Die Blueberry Zkittlez Automatic von Sensi Seeds (der Strain heißt jetzt Blueberry Candiez Automatic) hatte ich letztes Jahr bereits angebaut und war vom Geschmack total begeistert. Deshalb baue ich den jetzt wieder an und dazu die Blueberry Automatic von Zamnesia Seeds, die schon einige Zeit in meiner Samenbank liegt. Mal sehen, wie sich die Pflanzen unterscheiden. Beide stehen in einem 9 Liter doppellagigen Stofftopf von ROOTIES (ChillWelten war der Vorgänger der Firma, heute heissen alle ROOTIES), beide haben die Sonnenerde Bio Hanferde und bekommen und später gibt's noch eine Mulchschicht mit Sonnenerde Bio Faser. Beide haben am Anfang eine Bioledex mit 10W im gleichen Abstand. Tag 60: Die Blueberry Automatic von Zamnesia Seeds hat wie alle anderen SF-Nematoden, Florfliegenlarven, Raubmilben Amblyseius cucumeris und californicus bekommen. Tag 62: Die Blueberry Auto hat bereits vollkommen reife Blüten, keine hellen Fäden mehr zu sehen. Dagegen sind bei der Blueberry Zkittlez die meisten Blütenfäden noch weis. I'm running 9 different nutrients of theirs and it's working out nicely no hic cups at all. Now I've seen online somewhere that you cant add bud factor x with other advanced nutrients when flowering? I like my grows to be simple, clean and efficient. The Mars 2000 plus RQS top-shelf genetics, combined with the super-simple RQS organic "Easy" line of nutes is making this beautiful grow! 6 strains, 6 healthy, thriving girls. I intentionally set 2 seeds at 3-4 intervals so I can rotate air space and have 2 harvested every 4 weeks. The organic Easy line of nutes is simple to use, clean, organic and delivers lush, healthy growth. No more mixing liquids. I feed sparingly but always give cal/mag with all waterings/feedings. I pH down water ONLY at the beginning (before feeding starts) or in between if pH runs high and I won't be feeding within 2-3 days. Feeding drops pH in coco and as nutes are consumed pH rises back to coco's neutral 7.0. Simple. I rarely water "till runoff". Lighter feedings mean less buildup. Clean. Abundant, tasty, smooth harvests is my goal and this combo delivers! I'm still enjoying last Fall's harvest of Green Gelato 😎

I supercropped the tall Enemy of the State branches that were in the light. As you can see In the video there was no light burn! We also have about 30” of light penetration even though I’ve not performed any defoliation! Loving these lights.

We have officially started low stress training this girl on June 29th. The second video is on Friday July 1st within two days she grew a good amount . As you can see in the second video she suffered a little light burn. My mistake I didn’t think she was big enough to get burnt by the light but when I went to adjust her stakes I noticed she got burnt. So I quickly fixed it and put the light farther away.

Both girls are healthy and going strong, a little cal/mag deficiency on auto#1 but other than that all is good. Auto #2 has turned out bigger than auto#1 but auto #1 is definitely more purple. This is the 10th time I've grown purple lemonade and not been disappointed, definitely my favourite strain atm. Thanks for reading, feel free to check out my other diaries and leave me a like. Day 92. In video you can see how brown is Gorilla Max pistils and how sad looking is pale Bunny Gorilla, both girls are drinking fast, so maybe they will finish with decent result, that was two strongest plants, sad ... All other girls are ok, Control garden is huge, side colas , which gets more light caught up tops standing in dark, funny to observe. So many plants bring humidity up, will do defoliation in 4 days on my new days off. Silica and CalMag out. Day 94. Girls are okish, Bunny Gorilla refused to drink pure water, pot was still heavy, i will check in the morning, but she went into some stress or lockdown a bit, but maybe its just my paranoia , morning weighting will show. Defoliation is a must, but i know now, that this time its overcrowded, cant access pots for lifting, max 10 plants and i think for 2 month veging those airpots are too small, i think they have even only like 15 liters of actual soil in them despite 20 liters on price tag, next round i am back to fabric pots , have new 30 liters waiting in dark room for theirs turn. Day 94 Evening. Morning for me, but girls where going to sleep, some pots already ultra light, same mistake in one grow ??? Never !!! ;)))))) All girls got heavy feed, managed to mix up 1000 ppm from 4 components only, huge amounts involved, very hard without BioGrow, think it was too early for sure to take N out. With Bunny was real headache, but at the end she was light as most others... Overthinking not good, better to flow with them. Honestly think such version of grow would be better with single plant or higher electric capacity ... Don't want to move place, so next grow again change of tactics..... ;))))) Toping on 5 nod with mini LST and veg max 5 weeks. Loads of bottom buds are smaller than seed from which they grow. Think to lolitop all that crap. Two days till next watering to make decision ... Day 95. Girls are happier than ever, they needed more food, thats all. Now i think i will do feed/feed/water regime till end of week 8, then heavy flush, its summer at mines and i can do it properly outside. Girls bulk up every day. Thinking to lift Gorillas tonight and all lights as well, Incredible Bulks and Strawberry Cough doing magic in shadow , what will they do with a bit of more light then ??? ;) Day 96. Socialism in my garden ;)))) Cookies are crap, Gorillas are The Joy, all Control Garden makes me wanna sing as well... No more defoliation or lolitoping, they are fattening up and i want to see final weight and nice colours .... Heavy feed at the end of this day or next morning . Happy growing !

