Day 66 from seed for these Pineapple Runtz Autoflower 🍍 The resin is starting to stack up, I'm just waiting on the color to really come through. The smell is sweet as you would expect, overall these plants have done well with whatever I've thrown at them on top of the grow dots. This pack suggests 70-80 days from seed, I expect these to do every bit of 80. Very excited. What do you think?

A week with lots of activity from my side, from the Gorilla's side, not so much. She stays behind and I can't find any other reason than genetics/seed quality. She is in exactly the same conditions as the other girls. I'm letting her do her thing. She will give some weed, well see how much. Maybe she is a late-bloomer. She does look lush and healthy so we do not understand but are learning. I put in the scrog net since her roommates need it and lowered the lights and started giving more flowering feed. The light is still awesome, the amount it puts out. We will never know if it was the age of the seeds or something else. What I do know is, it was the last time I use a third party seedbank, it is apparently too hard to keep fresh stock with too many strains. Until breeders put a production date o the packaging. Isn't it time someone said that? Cause lets keep it real, we are talking seeds that in any other case would have a cost of production of fractions of cents per seed. We pay what? 3 to 5 to maybe even 20 dollars a seed for an exceptional strain? Is it then too much too ask to put a friggin expiry date on the package? Or store them cooled? The breeder that does that and arranges a deal with third-parties that overstock can be sent back, packaging recycled, in exchange for fresh stock. Like any other fresh trade. For an industry making what, a billion worldwide, it is remarkable how many are still in the stoner with a garage / 80's trailer park, backwater funfair warranty, kinda customer service. So here we are! Time flies… they had quite the stretch after flip I flipped about a week ago, and they’re continuing to stretch and fill out. Defoliated the bottom a bit where no lights is reaching. Girls are happy so far, the OG that was straggling behind is also catching up even outgrowing the other OG. A little discolouration, however I’m not using nutes just guanakalong earth let’s see if it will be enough until end of flower… didn’t have quite enough earth so pots are full full but I hope good enough…

Willkommen zur dritten Woche der Wachstumsphase.💚🌱 Hallo zusammen! Es ist großartig zu sehen, wie sich die Dinge entwickeln, und ich freue mich, euch auch diese Woche wieder ein Update geben zu können. Heute, an Tag 22, haben meine beiden Runtz-Ladies die Marke von 17–18 cm erreicht und sehen wirklich prächtig aus! Beide entwickeln sich nahezu gleichmäßig und wirken gesund und vital – genau das, was man sich in dieser Phase wünscht. Um den Fokus auf das obere Wachstum und die kräftigeren Triebe zu legen, habe ich die untersten beiden Nodiensätze entfernt, da ich die Erfahrung gemacht habe, dass diese ohnehin keine nennenswerten Ergebnisse liefern. In der letzten Woche habe ich beide Pflanzen zweimal mit jeweils ca. einem Liter destilliertem Wasser gegossen. Mit dem Düngen warte ich noch – damit werde ich erst beginnen, wenn die Damen in die Blütephase übergehen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem bisherigen Fortschritt und gespannt darauf, wie sich die nächste Woche entwickelt. I watered today with 1.5g of de-chlorinated water which was then ph'd to 6.6 @ 72℉ turned her pot and shot a few pictures of her. 10/6- Today I watered her with 1.5g of her usual straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and turned her pot. She's definitely starting to fade, is still stacking her flowers, bulking up and has an incredible amount of trichomes which I'm beginning to monitor daily. 10/8- The routine of watering every other day continues like clockwork. Yesterday was a 'no water' day and I did a basic check over of the plant, removed a couple of yellowed lower leaves and turned her pot. Today she got the usual 1.5g of straight de-chlorinated water that's ph'd to 6.5 @ 72℉ and had her pot turned. I've also begun to check her trichome development with a digital USB microscope to try to identify the ideal harvest time which will be in the next week +/-. 10/10- Well, Week Eight has come, gone and has been a trial once again of my patience! She's so freaking frosty that I've wanted to chop her several times but, I know from experience, good things come to those who wait... then wait a bit more. I anticipate that she'll be ready by the end of this coming week, and I can't wait! I've cut the wattage back on the HLG 650R to 500w at the wall now to simulate the way that sunshine becomes weaker as fall approaches due to the lower angle of the sun in the sky. This helps outdoor plants to know that winters on the way and they need to hurry up and complete their life cycle. Cutting the wattage back creates the same effect on the indoor plants, especially when coupled with lowered temperatures in the tent. I have also noticed that her water uptake has slowed. After her heavy watering on the 8th, her pot still had some weight to it and she was looking great so I went ahead and skipped watering her today, watering her tomorrow at lights on with her usual. Die Pflanzen sehen in Ordnung aus, habe aber diverse Probleme mit diesem Durchgang gehabt. Einerseits das Problem mit der Überbelichtung, dann habe ich festgestellt dass eine der Pflanzen (warum auch immer) übergossen war, vermutlich war der topf noch nicht ausreichend durchwurzelt. Dann macht der Sommer unfassbare Probleme die Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit im Griff zu haben vorallem da ich zu früh gelollipoppt habe . Dann ist auch noch unsere Regentonne draussen kaputt gegangen und ich muss mit Leitungswasser gießen. Habe nur 3/4 der Herstellerangaben verwendet , war wohl trotzdem zu viel Pflanzen haben definitiv Nährstoffbrand. Und weil des alles nicht reicht haben wir auch einen Calcium und eine Magnesium Mangel. Habe mit CalMag entgegengewirkt. Alles in allem nicht optimal. Trotzdem die Pflanzen sind extrem Zuckrig und riechen kräftig. Kann den Geruch nicht ganz einschätzen. Ab jetzt Flushe ich noch 1 Woche bevor ich dann meine Pflanzen ernte. Ich denke der nächste Grow wird wieder mit vielen Klonen sein.

