pH was important as expected and a bit of light burn later on in the grow but ultimately it was pretty smooth sailing. I used a very common nutrient (GHE) and not overly strong. Buds were thick, dense, and moderately pine smelling. The plant did not grow excessively tall thanks to LST, and the LST did not seem to have any ill effects at all. Foliage was thick, and I let it go for a very long time before doing any sort of defoliation. Even then it was modest and just to get light to the lower colas. Still in trimming mode and will continue to update :) Also, other plants in the house got spider mites. Not this one. Could have been that it was in hydro and others weren't but hard to say.

Today will mark 3rd week on Sunday 6/18/23 🌱. Double the size they all about 6 inches now. Looking pretty healthy. Starting to intake more waters. Each weeks I up the PPM to 1200 within Lotus nutrients sitting at 6.3 PH.

Day 98: I have not been active for the last 25 days, and only watered the plants, because of family emergency. I think it is time to harvest :) Tomorrow I will start cutting down the most dark buds, and slowly cut it all in the next couple of weeks

Reorganized

I’m lightly defoliating each and making sure my bud sites are exposed. Everything seems to be swelling up nicely.

And we're in the fourth week! This little girl is slowly entering the flowering phase. During the week, she drank a total of 1 liter of water with nutrients (last week of veg) and grew 15 cm. The lamp is now at 75% at a height of 30 cm. In the middle of the week, I defoliated a little. I think that in the middle of the fifth week, I will defoliate a little more, but without overdoing it. The fifth week is just around the corner! Time flies!

Saddest week by far! 😞 Feeling like a bad dad smh should’ve got her a new home sooner than later. Don’t go for the deal in the end all the time, stick with what you know! “This is the lesson I learned this week.” Not many pics this week due to my disappointment in myself. She got way to close to LEDs and in some spots she was touching the diodes. 🤦‍♂️🏿 Burnt spots. Will be giving her a lot of TLC from hear on out. Will she bounce back?!?! 9/10: Bigger tent finally arrived! Tried ordering from Growbuds.com the Spider Farmer Grow Tent 2x4, paid for 2 day shipping. Wasted a week waiting for it before merchant advised the item would not be shipped til September 17th and I would’ve had to wait 4-5 business days for delivery. SMH. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime! Great week both inside the tent and out this week. Inside they've been fattening and frosting up like crazy. Carl 1 is 50/50 on pistils and still mostly clear trichomes, I'm thinking 2-3 weeks. UKBS 1 is 80/20 on pistils and starting to cloud a little more, I'm thinking 1-2 weeks in that department. Outside, I've built a little greenhouse thing for the plants to chill in, out of the extreme winds. They've been acclimatizing fairly well to the low night temps and very hot days, but that's not to say they're entirely thrilled with it. Hopefully they take fully and flower out well. EOS Rebel T5 shots coming soon, tomorrow or the next day. 6/24/2021- Had some rain overnight, structure held up and kept the moisture out. Came outside to totally dry plants, and it'd been raining for several hours. 6/25/2021- Got the EOS T5 out tonight, got some real good shots of both plants. Carl 1's HUGENESS and UKBS 1's frostiness are definitely showcased well in my opinion. -Timelapse is out this week. Should only be another couple weeks on the indoor plants, probably not enough for a month. (unfortunate as the youtube "Month" Timelapse is going up this week.) 6/29/2021 - Fade on both plants coming in nicely. Purple and yellow on Carl 1, and a much darker color scheme on UKBS 1.
