🌿 Week 11: Frosty Heights & Real Talk (Flower Week 6) First off, apologies for the slight delay! Usually, I drop these updates on Monday, but I was out celebrating my 25th birthday yesterday and, well... let’s just say things got a little out of control, haha! But I'm back in the tent now, and the girls didn't seem to mind the extra day of peace. Welcome to Week 11. We are deep in the flowering phase (Week 6), and the tent is looking like a winter wonderland. But let’s keep it real – while the frost is insane, it hasn't been a "perfect" run since it’s my first experience with living soil. Here’s the honest breakdown. šŸ› ļø The Big Defoliation & Adjustments The canopy got so thick that I had to perform one last major defoliation. I removed a significant amount of the large fan leaves that were shading the lower bud sites. It’s always a tough call this late in the game, but it was absolutely necessary to get that light penetration down to the secondary colas and improve RH. Combined with raising the entire tent to save the tops from light stress, the environment is now much more balanced. If you look closely at some of the upper leaves, you can still see a bit of "tacoing" (curling edges) from the previous light intensity and buds on the top of the sweet spot are not very well bulked because of heat stress by light. I caught it likely and the "scars" remained. 🌱 Organic Struggles & Success The "Autumn Fade" is hitting harder than I expected. The remaining fan leaves are yellowing quite aggressively. In living soil, this usually means the nitrogen is running low what I read as the plant focuses everything on the buds. I’m letting nature take its course, but I’ll keep an eye on it to make sure they have enough gas to reach the finish line. • The Scrog Management: My canopy isn't perfectly level. I have a few "underdogs" getting shadowed by the main colas even after the defoliation. It’s a lesson for next time – I need to be even more aggressive with LST early on to keep everything in one uniform plane. šŸ“Š Stats & Environment: • Genetics: Banana Purple Punch Auto (FastBuds) • Status: Bulking phase. • RH: Dropped to 45%-40% – absolutely critical now to prevent any bud rot in these dense clusters. • Temp: 22-26°C. • Aroma: A heavy mix of tropical fruit sweets and gassy undertones. It’s not a catalog grow, it’s a real grow. The "girls" are finishing strong despite the big hiccups. Thanks for riding along with me growmies, one love! šŸ’œšŸ¤œšŸ¼šŸ¤›šŸ» Wondrej

Finally decent temperatures and we can start the flower! They recovered well from the temperature shock and show some growth. They got a massive haircut and trained. Now they can enter flower stage. Each plant got 50 g of Wizzy's Flower 6-8-10 organic fertilizer, 3 g / 10 L of Plant Booster and 1g / Liter Weedtamines. A few days ago. Tomorrow they'll get their dose of Pflanzengeflüster (Plant Whisper) to increase flower production.

This strain likes to stretch a lot so in full swing. Bottom leaves crumbling and turning brown/ yellow. This is in a shared autopot base so increasing nutrient dosages throughout.

I know it is only two weeks but compared to other auto flower plants during this stage I'm starting to think that all three of my girls are stunted. I did have an issue during week 1. My light wasn't 18 inches as Mars Hydro indicated. I still had my lights height at 24inches.

D29. We're now officially in flower! I can see the beginnings of tiny (purple?) hedgehogs. I adjusted LST wires, tucked some leaves, and for the first time, filled the bottom reservoir since the plant should be mature enough to start drinking from it. (7 liters @ pH 6.2.) ------------------------------ D31. The LST is progressing nicely, and she is slowly getting more expansive. Even the branch from the first node, which I thought was pointless, is doing great, and it looks like it will produce a nice top eventually. I have her one liter of SST @ pH 6.8 with fulvic and humic acid mixed in. DLI bumped up to 42. ------------------------------ D35. We're at the end of the first week of flower, and she is rocking along nicely in the tent. Adjusting LST wires and tucking leaves every day. DLI bumped up to 45. ------------------------------

Great strain, would recommend. Nice smoke/vapor, friends love it, stupefying and euphoric, no heavy couch lock like heavy indicas. Taste great in The Mighty vaporizer, citrus with a hint of pine.

