Hey there growmies! Gothic Remake just released, so there hasn’t really been time to keep a proper diary, folks 😂 Anyway, a lot has changed around my little gal. I had to kick her out of the tent, so she now dwells by the window. I bought her a cheap 50W blue/red spectrum light — around 20 euros — and she seems to like it. Observing the previous weeks, the recovery is something unbelievable. how she got green again.. nice job little lady As you can see, the buds are a bit on the leafy side. I’m not sure if I messed something up along the way, or if it’s just genetics. From what I’ve researched, Mephisto’s Grape, which is in her genes, is often quite leafy. She smells sour, grapey, and sometimes has hints of Hubba Bubba bubble gum. The main bud is huge though — at least for 50W and my “skills” 🤓 I wish you all a super-trooper summer grow 🤞🏻🙏🌱🌱

Week 9 November 4 - Okay 10 days into flower and she is doing good. Started showing pistils a couple days ago so here we go -a lil bit of a stretch happening but im not too worried about the tent size as the other plants should be ready to flip this coming week and that tent is a bit bigger -already smell sweet and floral in the tent didn’t expect the smell to come thru this early

Started using a Canadian product, Hygrozyme, to ward off Root Rot and help my roots. After 24 hours PH went from 5.7 to 6.7. A bit of slime as well. Did a sterilization with H2O2, rinsed the roots, waited an hour, then re-inoculated with Hygrozyme and my Tarantula Tea. 24 hours later (today). PH is up the same but no sign of rot. RePHed and good to go. 🌱 Ghost Train Ace — Week 10 From Seed (Week 5 Flower) “The Rise of Big Mama” 🔁 Quick Recap — How We Got Here This run has been unique from day one. 12/12 straight from seed — no traditional veg phase — letting each plant express itself naturally from the start. What we’re seeing now is a perfect example of what happens when strong genetics meet minimal restriction: • Explosive vertical growth • Natural structure formation • Zero training, just guidance And now, one plant has clearly stepped forward. Big Mama — standing around 180–183 cm, claiming her space, her light, and her identity. ⸻ 🌿 The Star of the Room From this point forward, the focus shifts. The other plants are doing well and will get their final report — but this one… this one is something special. • Massive vertical structure • Strong lateral branching • Bud sites stacking clean and aggressively • Resin already forming heavily for this stage And one of the most beautiful signs: 💧 Constant transpiration (“always praying and sweating”) → This is a plant fully engaged with her environment ⸻ 💡 Light Intensity — Controlled Chaos PPFD ranges: • Top canopy: ~1500 PPFD • Lower canopy: ~800 PPFD This variation is not a flaw — it’s a reflection of natural structure. Because: • Different heights = different light exposure • Different phenotypic expression = different light tolerance And she’s handling it like a champion. 👉 The top buds are pushing high photosynthetic limits 👉 Lower sites still receive enough energy to develop properly This creates: • Strong apical dominance • But still productive secondary flowers ⸻ 🌡️ Environment & VPD Balance • Temperature: 26°C • Humidity: 60% • CO₂: ~1000 ppm At first glance, 60% RH in flower might raise eyebrows — but here’s the key: 👉 Leaf VPD is in a functional range due to elevated CO₂ and active transpiration What we’re seeing: • High metabolic activity • Constant water movement • No stagnation This is not a passive environment — it’s alive. ⸻ 💨 Airflow — The Silent Engine At this stage, airflow becomes critical. Not just for: • Mold prevention But for: • Gas exchange • Transpiration efficiency • Heat distribution across the canopy With a plant this dense and tall, airflow isn’t optional — it’s structural support. ⸻ 💧 Feeding Strategy — Why This Approach This plant is on AutoPots, running mostly mineral feeding: • Terra Bloom • Power Buds • CalMag Pro With occasional organic input (non-strict, intuitive) Why this works here: AutoPots favor: • Stability • Clean nutrient delivery • Consistent EC 👉 Minerals ensure: • Immediate availability • No buildup or biofilm risk in the system 👉 Occasional organics: • Add complexity • Support microbial interaction (even if limited) This hybrid mindset gives: • Control + Expression ⸻ ⚡ Current Parameters • EC: 2.8 • pH: 6.5 • Adjusted with: • Lemon Kick • pH Plus She’s