The big day is here! 😎 Today, March 28th, 104 days (15 weeks) after germination, I have harvested my first indoor photoperiod plant. It has been an incredible challenge, especially managing it in the middle of a winter environment, but the results speak for themselves. 📏 Harvest Data (Wet Weight) -Total Wet Weight: 56.5 grams (15.7g + 40.8g). -Final Height: 40 cm of pure density. -Status: Rock-hard buds and an impressive resin layer. -Dry Estimate: I estimate that after water loss (60-70% less), the final dry weight will be between 14 and 17 grams, given how dense the buds are and the cold conditions we’ve faced. 🌡️ Process Summary -Managing a grow with lows of 12°C for my first indoor photoperiod experience has been difficult. I am aware that a climate control system would have been ideal, but the budget is what it is 😆. Despite the limitations, using lukewarm water for irrigation and controlling the lamp height were vital. This plant has been a great learning experience, and I am sure the next one will be much better, applying everything I’ve discovered during these 15 weeks. Now, on to a slow and controlled dry so the flavor is as spectacular as its look! I want to wrap up this diary by thanking everyone who has joined me during these 15 weeks. Your likes, and comments have been an extra motivation to pull this Critical through despite the cold challenges. It has been an incredible learning journey, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my first indoor photoperiod plant. Girls are on day 4 of being in their forever pots, 5 gal. I am a noob and over watered my plants, thus the curled leaves and I had a very small amount of mold on Dorothy's soil. Removed it with a spoon and did a good search for how often and where to water. Watered the whole soil, not just near the roots. I will be waiting until the soil is dry before watering going forward and I'm hoping the girls will get to 100 percent health. My grow tent comes tomorrow and they will be transferred into the tent with grow lights and a fan. Rn I have a basic house light on them which I'm thinking will stunt them initially. Hopefully the grow light brings the girls all the way to life I will update with them in the grow tent tomorrow. Also my 4th seed officially never grew a taproot, so RIP Sophia 😥Please leave any and all tips, as I am walking blind and depending on a few websites for my advice.

Week 6 Day 7 Flower They are all very frosty now, smell is pungent and hairs are turning brown but they still have a lot of potential for more weight yet and the trichs are still clear. I reckon I'm going to run week 7 as normal then run week 8 with shogun dragon force/sumo active and flush with water week 9 and 10. Anyone know if it's ok to run terpinator alongside dragon force and sumo active in last week before final water flush? The npk of terpinator is only 0-0-4 what's your thoughts @shogun your advice is always gold. Weird and wonderful development in the garden, if you look at the pics you will notice that one of the girls has thrown out buds in the centre of it's leaves. I've seen pictures of this before but it's a first in my garden and strange considering it's only one plant yet all are cuts from the same mother grown in the same system feeding from the same reservoir and I've grown from this mother before also but never seen this. Day 68 - 21/11/23 OG Kush is doing her thing nicely! Trichomes are looking 50% cloudy with some amber domes peaking. She's showing me a bunch of different colours!! every other nug has a different look, different hue! Once the medium dries up a little more, Im gonna start the flush. it's a waiting game now 23/11/23 A lot more cloudy trichomes today. OG Kush was flushed until substantial runoff. We're getting close!

7/7 These girls are 28 days old, roots appearing at bottom of 3 gal bag, time to transplant to 7 gal bags

This week I started to realize how much water these lady’s exactly started drinking they are getting so thirsty all the time I’m like non stop giving them water it feels like. They are getting super big Arnie the gal one with two tops is at 17” and helga the shorty with the booty jk. Is 10” but was topped on week 8 I believe so she’s trying to catch up and has been they both where popped from seedling at the same time but are totally different should be the same strain but have different characters about ones smell for sure I love smelling them. 👃

Well…these ladies have me always guessing! TYPICAL! Lmfao also growing a newer strain so I’m glad to be a part of it all. They’re def chunking up and showing signs of massive purpling on just a single plant. The other 4 aren’t quite there. Let me tell you though, the shorter one DEF have a berry/gas smell compared to the taller more sativa-like plants which have such a peculiar bud structure. Either way both looking awesome and quite surprised as to how they bounced back and are chunking up quite nicely. I’ll be expecting to use my ripening dry kool bloom next few waterings then flush time for the yum time 🤤 💨

The end is near! These girls are maturing pretty quick, with the front plant looking ready for harvest tomorrow and the back plant less than a week after. Front is 95% cloudy with just a few reds here and there, while back is 70/30 cloudy/clear with no reds. Front buds are more elongated and thinner, while back buds are thicker and more compact looking. Both plants have nice solid buds already. Hardest part about this week has been watching them finish and NOT harvesting too early! Lowered the light by 10% just to help with heat management more than anything. With a few plants out of the tent the light is reflecting more off the walls and building a bit more heat. All good though, the end is in sight just gonna keep on doing my thing and let these girls cruise to the finish line.

This week went real great , one has been getting flushed and the rest we will start flush Tomorrow! These ladies are doin so amazing! Hope you all enjoy !! Stay tuned for next week! Cheers an happy holidays!
