Heeeey all! Sorry for the extremely slow update! The past few weeks have been crazy for me! 😱 This week I made a lot of defoliation and decided to be somewhat greedy. I'll let the plants grow a bit more so they'll stretch well during flower! So while I defoliate I'll allow the plants to recover properly! 💪 Near the end of the week I also made another mistake with Roko (poor baby! 😭). I broke another of the stems (the one that divided the plant in two, right in the middle) and I feared the worst! But so far the plant kept growing without any problems. I'm still thinking a name for my 4th baby, she has surprised me greatly and I didn't notice how many new branches had grown until I defoliated her and I'm sure she'll deliver some great buds! 😍 Anyway everyone, this is all for now. One seedling streched a bit, but thats not a problem. Besides that, everything went great! 3/3 Germination rate I am very excited to see the ladys grow. We couldnt order our grow equipment, so we started the plants on the Windowstill.

My Rainbow Melon plant is an absolute beast! It's definitely tied for the biggest plant in the tent, and it's by far the smelliest. The aroma is so strong and sweet, it's incredible. I can't wait to see how this one turns out! Okay, This past week has been absolutely fantastic! The weather has been incredible, and I've been able to keep the windows open almost the entire time. My plants are thriving in the humidity, and the VPD has been perfect. Everything just feels so balanced and in check.

Cruising right along. Baby girl is definitely devilish. Week 11 feed this week ph 6.4 runoff at 6.6 environment high of 81.9F 51%RH low 67.5F 39%RH. She’s stacking at top still shooting pistils out slowly. Taking slot of real estate in tent had to get rid of one other plant :( but this one shall prevail. Super eager for the buds. The scent she leaves on your fingers after interaction is lovely.

Everything is looking good so far. The grandaddy purple is doing the most stretching. Can't wait to see the end result. Thanks for stopping by.

Tag 60: Letzte Woche vor der Ernte.

Basically I'm taking this as new hobby. I don't smoke but since I was 16 that I wanted to embrace a grow project. 18 years later, decided to get my hands to the work, bearing in mind that it should be as simple as possible. Ordered 3 easy bud seeds, germinated all 3, only 2 survived on the soil, mostly because of my technique. For me, it's all about learning so I did some experiences. 3 different soils, 3 different planting techniques and this is the result so far. The one that died, was due muddy soil, so she drown. No oxygen. Started this project with a simple indoor greenhouse, 160x40x60cm size, 2 daylight lamps 11 watts, 6300 kelvin and roughly 700 lumen each, 1 usb cooling fan. Distance from the lamps to the seeds +20 centimetres, which you can see on day 3, we had a lot of stretching (video). Nevertheless, started to see some life!!! Decided to take the project more seriously. We are now on the day 4, with a new setup. Adequate soil, carefully buried both plants in bigger vases and new lights. 4 cfl lamps, 1297 lumen, 97 watts and 6300 kelvin. I was about to buy the cfl pure light lamp 125 watts but found these cfl's at leroy merlin. I wanted to keep this low budget/experimental project as much as possible, therefore after doing some calculations I found that with these 4 lamps I would roughly get the same lumens and watts I would get with the pure light lamp. I had a lot of fun with this strain and it was grown against 400 growers so let me say PHENO hunting is a true thing. Overall the Bud was a nice dense structure and the smoke on it was smooth and the high nice and even.

Popped 3 of these, all three popped & sprouted but I killed one with direct airflow on her from my intake fan. I will have 2 of these to grow out & will be growing 1 baikal Express in place of her.

Hi all, It the start of week three. Am thinking of switching the switch this week but since I am doing this grow with a bunch of WW 2nd gen clones and they seem to be drinking a bit too much (need to water everyday) I knew this would happen but didn't expect it to happen before flowering. I only filled the pots with 2/3 soil initially, so I topped all the WW and the SQ with a mix of worm casting (50%), fox farm ocean breeze 25%, Perlite 15% and coco 10%. Will wait two days to see if this will slow down my need to water the plants in smaller pots. WIll update this over the course of the week. Mid week update. I only tested out adding the wormcastling is to the WWs will wait and see cause I don’t think they like it that much. Will probably flip next week.

Curling is still a problem still :( A rainy week so high humidity all around... looking tasty though! Buds are getting bigger and sticker!
