Yesterday I planted 5 seeds of Candy Dawg auto in a germination tray using all-purpose potting soil. They are now covered with cling film and are being kept warm. Prayers were said and thanks given for this, the first (serious attempt at an) indoor grow. The aim of this and subsequent grows is to grow high-quality organic indicas so I can make RSO to help my father who is extremely sick after mainstream medicine failed to rid his body of cancer. The video got cut off when the battery died - I just mentioned that flowering plants need their sleep as much as we do :-)). Day 4: 4/5 of the seedlings are above ground! I am making the most of my space by growing a quick batch of microgreens (sunflowers and peas) At the moment they are germinating in the large tray with the weights and bricks on it. It is really dry in there (35% RH) so I filled the tray with water in an attempt to increase the RH. If anything it has gone down not up!! Time for a new plan.

I went for a little defoliation on this couple of ladies, taking off some fan big leafs, I think this ladies are going to produce some really god flowrs, I'm always amazed by this genetic, the aroma it's extremely pleasant, very fruity stinky and tropical, I have harvested a haze berry a few weeks ago which you can check on my page, really excited to have this couple of haze berry by royal queen seeds, let's see how they perform! Starting to see some more amber, but minimal amounts. Definitely seeing the trichomes turning milkier though. Might end up cutting the plant down in half, maybe a week and a half tops, she's been going for sooo damn long. It's day 119 and we decided we're gonna take it down this weekend, the 19th of February will mark the 17th week since it first sprouted, so what better time to chop! We're also going to go the fridge dry method and then cure in Grove bags, hoping for some real nice smelling buds after all this.

I flushed them with FloraKleen and molasses, this should be the last one before I snip down the main colas. Since they are close to harvest, I spent about an hour defoliating so harvest will go a little quicker. D60 Flower - Took the ladies out to breathe, take some pics, and snipped the tops off the Royal Gorilla's. I'm going to allow the Hulkberry's to mature a little longer and probably do the same thing and snip the tops. D61 Flower - Unfortunately HB #3 hermies on me, she had a bunch of "bananas". So I cut her down and hung her to dry, Sucks to lose her but she will do well in some RSO! Unmanicured wet weight was 251 g. I am also going to be testing out the bowl bud trimmer I just ordered on these buds to make sure they dont damage the buds too much.

Early harvest. I'm pleased with looks, weight and trichome production - but not with terp profile. Overfeeding and temps did take most terps out.

Ihre Reifung ist am schnellsten. Das wundert mich garnicht, da sie bei Umstellung auf 12 Stunden sofort ihre Blütenstempel zeigte. Sie fängt schon an sich für die Ernte vorzubereiten und die Haare werden schon teils braun. Die Trichomproduktion ist von einem anderen Stern. Hier entstehen einfach auf den Stielen der Fächerblätter eine Menge Trichome 😁. Der Duft ist herrlich tropisch und süß. Ich freue mich auf die weitere Entwicklung

The end of week 1 has arrived. We all know how it goes. Just playing the waiting game. At this stage these girls are just working on building their root system. The roots should be hitting the reservoir in the bottom of the buckets soon then they should take off. Got the water pumping and the lights beaming 24 hours a day. Running a low dose of maxigro. Keeping the ph around 6. Will probably be topping them around day 12. Would be amazing if I can get them ready to switch to flower at the end of week 3. But for now I'm just going to check on them 420 times a day hoping they don't die. Might be back next week if they are alive. Happy growing!