Here we are at week 7! During Week 6 Noticed earlier on in the week that 1 of the 5 White widows has a slight magnesium deficiency. Amended that with tsp of Epsom salt per 1 gal. PH'd water at 6.7. Noticed new growth looks okay! I think I should have added nutrients a week prior. Light defoliation on the bottom leaves under the canopy Added other 1/2 dose of down to earth 4-4-4 (I decided to half dose on the dry amendments to see how the plants respond) Added 1/2 dose of GEO Bloom 3-12.5-9 Watered dry fertilizer with compost tea brewed for 24hrs Started PH testing the soil. Reads around 6 Week 7 plans Going to try using white distilled vinegar as an organic PH down option. I have been using phosphoric acid and read that it is an inorganic. Hoping to not kill any good microbes with future watering. Tap water in my town reads at 7.6-7.8 Keeping an eye out for light stress and adjusted the light accordingly Light LST on bud sites Going to PH test run off to make sure soil is at okay PH level. New clip on fan is on its way to help lower RH in upcoming weeks. Aiming for consistent 40-45% So happy with how well this grow is going so far. Hoping it continues this way! The girls were moved into the the tent yesterday. It didn't bother them one bit. I had to wait while i fixed a minor nutrient problem. One is taller than the other. So, it got scrogged outward and is filling about 60% of the tent. The other will have to make do with what I give it. The branches, as always, will be intertwined in the middle. I added a video of the other tent if anyone saw last year's diaries where i was showcasing grows in it, too. There are five clones in there. Two Galactic Warheads and three Zangria. They were vegged for four weeks after a one week transition period. I figured it was long enough and I got lucky and timed it about as close as I could hope for. They were thin, malnutrition and not pretty to start with. That's why I'm feeling good about growing my first outside purchased clones. Good luck and have fun Everyone!

