Hello this is the end of week 3 and the beginning of week 4 of flowering. Did a trim up last week. Removed the bottom sucker branches and fanleaves and some top fanleaves. For better air flow and light penetration. Better chance of "not" getting bud rot and WPM with better airflow... And A bud get bigger, with the more light it gets. So cut back some of those top fan leaves for bigger middle buds. The pics show the resin is just starting on the top leaves by the flowers. Time to turn up the light to 65%... and 75% next week OK. Be Great. Chuck.

The purple pheno looks to be a easy 56 to 63 dryer. Green phenos same maybe slightly longer as well as the light pink pheno. They smell phenomenal from the chosen parents and are putting off a fucking show. These f2s were a treat to make. Thanks everyone for tuning in. I'll be putting more details within harvest time for each week as I have been quite busy testing other genetics as well as more of mine own. I will have a few packs of F2s I'll be releasing via email later on to the public. These are fully tested and I will continue to test. Harvest will have the full details as well as the stressing and findings during my testing. I'm seeing us go to day 63 for the group. Around 10 days more.

34 Days have passed. The colors are fading for some reason but i dont really care, theres obviously room for improvement on this grow. Im just gonna let it go as far as i can and hopefuly the plants will mature before they die off. It may have been because of over watering, thats my best bet so i will not water until they show small signs of underwatering, just so i can make sure. Other than that, the buds are looking good and the smell is incredible. ---1st time growing with FLO - Florian Living Organics.--- They claim that there is no need to pH when watering and that their living fertilizer is the only thing that i will need throughout the whole grow so i only need to mix with soil and just water with plain water. If this stuff works then it can simplify my future grows ALOT! Happy growing. 😎

Week 5 This week was a busy one. I topped ivory at the beginning of the week. Tied her down in the middle. Then topped her again at the end of the week. She is growing like a weed. Ivory is still in a one litre pot. She is getting 1.5 litres twice a week right now.

We are officially in full bloom. The have been enjoying 6-7 hours of sun light per day for about 4 days now, then brought back in under the cobs. The girls are all exploding with growth and stacking what I expect to be huge buds.

Week 8 is over :) the girl is suffering, maybe it's my mistake that I made, :( I used biotabs nutrients throughout the growth, and at one point, she even received two waterings with advancednutrients macro, after which she started to deteriorate, from now on only pure water :) looking at it from the other side, the flowers themselves really don't look like they will be small, the flowers are already getting a pink color, which is very beautiful to me :) in general, the girl is maturing quite well :) good luck to everyone.

Got 2301 into her final home in a 3 gallon pot, I used grow dots at 1 table per gallon of medium and made the bottom 3rd of the soil a little hot with fresh ocean Forrest soil, and purple cow non manure compost.. and moved her to my new ac infinity 3x3 tent!

So we got some very bushy plants. I topped them three times and trained them sideways and the plant focused it's energy on growing out sideways.

[2026 Feb 6 | Day 70] - She's now 6 weeks into flower and is maturing quickly. I defoliated her quite a bit this past week, removing all the fan leaves and any water leaves that were poking into nearby colas. I've gone ahead and added some basic structural support to all the branches in the event that the buds get too heavy. The branches aren't as strong as I would like them to be where they connect with the main stem, and it's better to take precautions. nutrients will be tapered off this week and part of the next. Lighting will remain in the 40-42 DLI range near the top leaves and be tapered off next week. Trichomes are still mostly clear, but there's the odd milky head which could be just a trick of the light. The density of the trichomes are impressive though, they are so thick in spots that the heads are smushing together. Her smell is getting pretty strong, and is now a mix of vanilla, berries and diesel.

The smell is wonderful as well! Not a whole lot to report other then this week was smooth sailing and harvest is 3-5 days out roughly is my guess!!!!

Chugging along. Much better fertilization rate than expected. All looking good up and down each branch. Almost all budsites are stacked with seeds even the lower ones Moved to different tent cuz original one was a damn mess with plant matter and whatnot on the floor. Only one that looks possibly behind us the PotG. I just think it’s a matter of not having seeds busting out the bracts quite like the others. Very happy with the results Check out previous weeks for procedure information. I’ll add them to each with soon. If not showing now go back to first couple weeks of the diary to see specifics on what I used, and how.