Well, it's finally time for an update, right? And for a newbie like me this week has been quite eventful! 😲 After last week's "Helmet Head" (which I suppose was my fault for not burying the seed deep enough 😱) her leaves started to look twisty, Honestly don't know why that happened but my three hypothesis are: because that's just the way she is, because I didn't properly bury the seed or I made a mistake somewhere else. However I also think she looks pretty and this makes her look quite "special" 👍. In her 6-7th day after sprouting I noticed her leaves started to look even more twisty and she was about to outgrow her cup. I worried and decided that it was the right moment to transplant her. At first I didn't know "how" to do it and all I knew is that I could shock her if I did it wrong (which worried me haha 😨). None of the sites I checked really specified any kind of information regarding how I should prepare the medium for the new plant (just some vague information here and there) so I came with the idea to just water it bit and then "massage" the soil to avoid making it "lumpy" and I feel it did work out well in the end! I feel I didn't shock her much and in her second day she was growing even more as well! Nice! 😍 Next week I'll start feeding Puff with some nutrients but the PPM of the tap water where I live is somewhat high (around 600) and it's electroconductivity is around 1200 us/cm but a lot of growers in here still use it (they just wait for chlorine to evaporate) so I'll try doing the same. I'll use half dose of Biobizz Bio Grow and half dose of another product called Gold Sunshine from Quemanta (which is Cal-Mag with some amino acids) and see how things develop! 😃 I'll try to see if I can make my DSLR take the photos for future timelapses, because my webcam sucks for that job! Hello GD Crew!!! I’m glad to finally be back with a new diary. A LOT has happened since my last diary. The large room I was using back then got infested with spider mites. For a while I thought I had them beat, but they came back with a vengeance. So I thoroughly cleaned my 2x4 tent and set it up in the opposite side of the house. However, that part of the house is also now my new man cave and was under construction until a few months ago (its still not completely done yet, but close enough). I have also switched back to LED lighting. I’m using a pair of Spider Farmer SF1000’s (100w) LED’s. I was using a 315w CMH fixture but felt I was getting better results with my old blurple ViparSpectra’s (both of which have died). Also, it was getting too hot in the tent with the CMH. To be completely honest the best weed I’ve ever grown was using a 1000w HPS, but that could possible melt a 2x4 tent and I’d be tripping circuit breakers all the time again. After a lot of research it looked like the Spider Farmer SF1000’s were the best bang for the buck in the LED market these days. They have the right components (Samsung LM301B diodes and MeanWell drivers) and have great specs. I was able to purchase them on Amazon Prime Day for $129/each (USD). For soil I’m using Coast of Main Stonington Blend Grower’s Mix. I had been previously trying to amend and reuse old soil or mix old soil 50/50 with new soil and in retrospect that was a mistake. The PH was totally unpredictable as were what nutrients were available or deficient. I felt like I was always trying to fix soil problems and one thing would lead to another. So, from now on its fresh soil in every pot. I’m using 3 gallon pots with self watering reservoirs at the bottom. In addition to the Coast of Main Stonington Blend I’m also using Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. I filled the 3 gallon pots with the Coast of Main Stonington Blend first, then dig out a hole in the middle about the size of a grapefruit and filled that hole with the Sungro Black Gold Seedling Mix. Then I planted the seeds about knuckle deep in the middle of the Seedling Mix. This seemed to work great, both pots had small seedlings appear in 5 days. This diary will focus primarily on FastBuds BlackBerry, but I am also growing a DinaFem Critical+ Auto at the same time. I’ve grown both of these strains a few times in the past with mixed results. But, I’m hoping this grow will be far greater than those in the past. My plan is to allow the Coast of Main Stonington Blend act as the ‘super soil’ it is supposed to be and not add any additional nutrients. I will however be adding RealGrowers Recharge on a regular basis (I love that stuff, it really makes a difference) and will probably also add some CalMag once in a while. But that’s all. Additionally, I do not plan on doing much training with these girls. I will LST bend them over at a 45 degree angle around the time they hit their flowering stretch, but that’s all. Bending at a 45 degree angle gives better exposure to lower branches and allows those lower branches to produce larger tops. Hoping for the best!!! Please feel free to comment and follow.
