Everything went good this week, having trouble keeping the humidity up but I got some plans to rectify that soon. Lol roots are all down into the buckets now except the runt of the litter in the back corner. But we are only a week in so it’s still early for her. Just been feeding plain water ph’d at 5.8 with some UC Roots added. Been scooping a cup of water daily from there bucket and pooring it over the rock wool and pebbles back into the bucket just to keep things wet and the roots moving. They are sitting around 5000 lux and seem to be enjoying it. I’m just using a phone app with a paper diffuser to test it but it seems to be pretty good and didn’t cost much. Quebec Blast is growing good, she is starting to develop flowers, and stretching. She is the shorter one in the room. I am figuring a stocky frosty plant at end. 🤞 I get there with no major issues. A solution change of a gallon every 4 to 5 days has been my current schedule. Future grows I wanna try to keep roots higher up through pruning to allow more solution for better stability, and longer between changes. Week 9 - Fourth Week of Flower The Donutz gang is hitting its stride as the fourth week of flower unfolds. Trichomes are developing beautifully, and the plants are entering full production mode. A few challenges cropped up this week, but quick thinking and some DIY ingenuity kept everything on track. Key Updates: Trichome Progress: The resin glands are popping off, with a frosty layer forming across the developing buds. The plants are starting to show their true potential, and the tent is starting to smell. New Fan Installation: The old ventilator tapped out this week, so a replacement was installed to maintain proper airflow. This ensures the plants stay cool and prevents any issues with humidity or stagnant air. Lamp Adjustment: The front-left plant shot up too close to the light, so I had to get creative. I built a DIY solution to raise the lamp higher, ensuring even coverage and preventing light stress. Accident Recovery: During the light adjustment, I initially tried securing the front-left plant with a rubber band. Concerned it might melt, I removed it, but in the process, the main stem got damaged. Thankfully, the plant is a fighter. The main cola is now growing sideways but remains fully healthy and strong. This unexpected twist has added some character to the tent, and the plant is bouncing back beautifully. Observations: Despite the challenges, all plants are thriving, with strong growth and healthy bud development. The sideways-growing cola on the front-left plant is a unique highlight, showing the resilience of the Donutz genetics. Next Steps: Keep monitoring airflow and light height to avoid any further issues. Continue with the nutrient schedule and reverse osmosis (RO) watering to maintain stability. Watch the trichomes closely as they continue to mature, signaling the start of the final phases of flower. The Florida Gang grind is real, and the Donutz are proving their worth week after week. This tent is shaping up to be a legendary grow!

Another week done, flowering really starting to kick in the little flower spots from last week have bulked up massively. Everything seems to be going all fine and im enjoying watching them grow daily! Fingers crossed all goes well from here to the finish line! Never been so excited to trim & smoke my own. It has been primarily smooth sailing minus accounting for low humidity, but that doesnt appear to have bothered the plants. Finally taking some up close bud shots. I have never been much of a picture taking person (a bit of a shaky hand lol), so bare with me in future weeks.

This is THE week. The girls are putting on weight and connecting with a great fade going on. The trichomes are at about 1% amber, 25% hazy and 74% clear. I suspect that will change soon. I’m doing special feedings for the plants every other day with a shot of beastie bloomz 0-50-30 and redirecting the runoff to a separate reservoir. We are in the home stretch here and I can’t wait to trim up the super piney, earthy, floral strain.

Flipped her to 12/12 on monday. As you can see I still have minor issues with lightning and feeding, but overall I am not that concerned. Still in the process of getting used to the equipment and enviromental control.

Que pasa familia, vamos con la segunda semana de floracion de estas Gorilla Melon feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. Hit the hydro store and picked up some Fishsh!t and Recharge. Added that, worm castings and some Down to Earth dry amendments to brew up a compost tea. Gave her a big sip on 3/4.

The two Easter Egg strains have not developed and are stunted and deformed. I dropped the seeds before germination in the carpet. I found them but they must have picked up some bacteria or something. they are the only two that are weird and slow. I pulled them. I'm thier place went Speedrun Seeds Final Boss F2 and Terprantula Autoflowers Midnight Comet. Sowed directly in pots. Midnight Comet is in Gia Green amended coco cori and perlite 5 gallon fabric. Final Boss will be in Autopot 5 gallon fabric fed with the others.

The plants are on autopilot and beginning to stack buds and put on trichomes. I raised the lights because there was slight light bleaching on the tops of a few colas. The left pheno is going to take longer to flower i can tell. The right pheno is finishing quicker and has much smaller yet frostier nugs.

Preparing for the seeds to arrive. Room is ready and the germination trays are all set. Just waiting on the beans.
