I think they got one more week left

the little one is rising quickly this week, I think it will last another week, a week and a half at most, before dedicating itself to full flowering. the seedling entered the pre-flowering phase a few days ago (2/3 days ago)

Week 2 - First Time Grower - Mystery Strain Hey guys, Just hit week two here is an update of what’s been going on with my growing process. Plant#1 is 3 inches, looking healthy, its beginning to take up a little more water Sunday June 28 i saw a big growth in the plant. Things I learned this week, - I am beginning to notice when plants are ready for Lights off - learned how to test soil

I said it last week but I mean it this week. Patience is a virtue. Haha. This will be last week before I harvest her. I told her as I gave her a good deep final flush that this was her last drink. Once she has dried out from this watering I will say good bye and chop chop her down. She smells wonderfully like lemon and pine tree. (The pink kush cbd skunk smell in the greenhouse is mixing in now and not as wonderful) I’m proud of this grow. I was nervous and unsure how much I would yield from a first “Easy grow” plant but she challenged me a bit. Now we are nearing her end and I’m excited to weigh her.

This week went by quick but they grew a lot! I didn't do anything different than last week but just increase their water intake from 1L to 1.5L and then followed my same nutrient regiment. I use the Fish Poop then the next day I just water. Then I use the Real Growers Soil Recharge and then I just water the next day. Then I use the MaxiGrow and then I just water the next day. Then I use the Stash Blend and then I use just water the next day. You can pH (using soil) between 5.5 and 6.5 so I always pH my Nutrient Solutions at 6.2 and use my pH'd water which is a 6.8 (7.0 for soil) but I pH my H20 after adding my Nutrient Solutions. I use my H2O that's always 65 degrees! I find it's better and easier to have a bucket with pH'd water ready to go at all times. It makes it easier when watering and feeding your plants especially if you have a few to care of!

