***** Week 12 growth - February 20 to 26, 2021 - Week 3 Flower ***** This girl has been happy all week and praying hard.....she’s just a shorter girl😂 However, she had a god growth week and her top cola is reaching up tall and proud! Another sign that she just needed more Veg time for consistency across the canopy is all. She was fed some fulvic acid on Monday to encourage stretch through Gold Storm at 5ml/L🤞 Her tricombs have come on strong as well at the end of the week. Her buds are not that large yet but she seems to feel to almost be 5 or 7 days behind the other girls??? She was stripped of a number of leaves, a couple of lower branches and bud sites this week. She has some good internode spacing and it’s allowing some more light down lower. Thinking she is going to be more of nugs rather than colas? Here leaves are up hard so hard that the increase in light intensity at the end of the week will only benefit this girl given her distance from the light. Light is at 20” and pulling 480 watts at the end of the week. Stated off with 400 watts at the start of the week but keep pushing it up this week. I don’t want to break 1,000 to 1,100 PAR by very much as I am not supplementing with true CO2. I have an Exhale bag to raise it a couple hundred ppm. Feel the need to keep the intensity high for penetration lower in the canopy. Will lower the amount of time in daylight if stress gets too high. Push to 11/13???? Nutrients are following IPP HOG 3 Part pretty closely. Just playing with macro nutrient ratios but otherwise supplements are at full week dosages following week 3. Have been seeing great resin production last runs so staying with Rezin as part of their feed schedule in flower. Terpinator......I think I see a lot of sulfer benefit here so it stays in the grows as well. Recharge seems to be working out well but we did the change mid grow from Microbial Mass. Since in coco have to feed the microbes so they reproduce and really dig Nature’s Candy with Remos additives in there👍 To help keep the root zone clean we add Enzymes😃 I have been debating a lot lately about the addition of CalMag to these nutrient lines and it’s necessity but since in coco I keep adding some......noticed a couple of spots on MM2 so have added it back in a bit more this week. Little more detail....... Feb 20/21 - Day 15 - Full feed today.....it’s been five days. - tap water with Silica @ 1.5ml, IPP line at full strength. - 1400ppm and 6.1pH - This girl was given some fulvic acid in Gold Storm. Help with giving her a chance to reach higher. - 5ml/L added to feed for 1490ppm and 6.1pH - help her grow taller. Feb 21/21 - Day16 - Dry out day Feb 22/21 - Day 17 - watering with supplements and light feed today. We are in mid flower now.....need to keep the macro nutrients up. - Epsom salts @ 1 Tbsp in 20L. Purple on stems is getting prominent......could be cold temps but also giving magnesium. - Terpinator @ 3ml, Rezin @ 1.5ml, Nature’s Candy @ 1ml, grow @ 1ml, micro @ 2ml, bloom @ 2.5ml, Recharge @ 1 Tbsp in 20L. - 1400ppm and 6.0pH. - 4L Feb 23/21 - Day 18 - keeping up the silica this watering - silica @ 1ml, CalMag @ 1ml, Ultimate B+ @ 1ml - 600ppm and 6.0pH - 3L Little to no runoff this watering. Feb 24/21 - Day 19 - full feed again today.....girls are big and growing hard......keep it going💪 - IPP line as listed for full line. - Terpinator @ 3ml, Rezin @ 1.5ml - 1425ppm and 6.0pH - they are taking the high ppm feeding well. Feb 25/21 - Day 20 - Had some feed water left from yesterday. Added plain tap water to get 20L. - 810ppm and 6.1pH - 1.5L......don’t want to over saturate the medium. Feb 26/21 - Day 21 - Nothing today. - Will feed early tomorrow as it’s Saturday. - Let the root zone get some oxygen is my thought and water to nice runoff first thing in morning. Week 3 behind us and going into 4.....middle of flower and girls are feeding hard. Pushing the lights hard now as well so need to keep the ppm up👍 Looking good ETS....she has reached up there and doing very well😎

Damn, I missed by a long shot, I feel like they’ll bloom in a month at most, should’ve just fed more bat guano instead of flower girl fertilizer. Not in a rush but that ff mix pack is kicking ass. Excited for these sativas too, they’re growing beautifully!

