I have spread them across the entire surface of the tent and turned on the second lamp. I set them at 40% power, applied Soil Attack, a minimal dose of Nitrogen using Organic Grow BAC, and liquid mycorrhizae. This time, I adjusted the pH to 5.9 using an organic pH regulator. By the end of the week, I will remove four more plants, keeping a total of 25. Throughout the week I top dressed each with 3 tbsp of dry fert and more super soil. Giving em cal mag water also just because my other set of plants want it as well. Bit of discoloration throughout the canopy, since these girls only got 3-4 weeks left I'm not worried. Might try a different combo of dry ferts with a higher P/K for flowering since they went through veg no prob. Got another cycle of Mephisto illuminautos on week 1 so I'll post those for my next grow. Think the Gelato will be ready to be pulled in 1-2 weeks and the NL/LSD in 3-4. peace

Its finally harvest day.

Today I moved two plants to their final pot (3.5 gal). Each of the plants has 2 nicely formed nodes. The root structure looked very strong. They were started in Pro-Mix HP and transplanted into the same medium. I just sprayed PH balanced water on the top of the soil to help them acclimate to the new pot. I still have 2 plants that have stopped growing so I am going to leave them in the seedling chamber till they get a little farther along.

Week 2 of flower, RO water change with an EC of 1.3. Will adjust from here and observe the next day or two. Although you watched as I did a major defoliation, as you can see, they have bounced back pretty quickly. As of now, I will be defoliating every few days just to keep the light penetrating the canopy so we have some nice buds come harvest time. The plants look stretched, because when I switched to 12/12, I raised the bulbs to about 60 cm, because due to the very intense light, the leaves did not burn, and it was very hot in the tent, everything else was going normally.

Day 28 veg:I see ladies on the horizon!!!!!! Well folks ,that went quickly i think , already moving into the flowering of these impressive Exotic seed girls. They have not missed a beat from planting and have been really easy to work with so far. The #1 has now got her 7 mains all fighting for dominance thanks to the 5th node playing ball and staying low from the ties. I like the results of this method in the other autos I have run so thought it would be a good test with comparing to topping ,fimming the others. #2 is also starting flowering, I fimmed her but I don't think i hit the sweet spot so she looks more topped. I do notice she looks more stretched than the other 2 in flower and wonder if its the topping /failed fim.?. #3 is doing great with her fimmed top and I hit her just right with it. She has plenty of mains hopefuls fighting to the canopy too so she should be a great comparison for methods with the others. #4 having been a slow starter , is not showing her sex yet but I fimmed her and will allow her to catch up in her own time. They all look so healthy and happy in their medium too . only being watered when the pots are light and no added feed at all. lets see how flowering uses the available food in it. excellent experience with these so far.