feeding heavy — no doubt about it. Estimated water intake: 👉 ~1.8 – 2L per day Which matches: • Her size • Her metabolic rate • Her constant transpiration ⸻ ❄️ Frost & Genetic Expression (ACE Influence) This is where things get exciting. ACE genetics tend to: • Stretch aggressively • Build structure before density • Then suddenly flip into resin production And that’s exactly what’s happening: 👉 Early frost development 👉 Aromas already loud at Week 5 👉 Bud formation still expanding This is the transition phase: Structure → Resin → Density ⸻ 📏 Stretch Status Stretch appears to be: 👉 Mostly complete Any further growth: • Likely minimal • Focus shifting into flower mass and resin production And honestly… with a plant already near 2 meters — that’s a blessing 😄 ⸻ 🔮 What to Expect Next Week • Bud stacking acceleration • Increased resin coverage • Stronger terpene expression • Higher nutrient demand stabilization • Possible slight fade starting on older leaves This is where she begins to define her final form. ⸻ 🙏 Gratitude — Always To everyone following this journey: • The day-one supporters • The silent watchers • The ones who comment • The skeptics • The OGs • The new growers • The platform • The community • The sponsors • The genetics • The tools • The lessons And even the challenges… Everything plays a role. From grower to growers — energy is shared, always. 📡 DELETED @ 1K Please stay tuned.we never quit https://www.youtube.com/@TheDogDoctorOfficial NEW 🙏 Thank you for your patience and continued support.FOR DISCOUNT CODES AND MORE JUST FOLLOW THE LINK https://website.beacons.ai/dogdoctorofficial 📲 Don’t forget to Subscribe and follow me on Instagram and YouTube @DogDoctorOfficial for exclusive content, real-time updates, and behind-the-scenes magic. With true love comes happiness. Always believe in yourself, and always do things expecting nothing and with an open heart. Be a giver, and the universe will give back in ways you could never imagine. 💚 Growers love to all 💚 📸 P.S. – The Eye Behind the Lens All photos in this diary (for now — except for the ones showing the camera, which I took with an iPhone) are taken with a Sony A6700 paired with a Sony full-frame macro lens and a few more. Photography is part of the story — it’s how we share the fine textures, the glow, and the quiet details that words can’t always capture. I’ve also started experimenting with photo stacking — a technique where multiple images, each taken at a slightly different focus point, are layered together to create one perfectly sharp image from front to back. It’s not digital enhancement or AI; it’s pure photography — a way to reveal the plant’s beauty in microscopic depth, from trichome to petal. You’ll even see a few shots of "ghost me" capturing the shots — camera, lens, setup — because every grow deserves not just to be cultivated, but documented like art. 🌱 Week 2 – Purple CousKush Auto | Pheno B | Building the Foundation Hello everyone, and welcome back to another chapter of my 8×8 Adventure, where every seed gets the opportunity to tell its own story. This diary follows Purple CousKush Auto – Pheno B, and while her sister surprised me with an unusual mutation during the first weeks of life, this lady has chosen a different path. She is developing with beautiful symmetry, strong vigor, and exactly the kind of structure that makes a grower smile every time the tent opens. Every phenotype teaches something different, and that’s exactly why I enjoy documenting them individually. ⸻ 🌿 Week 2 Development This week has been all about establishing a strong foundation before explosive vegetative growth begins. From the very beginning, Purple CousKush B has shown excellent vigor. Her internodal spacing remains tight, the stem is becoming noticeably thicker, and every node is producing healthy new shoots with vibrant green growth. The leaves are broad, healthy, and reaching confidently toward the light, showing no signs of nutrient deficiencies or environmental stress. Compared to last week, the increase in biomass is obvious. She has transitioned from a small seedling into a young plant that is now preparing for the next stage of development. Everything looks balanced. Everything looks happy. ⸻ 🌱 Beginning Low Stress Training This week also marked the beginning of her first Low Stress Training (LST). Rather than forcing the plant into shape later, I prefer to begin gently while the stems are still