🏆The First Grow Cup Diary🏆 _____📅 Week 7 | 📅 Day 43 - 49 | 22.02 - 27.02 Feb. ______ 27.02.25 | Day 49 🌞💧 🔸 I didn't spend much time with the ladies this week, I had a lot to do and then there was the carnival. So this week just a little video of the three cuties. I try to cut off as few leaves as possible and try to do more with LST. It doesn't look very nice, but the fewer leaves you cut, the faster the plant grows....Yes, I know it itches in your fingers to cut every day, but just give your plants a rest. 🔸 Runtz 1 and 2 are doing really well and look just as I imagined. 16.2.25: I decided to check out the lower canopies of all plants to see if I need to get rid of any foliage. I did get rid of a few small branches and leaves. However, whilst I was doing this, I saw more garden pegs from my LST remaining. There were about 6 or more in Pink Mist alone. Additionally, on Watermelon, there were some left in, too. I'm so annoyed to see that because the plants are really stretching, and I could've potentially disrupted this by leaving the pegs in for all this time without realising it. 🤞 that I haven't compromised things too much. We'll see. I watered today with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3 containing the following nutrients; ♡ .8g Green Leaf Nutrients PK booster ♡ .5g Ecothrive Biosys I ordered quite a few things for the garden. I got Greenleaf Nutrients Sea K(elp) and Mega Crop Parts A+B. To go with their PK Booster I got last month. I'm excited to try it all together. Next run, maybe just using these. We'll see how it goes. 18.2.25: The plants are going crazy for water! Everything is getting used right up so fast! Today, I decided to add some more Black Strap Molasses to add some carbs and other micronutrients. I'll add the jar with the label in the photos section above. I watered a very small amount to each plant. What I put in: ♡ Black strap molasses 150g ♡ 2g Sea K(elp) Greenleaf nutrients. I dissolved everything in 4ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.4. 19.2.25: I received the majority of the garden purchases that I made. I'm still waiting for the Ecothrive Life Cycle. I wanted to top dress, but it's been delayed unfortunately. I am using my Greenleaf nutrients products which I bought on Amazon. I got the Mega Crop 2 part system Part A and Part B. I have the Sea K(elp), and the bud explosion PK booster. I really wanted to get some of their sweet candy asking read many positive reviews. Unfortunately, for me, this is unavailable to buy currently. So that's a little disappointing. I needed to do a good watering so when my nutes were delivered today, I got excited 🤗 I watered 2ltrs of dechlorinated water per plant, PH'd to 6.4, containing the following nutrients: ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part A ♡ 1g Mega Crop Part B ♡ .5g Sea K(elp). The plants drank this up within a few hours. I'm going to try and hold off on watering in hopes that my Ecothrive Life Cycle will arrive so I can top dress and water it in then. 20.2.25: My Ecothrive Life Cycle arrived yesterday, and the plants are ready for their top dress and a good watering in. I have some Biobizz Light Mix, Canna Coco,and perlite. I'm going to use this as a base to mix my amendments in. I'm going to fill my 5 gallon bucket with about 4.5 gallons of my top dress mix. I will distribute this across 6, 4-5 gallon pots. Then I will water in well with Greenleaf nutrients Mega Crop Parts A+B and Sea K(elp). I've made a crude attempt to video mixing my top dress. Don't listen to the audio. lol, my YouTube didn't stop playing whilst I recorded this 😂 So anyway, I added the following amendments to the above base mix of 4.5 gallons; ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Life Cycle ♡ 3 TBSP Vitalink Bat Guano ♡ 3 TBSP Ecothrive Charge ♡ 1 TBSP RHS Mycorrhizal Fungi granules ♡ 6 TBSP Ground Cinnamon.

First week of flower not much to do, defoliate few leaves and leave the plant to do its thing. As far as training most of it is already done now so just letting plant stretch up and get some decent height.

This girl kept me busy this week. I had to clean up the bottom of her as I have another plant that has a touch of powdery mildew so I have to be careful going forward. She’s free of it thus far though and I plan to keep it that way! She has been stretching out and starting to really kick into high gear flower wise this week. I tried a different feeding routine and I think she isn’t totally digging it as I have a little clawing going on so I’ll have to go will just plain water to get her balanced out again. I dug out the straw mulch I use that had a bunch of top dress amendments and replaced it with some fresh straw and no amendments. She’s been easy to stress in that sense. Not a hungry lady at all. All in all I am happy with the progress of this sweet seeds lady! Looking forward to another exciting week! 😎🍿