What a journey! We started out with a fungal infection or dampening off. Either way, she survived to bring some of the hardest buds ever grown. Very impressed. The resilience of thos one is something to note. Currently the plant is in control of the humidity. But it won't be for very long. Not once the exhaust fan kicks in to max power. The temp is stable at 61° f. Humidity is at 62%. Now 63 and climbing. 🤔. I adjusted it. And it won't stay still. It either plummets or spikes up. A tiny opening in the door dropped it super fast. While closing it up spiked it in the mid 60s. I'm trying to level it out at 55%. The temp is perfect. I should be able to do it. I can tweek it until it works properly. .so I just pulled the roots out of the bucket. I had a whole bunch of goopy shit all in the roots in buried in the pebbles. What the hell is that? I'm trying to find out right now. It was all black and nasty. It smelled like soil. Not strong or anything, but like I didn't use soil. Anyway, I did use carboflush and it turned the water a super dark brown. Maybe that's part of it. Or maybe that was the problem all along. Black root rot? Root rot at all? The roots seemed fine. Just the sludge all in their business. How should I have cleared that out if I saw it? Dump plain water through the hydroton? I think I'll do that for my next run. Once a week top off into the hydroton. Makes sense. It should keep the roots clean? 12/16/2025 Day 1 of drying Papaya Cookies and the environment looks great. It swings a bit, but doesn't go over 61% and I haven't seen it go under 45%. I know it's a big swing, but the temp is solid at 61° and it's in range. I expect it to be a bit more controlled in a few days after the plant dries out a bit. You know, when she has less control over the humidity. The goal is 61° and 53% humidity. I'm pretty sure I can keep it at 60%, but maybe I want 55%. I'm thinking 55% because it's the top of the ideal range and it still matches the temp. So it should I perfectly. So for the setup. I don't think I properly explained it yesterday. The 2x2 is connected to the 3x3 with a 4" duct. You can see in the picture that the hose is installed on the top of the 2x2 and to the upper 6" port on the right side of the tent. There's a reason I'm telling you this. The 4" charcoal filter is on the left side of the tent. If it were on the right side I'd have to attach the dry tent to the left side of the 3x3. The goal is to exhaust the dry tent with the whole 3x3 circulating air throughout, before exhausting the dry tent. Instead of the filter being right above the port, sucking in way too much from the dry tent and neglecting the rest of the 3x3. It makes sense in my head. So far it's seems to be working. The air in the tent has been exhausting just fine. With the 2 circular fans running at level 7 dynamic mode, it moves the leaves just enough and mimics the outside world quite well without any harsh gusts. I wonder. Seeing as though a cannabis plant needs to be pollinated, and it goes airborne, wouldn't having larger gusts of wind help a healthy cannabis plant to grow bigger buds as to catch the pollen? That makes sense to me. Don't overdo it, just a few little gusts just like September and October. At harvest season. I bet that will do something. Maybe I'll turn the speed up to 9 and see what happens. Wind burn on these leaves is the least of my problems. Plus, it'll be fine. Don't you worry. Maybe she'll produce more trichomes and bulk up a bit more. It makes total sense. Without wind burn, just under where it would start to happen, I bet she will finish up nicely and have added a bit more bulk too. 12/17/2025 Day 2: The humidity is bouncy. It stays in range from 46% to 61% I'd like to see it stabilize at 55%, but I don't think I'll see that until I have a bit more control over the space. It's funny. To bring the humidity up when it's low, I open the main tent and the air doesn't get pulled out of the dry tent making it more humid. I open the dry tent a little to drop the humidity. Either way, it's in range and the temp doesn't move at all. It warmed up here for the day and the temp went from 61 to 64 and holding steady. Nothing else to report. 12/18/2025 Day 3 of drying and we are looking great! A lot of her smell has changed to a sharp pungent scent. Meh. I know it's gonna be back to some insanely good smell very soon. After all it's only day 3. I woke up to the humidity hovering around 47% I was kinda hoping it would stay between 50% and 55%. No matter, I added a bowl of water to help keep the humidity up a bit. Hopefully it keeps it under control at 55%. Other than that, nothing else to report. 12/19/2025 So day 4 and I had to add a mini humidifier to the dry tent. It was dropping below 50% and I want it around 53%. The temp is 60° f. So now the humidity is at 54° and is leveled out. I'm guessing maybe 7 days? 10 to 12 days is what I'm going for. The longer the better, but I also have another plant that has to go in there and they won't fit together. The only reason I'm concerned with it is because I'm starting new seeds today or tomorrow. Probably today and I'll be needing the 3x3 in the next week or 2. This little lady will be done by then, but my other plant might have to dry in the 3x3 and that'll take 10 to 14 days. By then the seedlings will be ready for their buckets. Or well, no. They will be ready for their buckets in about 10 days. If not less. Maybe 8 days. I usually add them to the final container just before the roots really start coming in. That way I'm not shocking them too much when they hit the medium.

This week unfortunatly i had to supercrop a few gelato tops that were outgrowing the canopy. The strech from the gelato was more than what i was anticipating and the huge leafs that she has doesn't make it easier.

Off to the races. So were 10 days into flower and they are still stretching. Had to pluck a leaf here and there. As always they have pretty much filled the tent. All is going as planned and looking forward to their final heavy defoliation and enjoying the first signs of buds. I sure tested the limits of the Skywalker yesterday. Starved her to much. Health issues arose and I was out of commission and lost track of time. I was worried because it took her several hours to recoup her strength and get those leaves standing back up.

For germination I took the seeds and did the paper towel method and then once they developed tap roots I placed them into Root Plugs. Then I placed them directly into the AC Infinity Seed Starter for best results until they reach Seedling phase.

