflanzen. Damit ist der Übergang von der Wachstumsphase in die Blüte offiziell eingeläutet. Ich bin gespannt, wie sie sich in den kommenden Wochen strecken und wie sich die Buds entwickeln werden. Auch das Klima spielt momentan wieder gut mit. Nachdem es zwischenzeitlich deutlich wärmer war, liegen die Temperaturen aktuell wieder bei etwa 20 bis 28 °C. Gerade für den Blütestart sind diese Bedingungen deutlich angenehmer, wodurch die Pflanzen hoffentlich ihr volles Potenzial ausschöpfen können. Diese Woche habe ich außerdem im unteren Bereich ein paar kleinere Triebe entfernt, die ohnehin kaum Licht bekommen hätten. Zusätzlich mussten einige große Blätter weichen, die andere Pflanzenteile unnötig beschattet haben. So kann das Licht besser bis in die unteren Bereiche gelangen und die Luftzirkulation wird ebenfalls verbessert. Ab sofort bekommen die drei außerdem den Blütedünger von Advanced Nutrients, um sie optimal durch die kommenden Wochen der Blüte zu begleiten. She just kept going. ⸻ Quick Recap — How We Got Here This run was never about controlling size. It was about channeling energy. Straight into 12/12 from seed. No vegetative phase to stretch her intentions— just a direct line from seed → structure → flower. And still… she chose to become a 1.8m tower. That tells you everything about the genetics. Stable environment. Consistent feeding. No interruptions, no panic moves. We didn’t push her. We kept up with her. ⸻ Week 7 Flower — Controlled Chaos At this stage, she’s fully expressing: – Vertical dominance – Long, stacked flower sites – Increasing density without losing structure – And that frost… building fast now She’s not just tall— she’s productive across the entire column. And the smell? Louder every day. Sharper. More complex. This is where Ghost Train starts to feel like Ghost Train. ⸻ Feeding & Parameters — Why These Numbers We’re running: – EC: ~2.9 – pH: 6.5 And yes—this is intentional. At this stage, demand is high. She’s not just building flowers, she’s maintaining a massive structure while doing it. The higher EC supports: – Sustained nutrient availability – Strong flower development – Continued metabolic activity at scale And the pH at 6.5 keeps nutrient uptake balanced in soil: – Phosphorus & potassium availability optimized – Micronutrients still accessible – No locking out key elements during peak demand Nothing extreme. Just aligned with what she’s asking for. ⸻ VPD — Leaf vs Room (Why 26°C / 60% Works Here) On paper, 26°C and 60% RH might look high for late flower. But here’s the nuance: – Room VPD is one thing – Leaf VPD is another With strong lighting and active transpiration, leaf temperature often runs slightly higher than ambient. That shifts the actual working VPD into a more optimal range than numbers alone suggest. So while the room reads: – 26°C – 60% RH The plant is effectively operating in a comfortable transpiration zone, not a risky one. This is why context matters more than charts. ⸻ About the “Delay” — Sativa Expression She’s a Haze. So yes—compared to others in the room, she appears “slower.” But let’s be clear: This isn’t delay. This is genetic pacing. And honestly? For a Haze under 12/12 from seed… She’s actually ahead of where you’d expect her to be. That early flowering trigger shortened the stretch window and pushed her into production sooner. Without it? She wouldn’t be 1.8m. Ok another week closer.... The girls are stacking and blowing up, everything is perfect.... The room smells like a chocolate store, love it. Nothing really new ...but started dropping down on PPMs ....if they are not eating the nutrients why feed them it....... Now is just ripening time...the next couple of weeks ..mmmm can't wait for some Cookies.
