I trimmed these a little early because I am going away for two weeks. The person taking care of them will only water them.That's why I trim them.Hopefully when I return, one would be ready to harvest and the other two would be finishing up shortly after. The last couple posts of this might just be screenshots until I return and harvest. I defoliated a lot of the leaves that were covering nug sites a lot of leaves that returning a slightly different color.

Day 51 : Watered with 2.5L each lady. I added as always 1 co2 tab per 4.5L . Also i added nutrients. The next one will be pure water. She stopped vertical stretching. Now her buds are getting bigger day after day. Edit (Day 56) : Watered 1.5L pure tap water of 7.5ph and 360ppm. No co2 today. Just pure water with 0.5/L Cal-Mag. Buds are fattening nothing else.

We have reached the end of the second week of bloom, pistils are getting big, expecting good results. Everything is going well so far. I look forward to the end of bloom.

Everything is going great. A little stimulants and water - this recipe for soil I like very much, let's see what happens next. The purple coloring is filling the buds

Day 2; 48 hrs the Purple Star Killer seed's root was long enough to go into soil today. I use Happy Frog soil for seedlings. The soil cup will stay on the heat mat insuring the temp is kept at 75°F. Day1; 24 hrs and the Purple Star Killer seed has a visible tap root. I'll wait a little longer before putting it in soil. I like to see the root about a quarter inch before planting. Day 0; Germination, paper towel method.

Late update for this week 4 of flower... Went on a quick trip, a couple days away from the ladies. They did get thirsty but didn't droop much, and perked up after watering. To start the week, earthworm topdress per the uprising bloom feed chart. 1/2c per pot. Finished off the tea and have watered a few more times with just calmag and bloom boost. The trichomes are finally coming in, things are looking beautiful as the buds fatten and the leaves frost over. The smell is getting stronger every day. Speaking of smell, I've fallen in love with every strain all over, because I can finally touch and smell the sticky resin. From worst to best so far: Blueberry Muffin does not have a strong smell yet. It smells like sweet syrup spilled in a cedar cabinet. Chocolate Mint OG is complex. Rubber, roasted chocolate, fresh damp earth, dank, and more... Permanent Marker smells very much like one of my favorite strains, Chemdog. Pungent gassy chemical funk, backed by a bit of citrus, with hints of mossy earth. Orangecello is the star of the show. It has a strong smell I've found in strains like Forbidden Runtz and other high terpinolene strains. It smells like a sweet candy paint. I've heard it described as rotten fruit. It also smells a bit like sunscreen, like nail polish remover and fake chemical tropical coconut scent. Things are really getting close to the home stretch. I think the plants are done stretching and are ready to fatten up those buds and frost over. I can't wait to taste!

11/5 -- They now have 2 weeks of 12/12 under their belts and it's truly been a tale of 3 plants for the past week and a half. GZ2- This one has the opportunity to meet its full potential. It has stretched to give me this beautiful canopy and very few signs of over feed or stress in it. Hopefully she stays this way. Moby- look like it may have been developing some deficiencies. I fed it a few days ago and it seemed to respond well. Some leaves have gotten yellow but the plant is do thick and dense I'm not worried about a few falling off. All in all, it's been steady eddy for Moby Dick that I now believe is also a Barney's Farm Freebie(the seed is now listed where I buy mine from) I'm not going to change it but if you're keeping track, this is most likely a tent full of Barney's Farm. Gz1- and now the music gets a little more serious. I really started recognizing problems with her right at flip. She has lost a lot of fan leaves due to yellowing,, dark stems and I can tell her branching has suffered because of it. Growth at the bottom looks weak and even wrinkled in some spots. She has burn spots and signs of deficiency galore. But also VERY dark fan leaves. I've just come to the conclusion that flushing was probably my best move. She can still have a week of solid growing. If I can get it corrected now, this plant will still be respectable but the trend is disturbing and alarming to someone who knows how fast they can decline. So in conclusion, things are getting a little hairy. Flowering always brings on a new set of challenges and I'm still learning every single time. Alot of trial and error on this gal and shes fast to spring back, resilient to a lot-- hot res temps, training, etc. beautiful plant and genetics!