2/28: Amnesia has some yellowing of the leaves that appeared around about 12 hours before my usual every-3-day feedings and after I started to defoliating some of the previous yellow leaves from the previous accidental lack of water. I'm not sure if it is progressing, or it's just because I'm dialing in the watering schedule and she's using the nutrients in the extra, fatter, lower leaves. I've increased Amnesia's light distance to 16 inches and am lowering the humidity to stick between 60-70% RH with the automatic fan set to remove excess humidity near the higher end of that range. Fresh air fan blowing around the tent and into the 2 lower vents. Smells like a fresh garden outside of the tent, however smells green when the tent is opened. Not a strong green smell, but mildy recognizable. 3/1: Welp, it's worsened, and has shown itself in both plants now. Since they share the same environment and nutrients, I suspect this to be a nutrient issue. Trainwreck was known for potentially having excess Nitrogen as shown by the extremely bushy growth, dark green leaves, and downward curling leaf-tips. However, Trainwreck is now no longer exhibiting those symptoms, and has lightened up and is stretching. But! Trainwreck is showing signs of potassium deficiency, with brown spots appearing on upper leaves. The same goes for Amnesia, brown spots have migrated their way to upper leaves. I'm thinking a banana tea will be good for them, so I've got a couple large banana peels steeping in the pump sprayer for this evenings watering. My conclusions: 1. Nutrient burn hitting Amnesia hard, but Trainwreck is riding it out from its stored excesses. 2. Both are lacking some potassium now that they're beefing up in flowering stage. Edit: I've decided to add a quarter-strength nutrient to this banana tea so as to not completely flush out the remaining nutrients. I believe that would leave her starved in between her next feeding, in 3-4 days from now. 3/2: Welp! That made it worse! Time to test the PH of my soil. If the PH is too far in one direction or the other, certain nutrients will be locked out. I've ordered a PH meter instead of these PH testing drops. I didn't know that the difference between 6.0 and 6.5 would be so drastic, but with that said, I need to be more precise about my PH levels if I want to maximize these nutrients. Until the PH meter gets delivered tomorrow I may, if my research says that I should, flush with plain water ph'd water to try to flush out salts and try to get the PH back to 6.5 where it needs to be. Edit: I do not believe this to be overfeeding, as I would expect nutrient burn on the tips of all leaves, but there are colas that are completely unaffected by the recent feedings. However, if the PH is off, and I suspect it is, individual deficiencies will pop up and affect the leaves differently. The other plant, trainwreck, which was planted later, may have contained less Ocean Forest nutrients from the top of the bag, and also more Happy Frog; so it's riding out these issues just fine. 3/4: The discoloring on Amnesia has not spread to any other leaves. I've done a little bit of defoliating on the yellow and crispy leaves. Looks like they're already being replaced. I've got my ph meter now, and doing a slurry test came out 6.4 on the top inch of soil, the only soil I could get to without ripping up the roots. Either way, I'm doing to be certain to PH tonight's feeding (half strength) perfectly to 6.5, as opposed to trying my best using PH testing drops, which is almost impossible! Trainwreck is getting some spots on her leaves, so she'll be ready for her feeding tomorrow.

I did not log all the weight, cuz my “wine cellar” run out of place , so a lot I just tossed in a big bucket for later hash. All the larf is not weighted, next grow i will do larf mitigation and proper lightning for each plant. For now I got a lot of larf, but I also see that some of my plants got great nugs even under low light exposure. Purple lemonade is less in big density In comparison to Tangie Matic. As well as not purple appeared, even though it is claimed to be genetically stable. Maybe wrong seeds ? Doubt it. But the lemon terps are present. Tent size 240x240

Week 15 going good…not bad …switching to bloom nutrient… and did a ton of defoliating to loosen up the canopy hopefully they won’t grow too much when I flip them to 1212 in a week I’ve seen these plants three times the size. Hopefully I can stunt that growth during the initial stretch by switching to Bloom nutrients early. Defoliating a week before flipping. I may decide to top them more but I probably won Do I have to type here for it to be green this is crazy. I’ve done more than a paragraph now at this point it’s kind of weird that it’s not green be green what the hell can it still not be green
