This Week i let them just continue to grow out of the LST. Last Day of the Week i cut down all the lower branches and defuliated the leaves. First Week of Flower and the Plant shows some nice female Flower-pistols. This Week i started with the Flower Feeding, i gave her about 4 tsp Seabird Guano as Topdress Feeding, it got a NPK of 7-4-5 so not idial for Flower but i guess Perfect for Streching-phase. Please Let me Know if you do Lollipop your Autoflowers ?? i was pretty unsure if i should do it but i was afraid that if i didn't do it it would cause problems cause of the ventilation. This adventure seems like it'll be zenzational! These seeds were the first to burst and also first to sprout from soil out of all the other strain. Ladies are on a mission, they stretched upwards and spread the first leaves fast! My thoughts are they'll be some bushy ladies! 😍 I placed the seeds in 500ml cups with BioBizz Light Mix soil, beforehand I mixed 1 gram of Synergy per 4 liters of soil. These are live microbes called Mycorrhiza which live in symbiotic association with the roots. My idea is to leave them in this container for about 14-21 days until the roots develop correctly then transplant them to their final pot which will be an 11L fabric pot. As the light mix soil comes blended for at least two week of life, no nutrients will be added until after the transplant. Happy growing!

Hi people! I have nothing special to say. you can see everything in the photo! and all this can be summed up in one word! Perfect! it begins to show dark colors in buds, as well as on large leaves from the stem. in the photo this is not yet noticeable, but the eye already sees the manifestations of genetics! and I think that further it will only become more beautiful and more colorful!

-Total days above ground: 70 Total flower nights: 31 Vege growth stopped around FD25. Started feeding 1/2 strength fertilizer FD26 (last 6 irrigations including today). Excellent development across the canopy. Tried to get some pictures showing how the colas are stacking up along with a couple shots of terminal buds. Included some photos and videos of irrigation setup, drainage and other half of the tent setup that is not often visible in weekly updates. Also, a video showing the canopy with some grateful dead background music. Last week including progression pictures as they are full size. Animal Mints is doing well. AM3 was the one plant that had some leaf symptoms early. That stopped as it got into maturity, but clearly was not 100% happy with my formula. It was the first to cease vege growth, and I think I exacerbated the deviation from the rest of the crop by continueing to feed full strength. It doesn't look much better after lowering dose, but 1 problem child out of 8 is tenable. I'm sure the buds will be fine, but it was removed from the Fem breeding run. This won't cost much in yield and am still very impressed with the consistency of MSNL seeds over this grow and the last grow (2025-2 diary). Smell is starting to ratchet up. Bud sites are mostly formed at this point and we will see some noticable ripening by next week's update. Might see a hint of fattening calyxes in the bud pictures this week. 2026-2 starts in 8 days. Will have some Blue Cookies and Pineapple Express from MSNL running along side some Vanilla Creme Pie from HSC. Can't believe winter-2 is already starting. Time is flying by. Breeding cycle is doing well. Will update that when the pollen-receivers join the pollen-donator on a 12/12 light schedule. Side note -- looks like I avoided any issues from accidentally leaving port hole opened about 8 or 9 days ago. I have it marked in notes and will feel 100% confident 2-weeks out from the incident. So far, so good. The lung room is mostly dark and light would have to travel a difficult path to get in the tent, but still mildly concerned about it.