flexible. The main stem has been carefully bent, encouraging the plant to redistribute auxins away from the dominant top and toward the lower branches. This simple technique allows more growing tips to receive equal light while keeping the canopy flatter for the weeks ahead. One thing I always appreciate about LST is that it works with the plant rather than against it. There is no cutting. No high-stress recovery. Just gentle guidance. Even after the initial bending, she responded beautifully. The side branches immediately began reaching upward, showing exactly why this training method has become one of my favorites for autos. Watching a plant adapt within hours never gets old. ⸻ 🌿 Plant Health Overall health continues to impress. Thick central stem Strong lateral branching Excellent leaf color Tight internodal spacing Healthy vigorous new growth The foliage remains lush without appearing overly dark, suggesting that nutrition is right where it should be. She’s developing into a compact but powerful little bush that should have no problem supporting a heavy canopy later in flower. ⸻ 🌍 Environment The entire room continues to provide an ideal environment for vigorous vegetative growth. Temperature, humidity and VPD remain within the target range, creating stable conditions that allow each phenotype to express its genetics without unnecessary stress. Consistent airflow keeps fresh CO₂ moving throughout the canopy while strengthening stems naturally, and the lighting continues delivering an even PPFD across the entire garden. Healthy roots create healthy plants, and maintaining environmental stability is just as important as choosing the right nutrients. ⸻ 🌱 Nutrition Purple CousKush Auto is growing in Plagron substrate, receiving the same carefully controlled feeding schedule as the rest of the 8×8 project. This run is built around the Plagron nutrient line, supplying everything needed for healthy root expansion and vigorous vegetative growth while avoiding unnecessary excesses during these early weeks. Rather than pushing rapid growth, my goal is to establish a strong root system first. Healthy roots become healthy stems, healthy stems support healthy branches, and healthy branches eventually become beautiful flowers. As always, balance beats excess. ⸻ 📸 This Week’s Observations One of the things I enjoy most is comparing sisters grown under identical conditions. Same room. Same lighting. Same nutrients. Same environment. Yet every plant still develops its own personality. While Pheno A became the little rebel, Pheno B is showing textbook development, responding perfectly to gentle LST and already building the structure that should carry her through flowering. Both are beautiful. Just beautifully different. That’s the magic hidden inside every seed. ⸻ 🌿 Looking Ahead Over the coming week, I’ll continue adjusting the LST little by little, allowing the secondary branches to rise evenly while maintaining a low, open canopy. The goal isn’t simply to make the plant shorter. The goal is to create an even platform where every future cola receives equal access to light and airflow. For now, there is no need to rush. She’s exactly where she should be. Healthy. Strong. Growing with confidence. ⸻ Thank you to Plagron for providing the foundation for this grow, Zamnesia for helping make this incredible project possible, and Grow Diaries for giving growers around the world a place to share, learn, and inspire one another. And thank you for following another week of this 8×8 Adventure. Whether a plant follows the textbook or decides to write its own chapter, every phenotype has something to teach us—and that’s what makes this journey so rewarding. Growers Love and see you all in Week 3. 🌱💚

Bud's don't seem too big yet. Took a while to show pistils once I'd switched to 12/12 so hope they're just a little slow. Plant growing in soil is smallest but has fattest Buds.

Not much change. Seeds take time. If I had not pollinated these plants I'd probably go ahead and harvest this. I included a video. Suggestions are welcome. I can't shoot without the grow light so sorry for that.

Week 7: Two days post flip to an 11 on and 13 off light schedule and she is already showing pistols. She is loaded with bud sites and had zero issues bringing her into flower. I added a trellis net to the tent to help even her keep and even canopy. 8-9 week flower time so the next two months should be fun.