MAIN COLA. 😂💎🌸 I swear, this girl has apparently decided that the concept of "side cola" is simply not part of her vocabulary. She's growing beautifully. She's building incredibly dense flowers. She's becoming heavier. She's getting more impressive every week. And the funniest part? I'm not really doing much. I'm watching. I'm observing. I'm admiring. And occasionally standing there thinking: "Jesus Christ..." 😂😂😂 Because those colas are getting BIG. We're starting to reach the stage where the main cola is looking like a baseball bat... or at least getting into that kind of arm-sized territory. And then you look around... and the rest of the plant is basically saying: "Don't forget about us." 😂💎👑 So... let's give this incredible Black Diamond girl the spotlight she deserves. Because she is absolutely shining. ──────────────────────── 💎 WEEK 12 – THE MAIN COLA FACTORY ──────────────────────── Last week I said that every cola looked like a main cola. Well... I'm afraid I have absolutely nothing new to report on that front. 😂 Because she's still doing exactly the same thing. Everywhere. 🌸 The main cola is getting bigger. The side colas are getting bigger. The branches are carrying more flower. The entire plant is becoming increasingly dominated by these beautiful, dense flowering structures. And at this point, I've stopped trying to decide which one is supposed to be "the main." 😂 The main cola? Obviously. But then... there's another one. And another. And another. And another. So perhaps the correct terminology for this girl is simply: "Black Diamond Pheno A and her collection of main colas." 😂💎👑 That seems more accurate. ──────────────────────── 🏏 THE BASEBALL BAT IS ARRIVING ──────────────────────── Now... let's talk about that main cola. Because this is where things are becoming seriously impressive. 😂🔥 She's getting BIG. Not just long. Not just pretty. Substantial. The main flowering structure is becoming thick and dense enough that the baseball-bat comparison doesn't feel completely ridiculous anymore. 😂🏏🌸 And when I look at her from different angles... you can really appreciate how much flower is being packed into that structure. It's not just a long flower. It's a substantial cola. And she's still developing. That's what makes it so exciting. We're watching the plant move from: "That's a nice cola." to: "Okay..." to: "WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?" 😂😂😂 And somehow... I think we're getting closer to the last category. ──────────────────────── 💪 ARM-SIZED? SHE'S GETTING THERE ──────────────────────── I'm going to be careful with the comparison... but honestly... look at her. 😂 That main cola is getting to the point where "arm-sized" doesn't sound completely insane. It's substantial. It's dense. It's long. And it's becoming one of the most visually dominant structures on the plant. But here's the funny part. The main cola might be the baseball bat... but the rest of the plant is still throwing beautiful flowers everywhere. They're not all baseball bats. Let's not get carried away. 😂 But they're still beautiful, substantial colas in their own right. Which brings us straight back to the original Black Diamond problem: How many main colas does one plant actually need? Apparently... all of them. 😂💎👑 ──────────────────────── 🌸 THE SIDE COLAS ARE NOT SIDES ANYMORE ──────────────────────── This is something I really love about this phenotype. Usually, when we talk about side branches, there's an implied hierarchy. Main cola. Secondary cola. Side branches. Smaller flowers. Not with this girl. 😂 Her side branches have become serious flowering structures. They're not just filling space. They're contributing to the overall presence of the plant. You can look at one branch and think: "That's a beautiful cola." Then move your eyes two branches over... "That's another one." And another. And another. The whole plant is becoming a collection of substantial flowering structures. That's an incredible characteristic. And honestly... it's one of the things that's making this phenotype so memorable for me. ──────────────────────── 🌿 STRONG AS HELL ──────────────────────── And here's another thing I really appreciate about her. She's heavy. Very heavy. Beautiful architecture. I'm not doing much. I'm observing. That's it. We're at that stage of the run where I don't feel the need to constantly interfere just because I can. The plant has already established herself. The structure is there. The flowers are there. The branches are doing their job. And now... she's building. So I watch. I look. I photograph. I check. And if something actually needs attention... then we deal with it. Otherwise? Let her work. 😂🌱 Sometimes the best thing a grower can do is simply not get in the plant's way. And Black Diamond Pheno A seems perfectly happy with that arrangement. ──────────────────────── AMAZING GENETICS SHOWING THEMSELVES ──────────────────────── This girl has really become one of those phenotypes where the genetics are speaking loudly. 09-09-2025 I noticed mildew on the carrots🥕in the greenhouse and decided to move Royal CBG to the garage. I don’t want her to get infected. In the process of moving her, I decided to check her thoroughly for bugs and found grey mould (botrytis). I feel really dissapointed again. I cut off the buds with grey mould, disinfected everything with hydrogenperoxide 3% and moved the plant to the garage. The exact bud where I found the caterpillar 🐛 last week was infected with the mould. 🤬🐛 11-09-2025 I had to cut off three buds because of the mould. Pulled out another fat caterpillar, cut off some affected parts and sprayed her with Cannacure. The buds are mostly white. I think she will be ready in a week. Hard to tell when to harvest CBG. I stopped feeding her. She only got plain water today.

This plant was fun the whole way through. I had some issues up front and the plant got super stressed but in the long run she developed one huge bud so that's pretty exciting.