Hey Cannafam, Well we've come to end for my Gauva gal and today i've decided to harvest. We are expecting some bad weather starting tomorrow for the week, and i don't want her to get ruined. Trichomes are mostly cloudy with a few clears and its best to harvest slightly early rather than run the budrot gauntlet! The weather has been a good deal cooler over the past week and this had been a good turn as her her leaves have rapidly changed colour, shes rapidly turned into a dark purple, pink and red beauty 😊 Temps for Wednesday/Thursday were 22c day 14c night with rain on both days, but it has been dry since with nice sun. Friday to today 20c in the day and dropping down to 12c at night. Humidity has remained generally high for most of the week at an average of 75%, although this has now come down to 53% for today, and daylight is at 13 hours 59 minutes. Shes had one feed at the beginning of the week and plain waterings since. Her buds have filled out and are looking nice and chunky. Smell is a nice kinda fruity sugary candy waft which is very pleasant but not overpowering. For the harvest ive taken the bigger fan leaves and also a few of the larger sugar leaves, shes been hung up in the garage for drying, which i anticipate take a couple of weeks and il then do a dry trim. I don't have hanging scales for wet weight but i'l give the final result when dry. Throughout this gal has been absolutely solid and i would definitely grow again, but i may try another of the FastBuds/Mephisto crosses next year outside as from what i've seen they are a strong marriage 💪💪💪 Until the final update, thank you to anyone who has liked or commented. Beginning of week.. I only went up on the FloraNectar Fruit-N-Fusion.. The rest, I am going to wait till next week to change up.. The Mandarin Cookies seems like she is right at the end of the stretch.. Still slightly but just about done, if not done now. Both of these girls are stacking calyxes and pistils.. Both are giving off purple stiples.. Not calyxes or pistils.. But the stiples ONLY are purple.. Crazy.. Never seen that before and both ladies have it.. The smells are both already beginning to appear! Both are very tangy already! So excited! Just defoliated a bit more to the Mandarin Cookies this morning.. That's all I think I'm going to do.. Unless I find a larfy nug somehwere.. Other than a few stragglers I may have missed, I believe I'm done with defoliating both ladies now.. Second time with ETHOS Genetics.. Not even halfway thru flower and I can already tell both of these will be on the top of my fav's list for sure. Wow.. Lol Mid week.. Ok so I think the Mandarin Cookies is showing a phosphorus deficiency.. It looks very similar to pH fluctuation.. So.. Stupidly.. yesterday, I went ahead and did a FloraKleen flush in the AM.. Just a plain pH'd water flush in the PM.. And the next AM I went ahead and fed her with the normal dosage I have posted, with the exception of 1.5 tsp/g of the FloraBloom instead of 1 tsp/g.. But it's still too early to tell if it's clearing up.. As a matter of fact.. It does look worse today.. It has spread a little since... 2 days ago.. Which is understandable.. I'm still trying to bring the runoff PPM back up.. Once it's where I'd like it, or where SHE likes it, it should clear up within a week.. Oh.. The runoff pH is like 5.6 - 5.5... I know they say that's ok.. But I have YET to have a plant survive even in hydro at 5.5 pH.. Idk why they even say that's ok to be at lol.. If this isn't a phosphorus deficiency.. Then its gonna be pH fluctuation.. Ugh.. Should've just started with new, buffered coco/perlite in fabric pots.. But they are both trucking along.. ETHOS Cookies smells so dank.. I can't even begin to describe.. Mandarin Cookies is smelling very fruity.. Both have VERY complex aromas for sure! Typical ETHOS strains for sure... I can tell these are gonna be some awesome nugs when these girls are finished! End of week.. Mandarin Cookies has stopped stretching for sure.. The calyxes are already so fat! This is gonna be some nice bud for sure.. Very fruity, sweet, citrusy.. Man, I can't wait to taste her! And the ETHOS Cookies.. Wow.. Such a different scent than I've ever smelled before.. Very hard to pinpoint exactly.. Still short as all fuck, but these colas should be pretty nice and dence.. The tips of the calyxes are already turning purple/blue.. I know the temps aren't low at all.. Even at night.. About 82F - 84F during the day and 73F - 75F at night.. Humidity jumps up and down.. Idk wtf the deal is with that.. But they are both lovin life.. I believe the Phosphorus def. has slowed and almost stopped at this point.. The runoff pH is getting even lower.. Now it is coming out at 5.5.. I've ran FloraKleen thru.. Flushed the shit out of the medium multiple times.. Smh.. Can't seem to get this to clear up.. The ETHOS Cookies runoff pH is perfect.. Going it at 6.2 every watering/feeding and runoff is 6.1 - 6.2 with no fluctuations whatsoever.. Perfect! My best guess is that I left the too many roots from the previous grow and they go acidic after a while.. The ETHOS Cookies pot maybe didnt have as much? And it was able to clear out now?? No idea.. I hope the Mandarin Cookies clears out soon.. Or at least that she makes it through till harvest.. ETHOS Genetics for the win!... On to the next week!...

Plants are coming along. Started week 6 today. Week 5 ended yesterday.

The Plant as a hole (without the main stem and roots was 1.4kg. due to German laws I could only keep around 250g of the nicest buds of it. This should end in around 50g of dried flower. The wet flower weight would likely be around 1kg which would have resulted in 200g dry. For drying i took one nice branch of 42g and hung it on my ESPHome scale. That way I can track the weight loss. After a week at 60% humidity and 11°C (52F) the weight was constant at 10.8g. This is the time I took down all the drying branches, trimmed them and put them to cure (where they now are). Overall conclusion and learnings of this grow: - 200W might not be enough - Growing in DWC without any media (like pebbles, rock wool or so) is absolutely doable - Compo Expert Hakaphos Red/Green works but you will battle PH drops - The UVC aquarium cleaner worked great. Never had to use H2O2 - Renewing the water only if really needed works fine for me - 15L of Water should be the lower limit. The bucket I used was great but maybe a bit small - Automatic PH dosing (based on ESPHome and Home Assistant) works great - The cheap Chinese PH/EC probe did not drift much. I only had to recalibrate it once - It is nice to have the plant elevated for working on it but can get tricky if the stretch is very high like in this case Overall I'm happy. I did not have any bigger issue with pests or nutrient deficiency.
