So we came to the end guys, these ladies gonna stay in the dark for 36 hours now and get cut on saturday Think i made some mistakes with Topping on earlier stage with Cookies and Cream, and also some mistakes with bubba kush on flower stage, its my first grow and i can say it was a nice experience with them strains 😌 Im gonna share the dry weight and more detailed informations about the strains and the nutes ive used as long as its ready 👌

Checked TDS PPM on 24 June, the reading originally started at 1290, was now 455, so I decided to change solution earlier than scheduled. Checked TDS PPM on 27 June and the reading was 390. So the nutrient solution was changed again. Larger plants consume much more nutrients and may require a modified feeding schedule. I’ll just observe and see how she does. Some plants are sensitive to this. Again I’m talking about DWC specifically. Her smell has intensified this week, defined by a pineapple scent! It truely does! Welcome to my Fast Buds sponsored shootout and living organic soil v coco side by side. I also plan to use this grow to my full advantage regarding a few age old nagging questions about methods. I have had a keen interest in L.O.S ( supersoil) since reading a few threads a while back on how amazing and productive it can be. After too much research and procrastinating I had to give it a go. I have been a decades coco/nft grower and recently threw my hat in the rdwc ring too. I have avoided soil due to the overwatering worry ( heavy handed chimp brain !) and the best potting soil/feeds. Catching up on the advances in indoor soil gardening and organics led me too subcools supersoil recipes to name a few but being a town dweller with farms everywhere around me still drew blanks on a lot of the ingredients needed and where the hell I could even begin to get them from. Thankfully , commercial savvy has now made buying it in ready to use and with a full range of beneficial bacteria ect available in amendments from a grow shop here in the uk. ecothrive have realised the potential for us to dive into this medium with all the mixing , measuring and resourcing. I bit the bullet and £150 later I now have 4 x37Litre pots that will be used for as long as I want to feed the soil for without EVER needing nutrients again potentially. The coco has also had charge mixed in to encourage the bennies to colonize there too. I will be using the shogun nutes that I know do the business with coco to compare with for yield , growth and taste. I have 3 seeds each of 4 Fast Buds Strains to use as a control for the grow and am journaling each strain in their own diaries. This statement will be used to start each one as the information is identical at this point but following this I will do them individually. I am now starting their second week since opening the seed packets , straight into soaked and shook root riot cubes and into the heated propagator. They had all showed their heads by end of day 3 and a couple needed helmet surgery to open up without being hindered . I have has them in the prop for a few days but they needed to get settled as they were popping roots out all over the cubes. They have now been in their final pots for 2 days complete and starting their 3rd today at day 8 since planting in cubes. I am impressed with the speed and success of these girls already (12 of 13 germinated) . Well done fast buds. So here we go folks , any comments , ideas ,questions , advice are always welcome and I hope we can have some fun experimenting with defol v non defol , topping v fimming v bending and any other curiosities along the way. The girl are in the final 12 liters autopots and have moved into my newfixed second growroom with 5 other girls.. I have fimed her. Added video of new growroom.

______________ An interim update: ______________ The pre-bloom has started. The plant is preparing for its last growth spurt. The growth in the last days is therefore substantial. For the time being no real problems. Apart from the additives that I provide, no additional nutrients have been added. A little too much N, because of this there is a little bit of burned leaftips. But hopefully a bit of a push can not hurt too much;) a new update at the end of the week. _________________ End of week 4 update: _________________ The bloom has begun. The growth was very exuberant this week. 25 centimeters larger than at the beginning of the week. There are a lot of shoots with budsites. Have given some flowering nutrients for the first time, albeit a low dose. The problem with the burned leaf tips has also been solved. A little too much of N did not hurt the plant. The grow mix of plagron is perhaps a bit too 'powerful' for young plants. But no real negative consequences, so no problem. I gave the plant also a nice 'shower' today with iron spray. She seems to like it. On to the real first week of flowering

I delayed a few days to update the week because video was not loading . . . . Welcome growers Week n°4 ended for these three phenos of SORBET#4 🌿🌿🌿🍧 Like you have probably see in the video, a few days ago i have made a one topping, on the central stem, for increase the power of the lower branches exposing them to a better lights conditions.. I have also cut two or three leafs, not too much for now, just for increase the airflow and also again for a higher lights exposure of the lowers parts✂️ 🍃 About the lights 💡 Doing that, i have increase the potency of my two Mars-Hydro SP3000, from 25% to 50% ⬆️ The two led panel are connected with a cable and i have only to adjuste the dimmer of one of them for change the intensity of each one, in just one move.. Pretty useful 💯 In the middle of the week i have switch from 18/6 on/off to 16/8 on/off.. Always tryed to mimic the natural cycle of the sun light, works good to me 👌 Anyway.. About nutrients 👇 In this week i have giving their always organic/veganic nutrients.. A little bit of silicium (Bionova) / Activator (Biomagno) / Crescita (Biomagno) / Activera (Biobizz) / Grow vegan (Bionova) / The Missing Link (Bionova) / X-Cell (Bionova) and a little bit of P-K 3-5 (Bionova) {This last one i have used in a foliar spray solution} Like i usually do, a little bit of everything at any watering 💧 And that's all.. All good here, ain't no complaints yet...not that preoccupied by the LST method anymore. Also I'm gonna bloom when the plant is about 12 inches so prolly at the 8th week of veg.

Decent strain to grow. Finished mid October. Did pretty good against mold and pests. Earthy lemoney smell. Fed 6 part GH nutes through a drip feed system.

In the end it was a pretty good run, i have to say though that, probably due to some early veg stress, one of the plants probably suffered from hermaphroditism and impollinated the others, 5hus resulting in a few seeds here and there.
