Week 18 done and dusted!! Week 10 of flower!! 🌸 They're ready!! There's enough milky/amber for my liking and they're currently on day 4 of zero water so they'll be pretty much bone dry!! 🏜️ I've turned the LEDs off for their 2 days of darkness!! 🌃 And once that's up I'll give the bottom of the tent a quick clean and take everything out except the extractor fan and a small dehumidifier then 14 days of drying!! 🍂 Catch you next week for another update!! 🍋🍇🤙

📆 Semana 9 Esta semana ha estado marcada por una situación completamente excepcional. Debido a la evacuación provocada por los incendios, no fue posible atender el cultivo con normalidad durante varios días. Aun así, al regresar comprobé que la planta había aguantado muy bien las condiciones y había completado prácticamente toda su maduración. Ante la aparición de algunos casos de botritis en otras plantas del cultivo y teniendo en cuenta el riesgo que suponían la humedad y la falta de vigilancia diaria, decidí adelantar la cosecha para preservar al máximo la calidad de las flores. Los cogollos llegaron muy compactos, con una excelente capa de resina y unos llamativos tonos morados que terminaron de expresar todo su potencial en los últimos días. La cosecha puso el broche final a un cultivo que, pese a las dificultades sufridas durante la evacuación, logró completarse con muy buen resultado. 🔥 Nota de cultivo: Si existe riesgo de botritis y no es posible revisar las plantas con frecuencia, es preferible cosechar unos días antes que perder parte de la producción. As we enter week five we notice some of the plants pre flowering. But not all so I decide to stick with veg nutrients until all are showing pre flowers. Half way through the week and the rest of the plants are showing pre flowers. Just in time as the plants that had pre flowered earlier on in the week are showing slight Newt burn on the tips suggesting It is time to change to bloom newts which holds less nitrogen. The magnified picture are of the pre flowers forming ( two little fuzzy hairs). Interesting fact: it takes thousands of those little fuzzy hairs to form just one bud.
