Hi everyone ! Flo +43 I had a small problem of root rot, I had to clean the roots with hydrogen peroxide and empty the tank several times. they have suffered a little and the harvest will be affected. From now on, I will use hydrogen peroxide from seed to harvest to avoid root rot and bacteria. I will not be able to use organic fertilizer anymore. do you know an alternative to Roots Excelurator from House & Garden? (i guess it's organic ...)

Jack Herer x Ruderalis Day 1 Sprout on Sept 16, 2019 @ about 8-9 pm- Canuk Seeds - Jack Herer Fem Autoflower September 13th at 6:30 pm: Planted in a 5 Gallon pot that was previously flushed, loaded with Gaia Green slow release nutrients and soaked down with a PH of 6.51. The pot has many fine roots remaining in it from my Amnesia XXL grow. I filtered through and took out a lot of the larger roots, while I tilled the soils with a fork and my hands until the coco medium was fluffy again. Lighting is a Phlizon 1000w LED/245 watt power draw, including 2 cob lights. It sits at about 25" from soil. During my "First Grow" of Amnesia XXL I had kept my lighting really low from the start. I wanted a shorter plant that allowed light access across the canopy tops and less popcorn bud. With this grow, I am going to keep the lights higher up until I see how she's taking off in height. I would rather she does not reach more than 20" ...for a few reasons. Another thing I'm going to do differently this grow.... In my Amnesia XXL grow, I played with her watering PH values during her first two weeks of germination and vegetation. I watered her at values of PH 5.8X-6.1, trying to bring the PH of the medium down. In my reading, plants are able to uptake nutrients at different PH levels. With this grow - I will be watering her in a PH range of 6.6 to 6.1 from start to finish.

This was my best hield so far. Last year got the same in 5 plants, now I made it with just 4. Not having to grow during the heat of July and august helped the plants a lot, as my tent catches some sun during the mornings. The smell is amazing, a tropical flavour with a lot of crystals. I gave them a 48h dark period for them to realize their cycle was coming to the end. For sure I will try to improve next time with the same seeds but with another set of nutrients. Buds are fattening up pretty well and I've had to use more rubber garden wire and clips to keep the branches from bending over. Smell is increasing on the Northern Light but still a mild skunk on the Black Devil. Also gave the very last feeding on the plants this week so they will get nothing but water until the chop. I'm very happy with the microbe populations so I stopped feeding the sugars (molasses/agave) as the plants themselves don't get much out of them; that stuff is just for feeding the soil beasties. I had added some predatory mites several weeks ago to deal with some springtails, and the mites annihilated the population. I did find a developing larva though so there are still some around. Posted lots of microscope videos today.

BIG BIG apologies to Heather from fast buds & to Growdiaries & anyone who follows. The past few months have been a massive struggle, not just with temperatures & growing weed but on a personal level. My wife has been very poorly & with covid and everything going on, it's put a massive strain on us all!! I've tries to maintain an active presence on Instagram but that's about all I've physically had time for. I've put this update together today, so far into the grow now it almost seems pointless. I lost my original Mimosa due to high temps & high RH. Moving into the attic at that time of year was a mistake. It has cost me a small fortune to keep things alive. I've had to purchase an air con unit, more fans & just more of everything to be honest. My purple punch is almost ready to harvest, any time within the next couple of days, followed shortly by Bruce Banner & Kosher cake. I wont be winning any awards for this Diary & I feel bad as I was supposed to be show casing what 420 Fast buds has to offer & I've failed...miserably. Yo ho ho things are getting a little out of control here. By the end of this week the single plant has grown from the windows to the waaaaallls, measuring 30 inches across and somewhere around 20 inches tall. Humidity is a real problem now with all that transpiration, and because my house is 60-65% RH it is pretty hard to keep the tent humidity below 70% even with ventilation and a dumb thermoelectric peltier dehumidifier. The dehumidifier pulls 160-170ml of moisture out of the air each day but I feel like I might need something bigger (although I'm pressed for space already). VPD ranges from 7.6hPa in the morning and climbs to around 9.5hPa by lights out as the tent warms up. I've seen a lot of people who use the Growmau5 / RapidLed "Far Red Initiator Puck" to help kick their plants into bloom but $37 shipped and it doesn't even have built-in scheduling? I designed my own puck with 4x Cree XPE-2 Far Red (730nm) LEDs, a driver, wifi access and control for scheduling and setting brightness, and while I was at it I added in 0-10V dimming with override dimmer potentiometer, as well as a DHT22 temperature and humidity sensor for logging. I call it the Initgnokt. I am also seeing pairs of fine little hairs coming out at nodes, we definitely got a ladyplant here, hope to get some blooms coming soon?

For this germination, I’m using a Cannakan filled with RO water. I keep the heating mat at 35°C to maintain a warm and stable environment for the seed. Once the seed cracks and the first root appears, I remove all the water and add fresh distilled water to the bottom of the Cannakan. I then close it again and keep it on the heating mat at 35°C. Once the root has developed to a decent size, I carefully take the seed out of the Cannakan and transplant it directly into the substrate.

Tastes like lemonade with a power kick to it of something else dank! She smokes great she’s a bit dry to the touch but I think that was down to that high heat phase I had to deal with! But great smoke has me energetic at first then KAPOW kick ass time! Firstly the colors omg so amazing purple from the get go and when the buds develop and dried they’re even more vivid, with hints of pink and orange coming through! Through the grow I had some rust looking spots come up on the lower leaves! Couldn’t identify the problem even fed her with cal mag and kept an eye on PH but no clear findings?! Later down the line I had the heat rise to 34-36 and made her foxtail a little but still got very dense buds out of her mainly the size of a jam jar! The main cola was a little bigger but very leafy had to do a mega wet trim! But will trim again after a few days of curing! Will definitely be growing again! She would of been a bigger beast if I topped her! And if the heat didn’t kick in then she would of developed better too! Fastbuds have amazing genetics I’ll be sure to be doing up a few more! She tastes like lemonade and that’s straight After dry (5days brown bags at 20c humidity 40%) I can tell some more fruits are to come through during cure as I tasted some tropical burst kick in at some point so excited to see what the result is in a month!

esta semana fue buena, las plantitas ya crecieron harto. actualmente voy en el día 17 del seguimiento y ya las regue la 1era ves con fertilizantes base. se han aplicado podas para distanciar a la planta del suelo, además de empezar a preparar el futuro scrog. se viene topping y enmallado

The plant is doing very well is filling up with flowers everywhere and it has a fruity skunky smell to it very nice I can't wait to see it fully developed . For now not much to talk about her except that she's doing pretty good developing good and very fast thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow

08/06/2021 (F DAY 11) Comenzando la segunda semana de 12/12 el alargamiento ya se puede observar, como siempre las pomelo tienden a estirarse mas y tiene una estructura muy poco ramificada! digna de una buena sativa. Las Sweet Cheese vienen creciendo a pasos agigantados! Todas las plantas ya mostraron sus sexos y están listas para su flora. 10/06/2021 (F DAY 13) Se incorporan 180W de Citizen mas, quedando en 360W totales! Las plantas ya comienzan a estirarse y a mostrar más pelos!

Tag 98: Nachdem die Shogun etwas "geschlafen" und eher ab statt aufgebaut hat, ist sie doch seit ein paar Tagen wieder in den Gang gekommen und die Blüten sind schön weitergewachsen. Tag 102: Es scheint ein Kühler August zu werden, das ist ganz Wunderbar für meine Pflanzen 😍 jetzt in der Endphase.