March 17, Day 76: As written I collected the last three plants. At the moment I got a partial of 224 grams from the first three plants and I think of doubling with the last three. Among the latter is the plant with the largest bud which obviously becomes my favorite. This time I managed to take photographs of the plants before cutting them. With these last three plants I got the most productive plant, the one with the largest bud and the one with the longest bud 😉 For a final report on this strain: The Gorilla by RQS is an excellent strain for anyone who loves a high THC content and I particularly recommend it to growers who pass for the first time from photoiperiods to autoflowering. You will grow very large and very productive plants very similar to photoperiodic ones. This strain branches out a lot and must be defoliated and de-branched. You can grow it well with the SCROG technique, but if like me you have no space problems you can also use the Sea Of Green technique. In conclusion I want to thank all the growers who have followed this my first diary to which I have a happy growth! A big thanks also to GrowDiaries and to the whole team for having created the best social network dedicated to the world of growers 👏💪😉 March 24 Final Report: Hi growers, with this last post I'm going to close my first diary. First I have to say that I am very satisfied with the total harvest, from the last three plants I got 369 grams which added to the 224 of the previous harvest make a total of 593 grams. I started this diary with 8 Gorillas and 2 Cheese. 6 Gorillas completed their cycle in the same time frame, the 2 remaining gorillas showed a photoperiodic genetic predominance, one of them is in an advanced flowering phase while the last one after three months still shows only a few pistils. I'll probably kill her, and move on by putting new seeds in the soil. Unfortunately, where I live is illegal to grow marijuana, otherwise I would have simply moved outdoors, but I can't and must be ruthless. Regarding the two cheeses there is not much left at the end of their cycle and I started to give only water to one of the two plants. Good and happy growth to all! 😜

🌾 Harvest Day — The Grand Finale of the Eternity Grow Cup 🌾 Days 72–73 | Trimmed on May 25 | Posted May 27 What a journey this has been — and what a finish. These five incredible Runtz phenos have now completed their cycle, and today, we celebrate the final stage of their flowering life: the Harvest. We sent the girls into darkness on Day 70, allowing them a full 48+ hours of rest and reset. The dark period was just a bit longer, truth be told, because time… it flows as it must. This extended dark time helps increase resin production, allowing the trichomes to mature just that final bit more. On Days 72 and 73, we harvested them with care and reverence. Each plant was hung upside down, whole, in a perfectly controlled 60% humidity environment for 13 full days. Before hanging, we gently removed only the fan leaves, leaving all trichome-rich sugar leaves in place — a natural armor for the delicate resin glands during drying. Why do we do this? Because those sugar leaves help protect the essential oils and terpenes, preserving potency, flavor, and aroma for the smoothest experience later on. 🌿 The Dry Room & The Trichome Guardians Throughout the drying, we used a moisture meter to monitor the moisture content in the stems. Once it dropped to around 12–13%, we knew it was time. This tool is a simple but game-changing ally in ensuring a perfect dry — not too fast, not too slow. We then trimmed everything by hand over a 6.5-hour focused session. Armed with trim bins and good energy, we collected an abundance of glistening trichome heads in the process — a golden bonus from these resin-packed beauties. The leaves themselves told a story: deep purples, near-black shades, autumn fades and metallic tones — just stunning. Each girl was trimmed in order: #5 → #4 → #3 → #2 → #1, revealing dense, chunky buds all the way from top to bottom. Not a single pop-corn bud among them — only rock-solid nugs, heavyweight champions in every sense. 📦 Cure Begins – Grove Bags & Glass Jars Once trimmed, the buds were tucked carefully into Grove Bags and glass jars, each stabilized at around 61% RH. The Grove Bags handle the microclimate beautifully, keeping humidity between 58–61%, perfect for preserving all that hard-earned quality. We’re now opening the jars daily, monitoring aroma and feel. This part of the process — the cure — is where the soul of the flower truly comes to life. ☀️ UV, Reds & The Perfect Run Part of what made this run so special was the precision in light spectrum. 40% whites, full reds, UV and IR, and the girls responded like royalty. The UV pushed trichome development to the max. The deep reds gave us thickness, color, and weight. All of it under ThinkGrow Model Ones powered through the Trolmaster ecosystem — everything syncing in harmony. This run was stable, lush, expressive — a grower’s dream. To my eyes, this was a perfect run. ⚖️ Final Yield: 1,302 Grams (1.3 kg) In a 4x4 tent — that’s just 1.2m x 1.2m for metric friends — we pulled in 1,302 grams of flower, not even counting the buds that were taken for filming, photos, or “quality control testing” along the way. 😉 Dense. Loud. Sticky. Resinous. 🌿 The Hidden Half: A Tribute to the Roots In every grow, there’s a part we don’t always see — a part that lives underground, quietly holding everything together. The roots. And this time, I wanted to honor them too. When we unpotted the plants after harvest, we were met with massive, dense root systems, completely filling the Autopot trays. These roots were vibrant, white and healthy, looking like noodles in a thick herbal soup — a true sign of vitality. The Autopots system, combined with the Aptus Holland Clean Program and Plagron Green Sensation, made sure they had the perfect environment to expand, absorb, and thrive. The PRO-MIX soil was the perfect foundation — light, fluffy, with excellent aeration. It all worked in harmony. Unfortunate Week... Honey cream had a couple of "budrot" spots forming due to droplets of water dripping into the flower and not drying (99%humidity nights)... Thankfully those buds were cut down and she doesn't seem to be producing any more "budrot".. Apart from that, the smell is amazing on her. Power Flower is going nicely too, but seems to not have too much smell...