Welcome to "Schroedinger's Plants," my first grow diary. This name isn't just a quirky choice—it comes from a (let's call it) gamble I took right at the start when I accidentally doubled up on the CALMAG FUSION in my grow medium, way over the recommended dosage. So, as of now, my plants might be thriving... or they might as well be toast. We’ll just have to wait and see. As I embark on this new growing adventure under the banner of "Schroedinger's Plants," the stakes are uniquely high. With a fresh grow tent, new lighting, and upgraded ventilation in place, every detail feels more pronounced, more vital. This isn't just a new chapter; it's a whole new book. As for Nutrients I got my hands on some Frosty Bud Nature All-In-One-Nutrimix thanks to a generous gift. These nutrients aren’t on the shelves for the public yet, so I’m really curious to see how they help my plants handle the extra CALMAG. The key players in this saga are three promising FastBuds strains: "Apple Strudel," "Tropicana Cookies," and "Gorilla Zkittlez." Each brings its own distinct flair to the grow tent, hopefully. I’m thrilled to report a 100% germination rate—every single seed sprouted within two days! And just three days later, those sprouts were already breaking soil. Will they thrive against the odds, or have I set the stage for a dramatic falter? Only time will reveal the fate of my Ladies. Either way, let’s find out what happens in "Schroedinger's Plants." I’ll keep you posted…... Cheers Gsus, why is this thing keep on deleting the Info... I'll post this here then: Anyone Interested, I'll be growing in 5 Gallon Fabric Pots with following Media: - 25 Liters of Canna Bio Terra Plus - 2 Liters added Coco Coir - 1 Liter of Vermiculite - 3 Liters of Garden Kompost - .75 Liter Wormcastings - 15 Grams of Mykorriza Fungi - 200 Grams of Frosty Bud Nature All-In-One Nutrimix organic fertilizer 6-12-8 - 75 Grams of Frosty Bud Nature CALMAG FUSION (WHICH IS NOT THE RIGHT AMOUNT) - 150 Grams of Frosty Bud Nature Growth Activator / Mineral Mix

Day 36: Girls looking pretty happy. Still some discoloration going on. Doesn't look to be spreading though. Day 37: Ok, the girls obviously were not happy this morning. I watered with quite a good amount of runoff and measure the PPM at 3200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm surprised they are still alive! Had to make a quick run to get some water for a flush as I only have 5 gallons worth. Ran 2 gallons through each of them at a ph of 6.4 around 9:30 this morning. It's now 5pm and they have pulled through great. These OG Kush are extremely resilient. Day 38: The girls look way better today after flushing yesterday. Two of the pots were almost completely dry already. Went ahead and fed at 500ppm with runoff. Day 39: I think it's dialed in now. They are looking amazing and still stretching pretty good. Went ahead and pulled off a handful of leaves between the 5 of em. Day 40: Did a little more defoliation and opened them up a bit. I am super worried about getting any type of mold or any issues in particular for this first round. One of the girls needs a touch more but ran out of time. Girls are looking super healthy! šŸ’Ŗ Day 41: They are looking super awesome. Got the runoff dialed in. 750 going in and roughly 800 coming out. May up it in a week or so. Day 42: Nothing new to update. Girls still looking amazing. I think the stretch may be slowing just a tad.

Had a lot going on this week so the plants didnt get any care or maintenance at all other than just checking on the water level a couple times. They need some major defoliation which I wanted to do this week but procrastination is the vibes currently. Will probably get some done next week.... the plants are looking good and most of them are bushing out pretty nice. They dont seem to be stretching as much as they normally do by this time, but they are transitioning to flower. Will probably do a flush and water change soon since they haven't had one in over a month. I'm just anxious to see some frosty buds at this point.
