Harvest was great, got 6.5 oz off the first plant, cured and 7 1/4 oz off the 2nd plant, dried and cured. I never weigh wet, idk why lol.. jus too in the moment I guess.

I did a lot of low-stress training and I think I topped twice. The smaller plants had no training at all though. In retrospect, I should have re-potted them.

Purple Punch and Frosty Gelato will be harvested next week. Very hot in the tent and also it is not in my house. Summer time. Hard to look after them this way it can be seen. No problem. Next time. Still love them :) A.lot of burnt leaves removed from them every week because of heat. I can not change now I need to go this way. Starnge: Wedding Cheescake is crazy other plants are suffering because of the environmental issues she is acting like this is the best environment. Leaves hardly burn and she grows as fuck. All of them in the same environment.... Hmm.

I’ve turned the light power down from 75% to 65% to help in maturing the plant. This brings the canopy’s DLI to about 40. The trichomes were checked this week (see pictures). Mostly milky in appearance, with few clear and amber. A good sign she is well into the finishing phase. One of the plants is showing a larger amount of Satvia Traits. 🔸Wednesday 05.24.23 - These girls went into flower way too quickly, and I did not get a chance to do any training, but all in all they look great, the Smart 8 LED is set at 60% still running the Veg 1 setting, will be switching it over to the Bloom 1 Setting this weekend, will be a nice increase in the red spectrum. These lights are just loaded with settings. The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had thunderstorms and rain in the morning followed by sunshine. Day 2 we had rain in the morning followed by sunshine, then thunderstorms that night. Day 3 we had rain and thunderstorms that morning and intermittently throughout the day. Day 4 we had rain in the morning and cloudy until the evening when the sun came out. Day 5 we had rain in the morning then mostly cloudy until the late afternoon. Day 5 we had sunshine and clear skies until the afternoon. Around 4:00 pm a severe thunderstorm hit. It produced strong winds, heavy rain, and grape sized hail. Fortunately the hail lasted only a few minutes and only damages some leaves. Day 6 we had sunshine, but cooler temperatures in the mid 70's. Day 7 we had rain and thunderstorms through the previous night and into the morning. We had sunshine, clear skies, and temperatures in the upper 70's. That was followed by severe thunderstorms, rain, and a touch of hail from 4p.m. to 6p.m. The weather has been challenging this week. Rain everyday or night and lots of it. The rain on night 6 and morning 7 has started turning the hairs of TCA2 top bud brown. There's no softness and I hope it's not the start of rot. These fastbuds have taken a beating from the rain and there's more in the forecast. Other than the rain the buds are starting to smell and grow. Overall it was a successful week.

So this is the Tear Down week. The timing of it makes it so i will need to the harvest flag in a few days when I can weight and test the plants. I have included the Cleaning, and Cutting and some Root Porn. I will make the harvest post in about 4-5 days, when I can trim these plants. There is a lot of Plant here. I got way more than I was expecting. I don't have a scale that measure this amount of plant, without taking like 10 measurements and then adding them together. So I will just be posting the dry weight. I will post the wet weight as dry weight * 1.65. Autopots: Wow, what a great product. I have been blown away by how well and how easy it was to work with them. They really did solve the watering issues. Excellent product. If you are a beginner, start with Autopots. -= Lessons Learnt =- - Overdrive the air to your Autopots. In my control plant, I used a small rectangle air stone (instead of a standard air dome). This lead to root rot and some other issues, it also put significantly less air into the water. The root rot, give the material for the Brown Algae to grow. Using a huge Air-disc-Air-Stone would be an excellent combo to mix in with the air dome itself. Something like this: https://www.amazon.ca/Pawfly-Diffuser-Suction-Hydroponics-Aquarium/dp/B01MY3AQ33 at the bottom and the air-dome on top of it, will be what I do with my next experiment. - Air stone in the reservoir. I had two instances where algae grew into the res. An air stone would have helped. It would have also helped my control plant get less root rot. Given the amount that the air-domes and air sources got engulfed, having the water have more o2 in it would have only been beneficial. - Don't grow 6 plants in a 4x4. Since my control plant was about 1/8th the size of the others, I think I could have grown 5 in the shape of a 5 (on a 6 sided dice)⚄ This placement would give a much more spaced canopy for airflow and more importantly light. The sides of some of the plants were lighter green and produced larf due to lack of light penetration. - This tent was on 19-5 schedule. This worked out very well for this strain. After every lights on, they were in the praying position, so this strain was able to recover in that 5hrs off. If I had more seeds, I would run these again, and try 20-4. I think this strain could handle it. All for all, I think I'm going to 19-5 as my default timing. This kept up a solid DLI. - Staring at .9EC (really .7 EC cause my water here is .2 EC) Then bumping up at .1 a week, until 1.6EC worked out VERY well. I experimented on this crop all the way up to 1.9EC, which burnt the tips of this plant. I think if I did this strain again, I would do 1.6EC until 3-4 weeks left then crank it to 1.9. It did plump them up when I went to 1.9, however it left them looking rough. Bulk was added though. - Sticking to 6.0PH for all of veg, and 2 weeks into flower worked great. The plant had solid and consistent color and leaf shape . The plant's did get hurt, due to some issues (as noted on the weeks). I switched to 6.5 PH in the last 3-4 weeks and it helped them recover, and plump up noticeably. -VPD. The #1 thing I focused on was VPD. I keep it .9kpa range, as best as humanly possible. It was honestly, HUGELY noticeable compared to my other grows. I know truly understand the value of properly dialed in VPD. This is the one lesson that will stick with me forever. - Super-cropping: On the plants I give the chiropractic treatment too, had much thicker stems as much larger channel internally. I did this treatment to 4 of the 6, and the 4 that had it done has larger buds and recovered from defoliation faster. TLDR; VPD is king. Super-cropping is worth the time. Keeping PH and EC dialed in were all wins. Autopots kick ass.

Day 64 - Beginning week 10 and everything has been going smoothly with this girl so far. Not much going on and didn’t have really anything to do with her today. She’s still good on water for a few more day so just letting her do her thing for now. Day 66 - Still not much happening with her other than fattening up still. She’ll be ready for some water tomorrow or the day after. The trichs are starting to get milky but quite a bit are still clear so still a bit of time left with her. Day 67 - Still not much going on or that I need to do with her. Thought she was ready for water but gonna give her one more day to dry out. Will probably start checking her trichs a little more often now. Day 68 - Well did a check of trichs today and she’s actually got quite a bit of amber in there, a few clear left but mostly cloudy and amber. There’s still a lot of white pistils but I go by the trichs so it’s looking like she’s got two weeks or less left. She was dried up so gave her 2 gallons of water with Sugardaddy and calimagic to try and beef her up the last week or two. I’ll be keeping a close eye on her from here on out. Day 69 - No issues to speak of as of right now and she’s gonna get straight water from now until she’s finished up. Lots of cloudy trichs and caught a couple ambers here and there. Think she’s got no more than two weeks left and she’ll get the chop.
