I had lots of issues with this as it was my first grow essentially and I kept running into VPD issues, whether it be too high of a temperature or humidity, but that is not the fault of the plant or genetics, just have a tiny cabinet to grow in so it's hard to dial things in. There is not much of a smell, it's kind of like a Michael's craft store, or potpourri? It's very subtle and kind of sweet, but it does not stand out. Hopefully, the smell will come out more once it's dried and starting to cure? We'll see. Also, I have no idea the amount of wet weight harvested, I just sort of cut the whole plant at the base and then hung it upside down. 😅

Flowering day 59 Today both were checked and fresh osmosis water was left in the tank. Flowering day 60 Again, both were poured with 1 liter. Flowering day 61 Today was a pure control day. She smells very sweet, but while trimming some funk hints. No much, but kinda ripe smell maybe. I can't wait to try her, was a crazy sized harvest! Oh and she was only 2 gallon too. Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Nice to watch growing OS. Kind of slow at first but then really picks up some pace nearing the end. 2 of the plants, the buds I will definitely keep. Really nice fat juicy buds. Smell great and taste great. The high is quite heavy✌️🏻😎✌️🏻And has a rapid onset. Good night-time smoke, if I smoked this during the daytime I’d probably just smoke all day and not move. I’ll press for Rosin in the next few days too , I’ll upload info onto here at a later date. Hello Diary! The third week of vegetation and plants on my small farm are entering the pre-flowering phase. The Hulkberries have reached a height of 45 cm, and are much taller than their roommate, Green Gelato. Due to the high summer temperatures, the temperature in the box is also high. As I mentioned earlier, my small farm is located in a small room in the kitchen so it’s hard for me to keep the heat out of the space. But given the LED light (MIGRO 200+) that doesn’t produce too much heat, everything is still within acceptable limits. Humidity is also good, given the third (last) week of vegetation and ranges around 55-60%. I noticed small bumps on one of the Hulkberries, right at the bottom of the stalk, I don’t know exactly what caused them. If anyone reading this post knows, feel free to comment below and help me find out :). Also the tips of the leaves on the upper branches have become brighter, almost yellow, I guess this is due to a little stress due to the higher temperature, but it does not develop further into anything of concern. If I am wrong, I also ask for a comment with information as to why this is happening. The distance between the branches is much larger than that of their roommate Green Gelato, it stretches in height more than in width. Due to the higher temperature, they didn’t drink as much water as I expected, so watering is a little less frequent than usual. I don’t have some default watering schedule, I give them water when I see the pot is lighter and the surface is dry. And I always water all three plants at the same time. All in all I am very pleased with how they are progressing, the plants look satisfied and healthy. I still add Cal / Mag preventively at each watering, 1.5 ml/L. Also in the third week the vegetations showed their sex. 06/07/2020. Day 18. Watering. I prepare 7-8 liters of water, I think this is the optimal amount for watering all three plants in the box.
