Day 44 since flipping and this girl is getting close to finishing. No more feeding for her. Just some Cyco Supa Sticky today and next watering and water from there on out. Got about 75-80 percent cloudy. The sweet orange citrus smell is PHENOMENAL! Got about 2, maybe 3, weeks left and she'll be done. Had to tie up a couple branches because she's falling over from putting on weight! I love her!

Last week for these ladies. Kept the soil moisture levels very low leading up and did a final heavy de leaf of pretty much anything that doesn’t have trichomes growing on it and will be shutting the lights and turning the heat off for the last 48 hours. Keeping a lot of the sweet leaf on to keep the moisture throughout drying and will do a dry trim. Will be aiming to have a long slow drying period (12-15 days hanging) before I jar them up for curing. Won’t be adding many quality pictures this week since half the time they’re in the dark but will post harvest pictures as they come down :)

I'm continuing with running the AirCube reservoir for 5-6 days between drain/refill, only topping off with well water and checking.adjusting the PH. The beginning nutrient strength is 800ppm, and over the course of the 5-6 days it has only been dropping approx. 150ppm's. The #3 plant has some issues with leaf tips 'clawing' and leaves 'taco-ing'. Unfortunately, with this system you're giving all the plants the same thing. If a plant in the run requires less/more nutrients, or prefers less frequent feeds/watering you're shit out of luck. That being said, the #3 looks crappy but it is what it is and we'll see how she deals with her issues. The #2 plant continues to be the stand out of the three and she's on a mission, getting frostier by the day! 11/24- Yesterday I raised the HLG 650R to it's maximum height available putting it approx. 30" above canopy. In addition, I reduced the power to 80% to see if it had any effect on the #3 plants condition. I'll give it 2-3 days to see if there is any change in her appearance, at which point I'll decide what to do with the light output. The #2 pheno is getting super frosty and is looking like a champ! The #1 plant is just starting to get her 'frost engine' going and I'm hoping she'll follow in the #2's footsteps! 11/26- Tomorrow I will once again be draining, cleaning and refilling the AirCube Reservoir with 80L of well water. After filling, I'll be adding Plagron nutrients to a 800 ppm solution strength, then will adjust the ph to 5.6-5.8 @70-71℉ . 11/28- There goes three weeks of flower for the Strawberry Gorilla's and I wish they looked better, but it is what it is. Can’t say I’m not disappointed, I can say it was probably caused by wrong nutrition and it’s good to say that I have the opportunity to re run it and either way on the next run in 2 weeks or so is watermelon candy back to back one trimmed topped etc and one not so I can see if it actually makes a difference as I’ve done this on its own and not in a visual to see together so will be good to do! But stay tuned she’s still a great smelling flower! Smells like a nice Cali I smoked a while back part of the paris packs and she’s frosting over already as she’s setting herself to finalise!

Here we go on another run together and trust me, this will definitely be something different and very interesting as I've been invited to be a 'Test Grower' for Terpyz Genetics. Formerly Terpyz x Kalyseeds who, for those 'in the know', are known for their breeding of cannabis mutations and the results they've gotten. Terpyz has asked me to perform a pheno hunt on two of their new MUTANT strains; DW IBL x (Pablo Picasso | Lemon Alien NL) x Blue Booby and Z.U.P. SWAG V4 Big Purple and I'll tell you... I'm SUPER stoked to get these seeds germinated and begin to increase my knowledge of growing these mutant strains! Puffin (Super Silver Haze x Tropica Race (Purple Haze X Indian Summer Kaly Duck)) Moon Duck (Ducksfoot IBL x Vanilluna) Description: [ Z.U.P SWAG is (SWAG variegated Ultra V4 (Kalyseeds) x Opalo NL TerpyZ Select F2) ] There's not a lot of information on this strain yet because it's so new but what I've been able to gather so far is, that one phenotype of Z.U.P Swag was a tall plant with a Christmas tree structure had purple flowers, and leaves with prominent purple coloration. It also had good flower structure, and excellent vigor. The only other data I could gather is that the male used was from a Opalo population which was selected in the 2nd generation, with dense flower structure and great terpenes! I'm sure this grow will add to the available knowledge of this strain! ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ WEEKLY UPDATE: 3/23- Week Seven of Veg and the plants, with their plastic pots, aren't losing water as greatly through evaporation as they would if they were in fabric pots. As a result my watering frequency currently is once every 3-4 days and only after checking their medium with a soil moisture probe to make sure that it is not still too wet. I did not water today and only rotated all of the pots 1/4 turn. 3/25- I checked the plants today and went ahead and watered them with .25g of straight well water that was ph'd to 74℉. They are all really taking off now and I have to tell you the DW IBL's are my favorites so far as they just look incredible! 😍 3/27- All the plants medium's were still pretty moist today so watering was skipped. I'll continue my routine of checking their medium daily via a soil moisture probe. Both strains are looking AMAZING with so many different leaf morphology's, and the variegation in a few really is cool looking! Some of the plants remind me of a pepper plant, others of Basil. They all have great vigor and color and seem to be enjoying the 225w from the HLG 225 that's hung 28" above them. The tent temperature when the light is on is staying a steady 78℉, and the RH running 50-58%. I have one 16" oscillating fan moving air and a 6" AC Infinity exhaust fan removing the heat. 3/29- Well there goes seven weeks in veg for the mutants! So far no other male plants have been identified and hopefully it will remain that way! I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks when I'll be moving a couple of plants outside to finish, the remainder indoors. Feb 22nd Plants are doing well but they seam to have stunted They are growing lots of branches but not growing in length Also I have been having difficulty keeping my PH balanced out Feb 25th I have taken all of the tie downs off because these plants are stunted I have decided to do a flush of the system, and put in fresh nutes. I will also flush each plant with a few gallons of pure PH’d water I will put the new nute strengths on next week’s update As for now I am going to feed just PH’d water @ 6.0 Feb 28th Plants have responded well to flushing New growth showing so I have resumed LST

Another great week for these 2. Lots of new crystals forming on the left one. I lowered the nutrient schedule for one week as I didn't want to ignore those early signs on one of the plants. Truth be told, if I had made 2 different nutrient solutions I could have still given full strength to one of them. Nevertheless, they are looking great. The smell however is a bit of an issue. The situation with the autos was 100% under control, zero smell issues. Not the case with this one. I even installed a new air filter and it still smell a tiny bit. It really is a micro amount, but it's annoying. First time I've had to think about any smell with this IKEA setup. Also, so far these don't look much like the real Purple Lemonade. The autos became really dark quite rapidly, I'm not sure these will get as dark.

She is a strong and resinous plant. I am seeing some kind of deficiency but I'm too far into flower to care about fixing it. Same thing happened to my last bluetoof. Same nutrient mix as the toof decay and that plant looks great. She smells sweet :)

Fade coming in nicely after 7 days of flush, 1 more week and these girls will be for the chop. Just took more cuttings from the mother ready for the next grow. I love Shining Silver Haze! 😋