💜 Purple Haze by Zamnesia – Pheno B Week 5 | Small in Height, Big in Character Welcome back to another chapter of the 8×8 Adventure! One of my favourite parts of running a multi-phenotype hunt is watching each plant develop its own personality. Today’s spotlight belongs to Purple Haze – Pheno B, a plant that may not be the tallest in the room but is certainly one of the fullest. While her sister has been reaching for the sky with long internodes and elegant structure, this lady has chosen a completely different path. She’s staying compact. She’s staying bushy. And she’s absolutely beautiful because of it. ⸻ 🌱 The Journey So Far For anyone joining this diary for the first time, welcome! This entire project is being grown using the 12/12 From Seed method. Instead of allowing a traditional vegetative period, every seed was placed under a 12-hour light / 12-hour dark cycle from the very first day. The objective is to compare how different genetics—and even different phenotypes from the same variety—express themselves when grown under identical conditions. Every plant shares: • The same environment • The same lighting • The same feeding schedule • The same climate • The same care The only thing changing is the genetics. Purple Haze Pheno B is another perfect reminder that even sisters can grow into completely different individuals. ⸻ 🌿 A Compact Beauty Standing at around 69 cm, she’s just slightly shorter than her sister, but the difference in structure is immediately noticeable. Rather than stretching upwards, she’s invested her energy into building a dense, leafy canopy packed with healthy growth. She’s become one of the bushiest plants in the room. Every branch is surrounded by large, vibrant fan leaves that give the plant a full and vigorous appearance. Instead of chasing height, she’s building substance. It’s a completely different expression of the same genetics, and it’s fascinating to watch. ⸻ 🍃 Leaf Tucking to Open the Canopy With such dense growth, this week focused heavily on leaf tucking. Instead of removing healthy foliage, large fan leaves were carefully repositioned to expose developing branches underneath. This simple technique improves airflow while allowing more light to reach the future flowering sites without sacrificing valuable photosynthetic surface. The result is a plant that remains lush and healthy while giving every branch the opportunity to develop. Sometimes patience and gentle guidance achieve more than aggressive pruning. ⸻ 🌸 The First Steps Into Flower Although she’s a little behind some of the other ladies in the room, she’s now clearly entering that exciting transition between vegetative growth and flowering. Fresh pistils are beginning to appear. New growth has changed shape. The tops are starting to build. Whether we call it pre-flower or the very beginning of flower, the important part is that she’s moving forward beautifully. There has never been any rush in this project. Every phenotype follows its own pace, and that’s exactly what makes documenting each one so rewarding. ⸻ 💧 Hand-Fed With Care Unlike some of her neighbours, this Purple Haze is not growing in an AutoPot system. Every watering is done by hand, allowing me to closely monitor her development and adjust as needed. Current nutrition includes: • Terra Grow • Terra Bloom • Pure Zym • Sugar Royal • Power Roots • Power Buds • pH adjustment for optimal nutrient availability She’s responding very well to the feeding program, maintaining deep green foliage, healthy growth, and plenty of energy as she begins her flowering journey. ⸻ 🌡️ Stable Conditions, Happy Plants Like every plant in this room, Purple Haze Pheno B continues growing under carefully controlled environmental conditions. Current grow room conditions include: • Day temperature: 31.1°C • Night temperature: 25°C • Relative humidity: 72% • Solution temperature: 24.2°C • Root zone temperature: 21°C • CO₂ concentration: 636 ppm Maintaining consistent environmental conditions allows every phenotype to express its own natural characteristics without unnecessary external variables influencing the results. ⸻ 📷 This Week’s Gallery This week’s photographs really capture the personality of this phenotype. The studio shots showcase her compact, rounded structure, while the close-ups reveal healthy new growth emerging from every corner of the canopy. The overhead photographs make it easy to appreciate just how dense she’s becoming, with broad fan leaves creating a thick blanket of vibrant green. The leaf-tucking work is also clearly visible, opening small windows of light throughout the plant and encouraging future flowering sites to develop evenly. The room updates continue documenting the environment shared by all the ladies in this project, helping tell the complete story behind the grow. ⸻ 🔮 Looking Ahead The next couple of weeks should be incredibly interesting. Now that she’s entering flower, I’m curious to see whether she’ll begin stretching like her sister or continue building this wonderfully compact architecture. Either outcome would be exciting. Right now, she’s developing exactly the way a healthy, vigorous plant should. The foundations are there. Now it’s time to see how she transforms them into flowers. ⸻ 💚 Thank You Thank you so much for following another chapter of this 8×8 Adventure. Every diary tells a different story, and sharing the unique personality of each phenotype is one of the most enjoyable parts of this journey. A huge thank you to: 💚 GrowDiaries for providing an incredible platform where growers from around the world can learn, inspire one another, and document every stage of their grows. Zamnesia for providing the genetics that make this phenotype hunt possible. 🌱 Plagron for supplying the nutrition supporting these plants from seed to harvest. 💡 Future of Grow LED for delivering the light that powers this room every single day. 🌿 TrolMaster for helping maintain a stable environment throughout the entire project. And finally, thank you to everyone following these diaries, leaving comments, asking questions, and sharing this adventure with me. Every phenotype deserves its own moment to shine, and Purple Haze Pheno B is proving that sometimes the biggest personalities don’t always belong to the tallest plants. Growers Love and her story is only just beginning. 💜🌿

Big Fat Wedding Cake grew well under the Spider Farmer G5000/UVR40 lights. Nice frosty colas with a spicy kush smell. Looks very potent and tasty. I did burn her in flowering when the nutrition got too strong for her. My bad. She still turned out great.
