Blütewoche 2 - 22.06. – 29.06.2026 Auch in der zweiten Blütewoche setzte die Blue Sunset Sherbert ihren starken Stretch fort. Innerhalb von nur sieben Tagen wuchs sie von 48 cm auf 80 cm und legte damit beeindruckende 32 cm an Höhe zu. In dieser Woche wurde die Pflanze zweimal mit jeweils vier Litern Wasser gegossen. Außerdem wurde sie großzügig entlaubt und einige untere, schwach belichtete Triebe entfernt, um die Lichtverteilung und Luftzirkulation zu verbessern. Die Pflanze präsentiert sich weiterhin in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Sie ist kräftig, vital, zeigt keinerlei Mangelerscheinungen und entwickelt zahlreiche schöne Blütenansätze. Mittlerweile füllt sie die gesamte Beetfläche aus. Bis zur LED sind nun nur noch etwa zehn Zentimeter Platz, sodass die Lampe bei weiterem Stretch eventuell nochmals höher gehängt werden muss.

I changed my tent this week, the lamp and the Mars Hydro extractor convinced me that it was good gear so I took the tent in + 😀 Pulling all the branches with ropes is way too much work... 4/1/2023 Week 7- Day 1 of Veg (Day 59 overall) Water Change Day!!! Water was really low it was just above the hump in the Res cutting it close to not having enough water in the system to keep it going. They drank a lot making it close going the full 14 days. I am still going with the previous grows and adding 36 Gallons but even looking at the root I think the SILICA is working and the roots are further along at this point than in previous grows. This next two weeks will watch how much they drink and how low my Res starts getting, and will make a decision on changing the water weekly from here on out or still keep on the plan of every other week until Week 4 of Flower. I took so much off yesterday I figure it was a good day to let them rest. 4/6/2023 Week 7- Day 6 of Veg (Day 64 overall) I needed to Defoliate some and I topped a little. The plants might force me to flip them soon. Next Wed is the 10 week mark half way through the 20 weeks. The net is Bingo... Which means that If/when the plants hit the net I will have to flip them. The Net is set to the max height that I can let them get based on the Breeders Stretch report 75%. 4/7/2023 Week 7- Day 7 of Veg (Day 65 overall) #3 is 22 inches Tall, #2 is 19 Inches Tall. Net is set at 24 inches. Net is also set as my Bingo point, if they hit the net then I have to flip no matter what to account for the Breeders recommended 75% Stretch allowance. I think I am going to have to flip right at the 10 week mark of the Competition which is Wed 12 Apr. I topped a little, I de-foliated a lot to start getting it ready for the anticipated Flip.

hey all, let's do an experiment with budswelling and without ! i know it will not be exact science but i will give some insight if it works or not. i have got 2 C.banana and 2Royal Gorilla on 1 plant of each sort i have done my budswelling so we can compare both strains and the effect at the end of harvest to see if it makes a difference or not. in my believe it makes a difference but i can not prove it maybe this will give an idea if it makes a difference or not. also i have put an video on how i do the budswelling with scissors or with fingers. i prefer to do it with fingers it's a lot quicker then with scissors. You need to do this on al the buds not only on top. Some say you need to do this every week but i only do it after 3or 4 weeks into flowering.

Week 20 The temperature over here finally dropped to a more manageable degree so I can increase the light strength for the last week(s?). I also have my dehumidifier running for the last weeks and it brought down the humidity to a much safer percentage which you definitely want in this stage where botrytis (bud rot) is waiting to strike. I've noticed that after a while the kebab sticks I used to fixate branches onto the SCROG screen started to go moldy so they should be treaded with something beforehand or a different material should be used.

6 Blütewoche: In der 6 Blütewoche habe ich bei zwei meiner Ladys Cal-Mag Mangelerscheinungen festgestellt, die ich mit jeweils 1.25 ml cal-mag Lösung in 1l Wasser gegeben habe. Ansonsten wachsen und gedeihen die hübschen, die Buds fangen an frostig zu werden, ich hoffe das in den letzten 2 Wochen der Blüte die Buds noch an Größe zunehmen. The main buds are really starting to develop and it looks pretty healthy. Some rusty spots developing on some of the older fan leaves. Added a pick if anyone knows what it might be? Big fat calyxes starting to appear frosty with trichomes. Defoliated a few leaves, may have over watered trying to fix the cal mag issue and the damaged leaves were a bit wilted. Did one big final adjustment to her shape to open her up. Was concerned about how dense it was getting and light and air penetration with rainy weather coming as it buds out made me want to give her some breathing room.

I added self made vermicompost and some wood ash from the fire place in order to naturally fertilize the soil and enhance microbial life. For this same purpose molasses were added to provide sugars for the plant and feed beneficial microbes in the soil. I believe this plant is its final veg week. In the final days of the week liquid humus was added to the soil

What I thought to be a cal deficiency at first glance appears to be rust fungus or leaf septoria, but nothing rubs off of the spots, which confuses me. I freaked out and tore the hell out of the plant my buddy left on my doorstep, stripped all the freakin spotted leaves. I'm hesitant to toss it, dont know why, I did notice spots on 2 other plants, barely, bastard being one of them. Ill be keeping a great hawk eye on them, ready to pluck anything I notice with a rust spot or toss that one plant out of there if I see too much appear. I need to grab some neem oil as well. Maybe I shouldn't run the tent sealed anymore, as I think it could be a big reason for the fungus. I never let humidity get over 60 and I had pretty decent air movement, but they are squeezed in there. I'm freaking scared. Nothing rubs off these spots. My run off PH has been low which makes me think calcium still. Guess I'll do some big-time flushing. Flushed all with 6.8 water until run off reached 6.5, roughly 10-12 gallons each. I'll l feed them tomorrow. Usually, I flush around day 45. I was trying to see if i could get away without doing so, with that scrog n all. Whew, I was trippin out there there, after reading n shit I got thinking the worst, should've stuck with my original diagnosis. I'm sure they'll be ok.👍 Zipper broke off the tent the other night, so it's now "sealed" with a red blanket🤣
